I appreciate a business that is honest and do exactly what they say and do it in a timely manner. I made an appointment, took the bike in, got it back faster than expected and was actually less than what I was quoted. I usually don't write reviews but was compelled to in this case because David is super knowledgeable and has been in business for many years. A great local bike shop to support.

Never touched my bike after sitting there for almost a month. Even offered to source parts if needed. Never cross the threshold of that place again. Went and picked it up.
This man is so kind and generous! Me and my dad ran out of gas we were in the Paul Mitchell parking lot right across from him and Scott’s Automotive. We ran across to ask for a gas can and Scott’s asking for a gas can and explained our situation. They said they didn’t have any and that all theirs they did have were “occupied with Diesel gas” we walked right over to custom cycle and the man generously gave us his only gas can he had. we walked to get gas. When we returned he would not except any cash payment or want us to re-fill his gas can. He was so kind and helpful (unlike his neighbor who we knew had a gas can and did not allow us to use.) and was greatly appreciated.

I really recommend him. He fixed my motorcycle for a fair price, he picked it up and also gave me some good advices about how to keep it on shape.
D & D is the TRUTH. Father and Son owned only two people at the shop and they are great. Willing to work with you on pricing, keeps it real on whatever you are asking, truly has customers best interest at heart. Want a shop that keeps it real, remembers customers, and willing to work things out and give you good advise go to D&D.
Spoke with the owner, even though they didn't have the part I needed, the owner was very helpful, and gave me a bunch of tips on how to fix the issues.
Good guy who knows his stuff. He was the only one in the city who had the part I was looking for while most others didn't even know what I was talking about.
The son is extremely knowledgeable. Was able to look at a picture and give a diagnosis of what the problem was without bringing the bike in. I will go back to them because they are a locally owned business and to me it seems they have a love and a passion for motorcycles. Yes the store is a bit rough and they DO NOT have a Credit Card reader. But they are happy to answer and point you in the right direction.
