Great place to come and pull your own parts. The staff is very friendly, and can sometimes lend you a tool you might’ve forgotten. I would recommend calling ahead of time and making sure they have the vehicle you need on the lot. Also, keep in mind that vehicles are rotated out every so often, so don’t take for granted that they still have the vehicle, if some time has passed since your last visit. Aside from that, bring your tools, water bottle, and I also recommend a hat because it gets real hot out there in the sun. You probably want to wear long pants as well as a precaution. After all, it’s a salvage yard, and there are a lot of sharp metal and glass objects everywhere. However, the prices are reasonable… You’ll pay about a third of what you would pay for a new part so it’s usually worth it.

My expectations weren't very high based on the other reviews, but I ended up being very happy with my experience here. The staff were very friendly, offering to look inventory up for me before heading into the yard without me even asking for help. The yard has a wide range including bikes and lawn mowers. The two parts I picked weren't on their price sheet, so I expected to be overcharged as other places like to do with unlisted items. Instead, I payed much less than what I expected to be a regular price. I'll be back for sure

After seeing a sign at the entrance that clearly says discount if paying with cash they acted insulted when I asked for 5 dollars off on a 30 dollar grill I was paying for with cash! They had no price for the grill on their price list. I even called them while out in the yard and they never answered. Not sure why they would not take the sale. Very disappointing.

Good prices and I can normally find what I need. My only complaint is that they do zero maintenance on the carts they have for customers to use. I don't think there is one cart that will roll correctly once you put anything in it. As a disabled veteran that already has a harder time getting around, having a cart that will roll with the items I came to get would mean alot since the place is a self serve place.

We came here to get a car part on Thursday. The guy stated he would get the part and put it on for a small fee by Sat 10 A.m. He contacted us 45 mins before the appt to say he broke one of the parts and stated he was unavailable for appt. His aunt has a water leakage dont know where it is at. So maybe after 2 he'll be able to do the job. We get there and buy the part and he states he cant do it. Then I attempted to ask the owner if she knew anyone of recommendation that could put it on. She rudely said we didn't pay him and don't know. How you expect people to pay someone for no work. We could of got the part off and went about our business. All the run around was unnecessary. Never again and wouldn't recommend. Her disposition was terrible when it comes to delivering questions.

Total waste of time. They have a good selection of cars and they are friendly. But the people at the front desk could not tell me if they had any of the car I was looking for. They actually had 4 on the lot, but that meant walking every single aisle to find them. Their prices are not great either. Wanted $37 for a 20 year old window regulator with cracks on it. Why pay that when i can order a new one for just a few bucks more? I ended up leaving the parts at the counter. The guy in front of me in line did the same. They really should hand you a price list at the desk or post them online.

My experience at this facility was terrible to say the least. I would rate no stars if that were possible. This was my first and absolutely LAST time visiting this establishment. I fought to find the vehicle I was seeking to get the parts I needed and once I finally got them after about two hours and went to check out... I was questioned about a "bulge" in my pocket (which was cigarettes and car keys by the way) and truly felt degraded. I spent over $40 on the parts I had and did my best as a customer to stay calm and professional. The employees name is Crystal Dougan. To avoid being made to feel like a criminal or to avoid being lowered as a human being, I recommend that once you visit this facility and go to check out.... Make sure you wear womens leggings or pants with no pockets. This was the worst experience I have had at ANY facility in YEARS!!! On a scale of 1-10 I rate this place a -2.

Young people like to use this place. Along with elderly men who still like to work on cars for a hobby will buy from this type of place

Good place good people. But the salvage yard is not honest at all. They ordered a part for my friend. 3 X's all bad. No refunds he got $30.00 worth of parts that cost him $335.00. My son did the same. They got him for $160.00.

Went to purchase a pair of seized carburators for parts off of a 81 Honda. When entering I asked the price of the pair of carbs of a motorcycle, the girl working said: $11 with $3 dollar core. After removing carburators (which were already missing drive side top, diaphragm, and needle) I went in with the carbs and throttle cable to purchase. An older gentleman with white hair and a white beard told me my total was $40. When asked to explain the price difference he said $11 per carb + x2 core charges and $7 for the cable. Different price then I was expecting, but it's my mistake, she clearly meant $11 + $3 PER carb. I responded "That's just too much for bad carb bodies, I only need them for parts, I'll go take it back out to the yard and take out what I need" to which the white haired man responded: "fine." I take the carbs back to the yard, remove the parts I need, and re-enter with jets, needle, and idle adjuster, and throttle cable to purchase. The man with the white hair told me I had to purchase the parts for the full price of the carbs. My total was again $40. The girl who told me the price who he referred to as his boss told me "we don't watch people out there stealing parts off the carburetors, you told us you were going to do it, we have to charge you for the carbs." I told him I can purchase the same carbs remanufactured online for $40, he told me to go do so. I explained I did not need remanufactured carbs, only those parts. He was then told by his boss to "ring him up whatever you want" I'm then told $10. I give him my card. I tell him I had to go through multiple carbs to even find a pair with any small parts left, so should I have just pocketed the parts like "the people you don't watch" and tried to only pay for the cable? If I take parts off an engine, am I expected to purchase the engine, if I state my intention to remove it?" He clearly angry at this point tells me he's not going to argue and does not have to sell me anything and gave me my card back, was told when entering to pay with card on way out, was never charged, he refused to take payment. As my (formerly 5-star) review from years ago while attest, I have been coming here for years, and often go with friends and family who need parts. Ive never had any issues here before this, I assume he was embarrassed or angry or something. But he made absolutely sure that I spent $0 today, and left with nothing. Very disappointing waste of an hour and one of my favorite places to spend money.

There customer service is terrible they dug through our tool bag and made us pay for a part we didnt even get there and she proceeds to say we were told to check in our stuff before but the never mentioned that as they watched us carry a bag outside. To add to all that they were no help whats so ever in helping us find the car we needed they are lazy and dont care about there customers.

They never checked our bags till we came back and charged us for a part we bought at another lot yesterday, twice the amount. They didn’t know how what vehicles they had and point us in the wrong direction. Wish I could select no stars at all
