Craig is a life saver!!! I had a dumb moment and ran out of diesel 1/8 mile from the station.We was stranded at exit 317 east 40.We contacted him and he said I'm on my way...Within a few minutes he was there....Fantastic person!!!! Being beside i40 he was flagging traffic to get over...to keep us and himself safe...He waited until I got the Jeep running again just so his rollback was behind us warning traffic and keeping us safe...thanks buddy

Awesome service! Arrived in the scene super fast with a great attitude! Had a wheel literally fall off the truck while going down the road. Craig was there in no time, less than 15 min I believe. He loaded us up and had us at the tire place in town quickly. All told, from first call to unloading was about an hour. Couldn't have asked better service!!

If I could give Craig 6 stars I would! He is extremely professional, kind and courteous! We would recommend Eagle Towing EVERY TIME.

I called this company in distress, and they made a stressful situation even worse! My dad owns a tow truck company in another city, and I know for a fact that business shouldn’t be or handled that way. I promise there are plenty of other tow trucks companies. Not to mention the price I was quoted was beyond high. I recommend 140 Transport and Auto repair for your towing needs!!!!

We broke down in a really bad spot and spent an hour trying to find a tow at a reasonable price. They not only gave the best rate but were professional and even went above and beyond by taking us to an auto parts store and helping fix the issue and got us back on the road. Then they gave us a call later on to make sure we were still good and making it back home. Hopefully we never have to use them again but I know who we’re calling if we ever have car trouble in the area!

Great professional service. Got a screw in my tire and of course the type of vehicle i have comes with no spare. I called around to get someone to help with no luck. I then found the number for Eagle. I called and got Craig. He said he doesn't do plugs. I explained my situation. He agreed to do it at a reasonable price considering where I live. He was here in about an hour from when I called which is great since I live 25 minutes out of town. Thanks again Craig for working with me and getting me back on the road.

My ball joints blew out on my truck and he came out and had to take my tire off and chock it up to load it and he still was very efficient on loading times he acted very professional and he drove me and the truck 30 miles out of crossville for a very good price I definitely recommend this company if you ever need a tow and this company will have my business for all my towing needs

Great service. I was stranded at 4am on the side of the interstate, one hour away from home (Knoxville). I had no knowledge of where I was or anybody near me, thankfully I was only 2 miles from Craig's place and he arrived quickly. Gave me a ride and towed my truck all the way back to Knoxville for an excellent price. Highly recommend!

Craig is truly a God-send. We were stranded in the middle of a snowstorm in Crossville after getting a flat tire. I called my insurance for roadside assistance, but after waiting and calling multiple companies myself, no one was available. Out of desperation, I contacted Eagle Towing and Hauling LLC, and Craig answered—even though he was already in bed. Without hesitation, he said, “Let me put something on, I’ll head out to you.” He arrived quickly, was incredibly kind, calm, and professional, and managed to fix our tire when even the highway patrol couldn’t. We thought our nightmare was over and headed back toward Nashville, but about 30 minutes down the road, our car completely shut down with engine issues. Once again, we called Craig—and once again, he showed up without question. Craig went above and beyond in every way. He towed our car all the way from Crossville to Nashville and even gave us a ride home, making sure we were safe the entire time. In a situation that could have been terrifying and overwhelming, he brought peace, reassurance, and genuine care. Craig saved the day! My dog locked me out of my car, with my purse and phone inside just as it was starting to snow and I had no jacket on 🤣. Nice folks at the gas station called a tow truck for me. Craig from Eagle Towing and Hauling came to my home to change my tire. It was a brand new spare in the back of the car. The wheel turned out to have a bad regulated weld on it. So I couldn't drive the car without it scraping against the brake pads. Craig came back right away again: filled air into my bad tire put it back on the car and I headed for my repair guy about a mile and a half away so they can see what the problem is. Craig went out of his way - five stars for him!!!

Eagle towing is a great towing company had car struck on renegade mountain and I called them and Craig the owner came right out right away to help me get my car off the mountain and his partner also great people and did awesome job. Thanks again and I recommend them for any towing service.

Craig was super nice and so much help. My car broke down a few days before Christmas. All the car rental places were closed and no Ubers where I was. I called Craig and he got there within minutes! He was great with communication and even helped me find a repair shop as I was traveling out of town. He took my car to the repair shop for me and didn’t overcharge for his services. Highly recommend! *after he loaded my car up, another car pulled up to the gas station I was broken down at. The gas station didn’t have an air machine. Craig filled their tires up right away!*

Craig Bryant saved our night!!! It was snowing wet and cold, he was in middle of another tow, he came quickly and pulled us out of the mud!!! We were in a tesla which is not good to be stuck in mud with 20% battery trying to keep warm waiting on other promises to come in the morning. Highly recommend Eagle Towing. I was stranded at night in town on a holiday. Called Eagle Towing and owner Craig arrived promptly and was very professional. He assisted in trying to diagnose the problem, towed my vehicle to my mechanic's business, then drove me home, all at a very reasonable price. What a Godsend Craig from Eagle Towing was! We were stranded at a gas station at night in a town we didn’t know, sitting on empty after a fuel line came loose with wisps of smoke curling out from under the hood of our F250 Super Duty. Craig got us home that night & then took my husband & our truck to the dealer the next morning for repairs. We felt safe with him, he showed up exactly when he said he would, he was helpful, friendly and nice! Had a flat tire on my way home from work that I could not get changed myself, caps on the mug it’s were swollen. I called Craig at Eagle Towing and he came right out!! I didn’t have to wait the typical 2 hours for anyone to show up and he got me back on the road in no time!
