As far as the car buying experience goes, Mr. Eddie Carbello was absolutely fantastic to deal with! He wasn't pushy, he was patient, informative, and when he didn't know an answer, he didn't pretend like he did. He made our car buying process seemless after we were unhappy with our initial salesman who will remain unnamed. I would recommend Eddie to any one who is looking to buy a vehicle with the Twin City family of dealerships. I will do a separate review for the financing aspect of the sale.

Aaron was a fine ahh dealer with a lot of respect for me and my fiance as first time buyers. We've been to other dealerships before and most of them, especially in this area, have made he and I feel judged and treated us poorly. Aaron got us into a vehicle. Came to trade but when we couldn't he didn't give up until he got us a car in our budget and despite average credit he was able to get a bank to finance us. Great conversationalist, it took forever but we didn't mind because he made us feel like people and not something to be poached. It also doesn't hurt that he was easy on they eyes It's nice to be taken seriously for a change. Thank you Aaron.

I was having car troubles and decided it was time to start looking at cars but had ZERO idea of what I was actually looking for. Then my partner and I Stumbled into this lot less than an hour before closing on Christmas Eve, eve (Dec 23rd) and was just "looking" due to how late it was. But Brody was extremely helpful while still leaving us on our own at the time and we really appreciated his approach not only that night but also a week later when I finally was able to make it back to test drive the car I had been thinking about for days. I would have left if Brody wasn't there that day but thankfully he was.
Car I had thought about all week after finally looking at it again ended up not being the right fit for us but Brody took the time to really get to know a feel for what I liked and was looking for in a new to me car and helped get me into something that was just right for me and my life where I am at now. I just bought a great SUV at Twin Cities Auto Center. Brian Jones sold me a car that met all of my needs and then some! He worked hard to make sure the SUV was what I wanted, had all of the bells and whistles, got great gas mileage and was at a price I could afford. He was attentive, friendly and did not push me at all. He just took good care of me and got me a vehicle I was happy with! I plan to go back to the dealership and work with Brian Jones again.
