Y’all really shouldn’t advertise free headlight installation and then give your customers a hard time when they ask for it. It shouldn’t have to take me showing the attached screenshot after being told by two different employees that they don’t do headlight installation, that they indeed do. I’ve been loyal to O’Reilly for a long time because of how phenomenal the service is, but after meeting the employees of this location, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
What bad attention just for not speaking English a salesman was treating me badly just for using a translator to ask for a spare for my car that I needed.
Went in for spark plugs and fuel system cleaner. Lucas was super helpful, funny, and friendly in helping find everything I needed and he gave me great recommendations. He’s a treasure! Pay that man whatever he wants because I will definitely be a repeat customer with him around and I’m sure so many others will be too!
I came in to get my car battery and the alternator checked. Geoff and Ally were being very difficult with their service. I was very polite asking them if they could check or change my car battery (which I think it's part of the service). They didn't want to do it because I have some wire connecting my headlight. I totally understand. I told them to sell me the battery, and I'd do it myself. They seemed very irritated when I was trying to make the purchase and constantly making the "psss" sounds. I felt disrespected and left straight to Autozone. The guy there was super nice and got the job done quick and respectful service.
The young dude who always has a hat on and has curls is the most rude customer service I’ve ever had, when I pulled in him and his buddy’s was outside the store sitting in there car blaring music, after waiting 10 minutes he finally came in, but never asked me if I needed help finding anything or what i even needed. This place deserves 0 stars worse
O’Reillys I have to been to by far.
I ordered front brakes and front rotors for my vehicle with O'Reilly online. I got an email saying that my order was ready for pickup, but I wanted to call the store just to verify that everything was there. I talked to a guy named Aiden and he was awesome. He was super nice and went and verified everything was there for me. Thank you Aiden for your help I hope you have a great day.
I needed a new battery quickly and an O'Reilly's just happened to be right around the corner. The battery was very expensive but the staff was friendly and quickly installed it.
Great getting parts, but I am clearly Struggling to put my headlight back on and they're just going to sit in that store.Watch me in laugh at me. Whatever happened to the days where people would help you when you needed it. I don't think I will be shopping here again.
If you are needing a small amount of paint,say a pint or less,these folks can help you out.
The newer models of vehicles come with the pens,to match the body,but not the wheels.

Fast friendly service. Loaned me a couple of tools that I needed and let me change a couple of parts in the parking lot. The store was a mess. They were doing some kind of renovation. If not for that, I'd have given 5 stars
I was there today. Great team, everyone was helpful and all i needed was wiper blades. They took the time to make sure i got the right product and even asked if i needed help installing them. Ill be back!
Had them make touch up paint and it's matt black!! Expensive too!! Now my car has no shine spots on it. Why did they make matt black touch up paint for my sports car? I didn't know until I sprayed it on, grrr
Today in this store, I met Jack. I needed a quick fix for my muffler. Jack got me excited through his knowledge about how my truck would sound with certain mufflers and pipes. He helped me to understand the products and even explained how to install the parts that I needed. Jack showed me the price option to fit my budget. I will always come back to see this crew at this store anytime that I have a need. Fantastic people here!
Helpful folks; Jason was awesome to get me the paint I needed. Good people at both locations I went to. When one didn't have what I needed, they referred me to the other without hesitation. That's customer service.
If you're looking for paint matches for your vehicle, this isn't the place. Paid $81 for an 8oz can of Metallic Grey paint and it's not even grey, it's a dark blue. Called for a refund and they said they don't give refunds for mixed paint, not even a store credit. Took me 3 days to get in contact with Jason, the man who mixed it, and sat on hold for 20 minutes on 2 separate calls on 1 of these days. Definitely not a recommendation of mine.
Oh I've been dealing with O'Reilly's on called Wood Street since the day they opened I like all their products and they get me what I need when I need it home Prime delivery and the help is very helpful expect the guy in the back
They don't price match I bought a Belt tensioner assembly they had it for $107 but AutoZone had it for 51 and the part numbers interchange however they said that AutoZone was a house brand and theirs was a premium brand so they wouldn't price match even though AutoZone part number interchanged with their part number
Walked in with a dead battery and was greeted by a friendly staff who knows their stuff! Bradley did an excellent job replacing the old one had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Best service I've experienced in a long time and I would give them ten stars if I could.
It's an auto parts store. But I've never had any trouble getting everything I need, and they even installed my new battery for me. Nice folks and reasonable prices.
Super helpful and friendly staff that is also very knowledgeable about parts and products. The prices are competitive. What I love best is the fast ordering process where I'm usually able to have my order the next day.
Awesome store this is were I always go to always ask for Jerry we have had several times that we both had no clue how to come up with the answers that we need but we both like the challenge and we have always figured it out I have always left a satisfied customer even if he is with a customer at the time it's worth waiting 15/20 mins ? #JERRY
I have never been treated so rude at any parts store. This lady needs to work on her people skills. It's very hard to believe someone with such an attitude could be an assistant manager...I'll be shopping at the competition from now on!
The girl that was helping me was rude and seemed annoyed with the questions I had. She told me the price for a part that I knew was $20-30. She insisted it was $100. I went to the other O'Reillys on Broadway and there the part was for $20. Go to Broadway store to save money and get correct part.
