My 2019 Sonata has an issue where the paint peels easily, but the Hyundai dealership has refused to cover the paint job because my VIN number doesn't qualify for the warranty. I've leaned on Holsomback twice now for painting the trunk and roof of my car, and each time their workmanship and fair pricing have been outstanding. Many thanks to Bobby Davis and the whole Crew!
The team at Holsomback's is great. My car looks amazing. They worked with insurance to get supplement claim payment. I didn't have to do anything but give them my car and initial insurance claim check. The people there are very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
An auto paint and body shop provides services that you hope you will never need. But if you do, you'll want a place you can trust to do a good job and to charge fairly. That's what Holsomback did for me when my wife's car needed some help following a collision.
I found out about Holsomback through our insurance company. I checked reviews online and they looked good. I am happy to report that the good reviews are warranted. They did a great job repairing her vehicle. They got all the correct parts to make the repairs, and did a wonderful job matching paint, and repainting the damaged sections, to make the car look good as new.
I hope I don't need such services again, but if I do, I'll be coming back here.
Holsomback is the only place I let touch my vehicles. They treat your vehicle like their own. Bobby and his crew are the best there is. He has always treated us fairly and made us feel like family.
Where do I start? Everyone is so friendly, helpful and attentive. They worked with Enterprise to have me picked up for a rental and was able to drop the rental off when my car was ready. I took my car to a paint and body shop on northpark blvd for an estimate and the estimate was so inflated the insurance company wanted to total my car out. This was for a small sent over the rear wheel. I took it to Holsomback and got a honest estimate and the insurance was happy to not total my car. I am so glad I found Holsomback Paint & Body. It did take a while to get my car in but the repairs were fast. That should tell you how popular they are and I can see why. The repairs were perfect. I will only use Holsomback In the future.
Everything thing went pretty quick! They also do great work and are honest people! Very nice and respectful also very understanding I have never had any bad customer experience at all! I also have no complaints what's so ever! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone if you want great customer service and honest work!

Have had body/paint work done on a car and a truck in the past and both jobs turned out excellent. Today, I stopped by to get advice on a paint defect on a 1994 Mazda Miata I had recently aquaired. Bobby (mgr.), alongside one of his mechanics buffed out the defect on the spot. Great customer service. They will always have my business!
I took my truck in there for a roof repair from a rock thrown by a passing dump truck. They repaired the roof perfectly. They are busy. Had to wait a few weeks to get it in there for repair. Had it repaired in 5 days, ready for pick up.
Had a minor accident a couple months ago and took my car to Holsomback for the repair work. I told them I needed my car back asap if at all possible because my insurance didn't cover the amount I needed for a rental. I dropped my car off on a Mon morning and they were finished by Thurs afternoon. They dealt with the insurance, did a great job with my car, and were done with the work faster than expected. The first two photos are after the accident, (there was damage under the bumper also that can't be seen) second two are after the repair work. I highly recommend them!
I gashed the side of my 5 yo Toyota Tundra and couldn't leave it as it was. I got 3 estimates for the repairs. One of the shops couldn't give me a quote without an appointment, but Holsomback's wrote up the best of the 3 prices within 20 minutes of my arrival, and worked me in early for the job when a slot opened up. They do great work. The finish blends perfectly and the repair is perfect. I highly recommend their excellent and very personal service.
After getting our car rear-ended by a large truck, we selected Holsomback from the insurance company list of places to get our car fixed. We based our decision on their superior ratings. We were very pleased with the work that they did and, now over 6 months later, we still cannot tell any difference in their paint job from the original paint. They even replaced a rear light bulb that went out a few days after we got the car back with no extra charge to us. They were very knowledgeable and we would highly recommend them based on our experience.
My accident was one of the worst and scariest experiences of my life, but after choosing Holsomback to repair my vehicle, it ended up being one of the best experiences! I didn't know that businesses like this even existed anymore. EVERYONE was so very kind, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. The best part was the end result. My SUV looked amazing when they finished. It was also completed almost a week earlier than estimated, which was a bonus. The pains they took to make sure the paint was matched was incredible. It had to be done with tri-coating and that takes a lot of expertise to get right. They are the Nordstrom's of paint and body shops! They excel in customer service, and their work is excellent. This place is a gem and I'm so glad we were recommended to come here. I highly recommend them!
These folks are absolutely phenomenal !!! They went above and beyond on my wife's car , gave us updates on progress and the painter even came in the Sunday after Christmas just to get it painted and back to us faster ! If you need paint and body work done do yourself a favor and take it to these folks.
I was referred to them through my insurance after a side swipe on my flex. They took their time checking absolutely everything for my quote. Was able to get my car in a couple days later with my rental waiting for me. They said it would take 2 1/2 weeks, got it back in less than 2! They did an amazing job, the work they did makes my car look better than when i bought it.

These guys will go above and beyond to ensure their customers are well taken care of and happy! They’ve repaired two of my vehicles so far, and they were great. The paint and body repairs to both vehicles were so well done, they truly looked good as new. My most recent fix was a 2017 that has a key fob. The car repairs tripped up my key fob, and Bobby, Tony, and the team were willing to do whatever they needed to get the job done and well.
Holsomback Paint & Body saved us lots of money by doing some work on our vehicle right on the spot. I wish I could remember his name, but he was older gentleman that was very knowledgeable, about paint and body work. In 15 minutes he had our paint looking like new. I normally loath going to a Pain & Body shop for anything, because I get the feeling of getting taking advantage of. This gentleman was very honest and did the minor work on my truck's paint. We had a Very, Very pleasant experience and great customer service, I every need Paint or Body work, I definitely would use them again, this will always be my "go to" Paint & Body Shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing Paint & Body services.
The folks at Holsomback did a perfect job on the front end damage of my Subaru Impreza. Not only was the repair work itself done to a high standard, but the administrative headache of dealing with a different insurance company (I was hit by someone else) was greatly reduced by their front office. They even arranged the rental car drop-off/pick-up for me. I'm very satisfied.
What a fantastic bunch of people! And as equally fantastic is their work. They always go above and beyond. They offered to make the rental car call, which I could easily do. And, when I picked up the car, Bobby was touching up a few places in the paint that was not a result of the original accident.
Everybody is super friendly. they did a great Job on the car I found a 2 little spots a couple days after I got my car back that needed just a little bit of attention they will really very willing to touch them up for me. Told me to bring it back anytime if there was anything that I wasn't happy with and dident make me feel like I was putting them out any. Over all a good experience.
Did a Great job of repairing my doors. Very friendly; I felt like I'd known them longer instead of just meeting. Made everything easy by having ProRental meeting me there with the rental.
I had a Deer hit my vehicle and Holsombacks was recommended by my insurance company. The damage was majorly cosmetic to the front end and required no major frame work. The Fender had to be fixed where the deer dented it and the work they did was excellent! The rest of the work was basically paint and replace plastic part outside of the radiator Frame and of course the Radiator and condenser unit.
They did an excellent job and I had to drop one star due to the minor issues of a couple loose bolts and missed a scratch the deer left on the A-pillar. They Apologized and fixed the issues immediately.
I will follow up on this work after a year since paint takes time to fully cure and show the details of good or bad work. I would definitely recommend Holsombacks for your auto body needs.

Follow up on my review of this job now that it's been a few months.
Now that the paint has had time to cure, I have to say I'm sadly disappointed that my insurance company paid over $4K for the work performed.
Here are the following issues.
Paint work: they went out the cheap way by not doing a base/clear step like the factory did so now you can see the difference from body part to the other.
Not Factory parts! The front bumper skin is not a genuine Ford part when I was told it was all factory parts. The bumper does not fit perfect and I have had to take it back twice for them to adjust.
