I would not recommend this place for anything they damaged my vehicle and told me to call my insurance to have them fix it . Will be suing this company and i was hung up on after being polite and explaining that the damge was done while it was in their possession.
They fed a cat on top of my car left a fish plate in my backseat and they scratched it up smh…they hateful..then I called to speak to the supervisor and he said he don’t care basically…
These people will mess your car up like a shade tree mechanic and get mad at you when u call them on there trifling work , they ruined my car then don't put parts back on will give you mouth about your vehicle and money. Will find someone else to do it. Only thing they good for is Meth heads , crack heads and sleeping in a car on the promises.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went here to get an O2 sensor put on my car. They spliced the new one onto the cable connecting the old one (that was supposed to be replaced.) They left the other sensor unconnected. The "mechanic" that performed this shotty work came back and admitted to his wrongdoing. Avoid this place like the plague!
Not from here 1st. Had an incident where my CV-Axle broke that required my car to get towed until we found a dealership that specializes on my vehicle make. One, they was rude rushing me off the phone to get it towed to the dealership since I was discharged.
Secondly, they lost my key to my vehicle. Now the dealership calling me saying they never received a key. And Workman's saying they normally leave the key. This has been a complete nightmare. Still dealing with this issue since August 5th. Lets not add when I got my car back Tuesday, THEY HAVE BUT TWO MAJOR GASHES IN MY CAR!!! PISSED!!!!! And the man told me he don't know how it got there. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!
My daughter was involved in an accident and her car was towed thru workman wrecker and the tow trucker or someone who works there stole her money from out of the middle console.. $150..Police Report was made
Was looking for a place close to Rock Hill that was able to both tow and repair a vehicle. Called and spoke with Butch who said bring keys and would take care of it.
Drove to downtown rock hill and was immediately met with a down home vibe and someone who was seemingly knowledgeable and dependable.

So my car got stuck in the mud and they sent someone out in a timely manner to pull me out. I was so stressed about the whole situation but the guy was no nice and professional. After I got out the mud he showed me a place to get my car cleaned which I really appreciated. I didn’t get his name unfortunately but he was amazing. If I ever need to get towed again I will definitely call them!
The worst place I have ever been to I had three tires changed on the car they did not even put my new tires on that I brought with me they damage the rims of my car again listen to me it is the worst place I have ever been to I suggest do not take any car there I wouldn't even trust the gas that they sell there
This place said they would tow my lowed vehicle as many places said no. I was a little skeptical about it but they did a awesome job. They even took extra precautions to make sure the vehicle was loaded properly without causing damages. Will be using them again if needed. Highly recommend!
My driver went out of his way to make me happy. I'd recommend him but I never caught the young man's name. I know he had a dark complexion with dregs and a really serious attitude. He was also extremely knowledgeable, kind and BUSY!!
Super unprofessional. Scotty workman towed my work van 8 minutes down the road. Overcharged me, $223. He made a racist comment about my husband, asking if he had a greencard. Stole some items I had in the front of my van. Luckily I locked the back before it was towed. It took him and his partner 15 minutes longer to arrive at the same location as me. I called the main number to see what was taking Scotty so long, I spoke to a different guy, I asked for Scotty's number. The guy said he didn't know it. A few minutes later I called back again to get Scotty's number. Finally got it. When I called Scotty to ask him where he was, he said he got lost. Later when talking to his partner she said the van was too heavy and they had to stop. Two different stories, neither true. They stopped knowing they were going to take things that didn't belong to them. When I called to ask about the belongings, you can imagine the denial. I'm beyond upset. All I can do now is save someone else from going through the same ordeal. I would never recommend this tow company. Shame on y'all!
I have been going to Workman oil off and on for many years. They do good minor mechanic work and are lenient with some things that may be a little too much in your budget. Never had a problem with them. Just let them know what you need and they will try their best to help.

I only got a quote from them for a 21mi tow, $85 which isn't bad at all, but insurance covered my tow through another company. The lady that answered the phone understood I was having a major panic attack, and was super patient with me as I was stumbling over my words and crying. Thank you so much for the quote, and I'm sorry my insurance chose another company.
I backed into a ditch yesterday at my friends house. I am from NC and I don't know many places or people there in SC. I called these guys and the woman on the phone was very polite and reassuring. Doug found me within 20minutes I was shocked at how quick he got to me. He took it slow pulling my car out and stopped to check it several times as to avoid any damage. He was also sweet and polite to me. He even checked my tires and assured me I was safe to go. I absolutely reccomend them!
They are amazinggggggggggggggggg!! I was stuck at a gas station and it was 1am in the morning!! My tech communicated with me every step of the way, his arrival time was exactly what he said it would be, and he loaded/delivered my car in a timely manner. I definitely will be utilizing their services if this ever happens again. Thank you Doug! You're awesome!!!
My son was involved in an accident and even though not his fault, we had to have it towed since it was no longer driveable. I found Workman’s on my google search and from the man who answered the phone, to Doug who came to tow it, to the sweet woman on the phone I spoke with a week later were all helpful and kind. I don’t usually do reviews, honestly good or bad ones because I am busy and just don’t take the time but I was so impressed with this family run business I wanted to give them a shout out. It’s not often that everyone you deal with is so pleasant and knowledgeable!!! Thank you Workman Oil!! Well done!

I cant comment on there complaints due to not being an employee there at the time. However, i can say that Mr. Workman is a well respected business man in RockHill of over 40 years. We cant explain the actions or mistakes made by past employees. I can say that we stand behind our work. Stopped by WORKMAN'S for a fill up. To my surprise a gentleman came out to pump my gas. He informed me that they were the only remaining full service station in Rockhill. They were very helpful and the full service reminded me of the past.
They are good sometimes depend on what you let them work on. I have lost a Jeep due to the owner son working on it. My sister had a rim messed up by a guy work there . They wouldn't take any responsible for the damages
Today I was involved in an accident and this company was called to tow my vehicle. I was worried about how I'd get home since I literally have no local family, but the tow truck driver so graciously gave me a lift. Bless him and his family and I'll use and recommend their company as long as I'm a rock hill resident. Thanks so much, it's the little things that mean the most.
This place is awful. Took truck in. It needed upper and lower ball joints on both sides. The owner told us if we bought the part he would put it one for $75 a ball joint. We did that. About 4 hours later was told the truck was ready . Went to pick it up and was told it needed to be aligned so we took it to get that done and was told it couldn't be done because the upper ball joints was put in wrong. Got that on paper, took the truck and the paper back to Workman and he wouldn't do anything about it. Didn't offer to fix it or anything. When we went to get it fixed comes to find out the old ball joints was still in it.He kept our new parts and took our money. So we called Workman again and told him, still nothing. No offer to fix it again or any money back. They are not trustworthy at all. DO NOT GO there for any reason. They will take your money and by not fixing our car it ended up costing a lot more and if it had broke while we were driving it, not knowing at the time he didn't fix it, it couldn't have caused a major wreck
