On the phone they were very kind and patient while I had to navigate where I was. Billy my driver was there in about 35 minutes. His first question was are you ok, then once assured I was safe and ok we dealt with the car. Billy was very professional, quick to respond, and a very polite. I will definitely use this service again if need be.
Chris was amazing! He arrived quickly, was super professional, and made the whole towing process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service and I highly recommend this company and especially Chris!
No compassion or sympathy for what people may be going through. A MONEY HUNGRY company for sure when already getting hundreds of dollars. Wanted to pay the car in full and prevent and extra 45 dollar storage fee if I came first thing in the morning because after being rushed to make it there before 5 even doe that’s what’s what time close they were trying to close early once they found out I would be there in less then 10 mins . I forgot my release form at the house where I stay 3 mins away from the tow company. The owner kept making remarks like it’s nothing but 45 dollars after I explained I had to borrow and scape up what I already had. Again they are MONEY HUNGRY and I don’t recommend…
UPDATE.. Let’s not lie .. I never asked for 50% discount .. I simply asked to not charge me another 45 if I paid I full right then because I overwhelmed with trying to get my car back and forgot the paper work at home. I stay literally not a 1 min away driving distance on Alexandria street. You didn’t want to wait for me to go get the paper work and tried to say everyone was leaving early before 5 when I said I was coming having me rush. I have the recording should I add that ?? Kept saying you would hate to see a car like that get gone and that you know I had the money to pay for another day storage. Again can post the recordings. Money is the root of all evil.. watch
These guys are awesome. The were there within less than 30 min and we're great when I had to change the delivery address 2x. The driver was excellent. I highly recommend them. They will treat you right.

My Telsa broke down in the middle of nowhere and Wingard Towing Service saved the day. Chris was amazing. My car had to be towed over 95 miles and I was stuck. I was going to the nearest gas station to call and Uber and he wouldn’t let me. He went out his way and dropped me off at Buffalo Wild Wings. Grey person with great service!!!
I had an excellent experience with Chris. He towed my car from Charleston to Columbia and even let me ride along with him the whole way. Chris was professional, friendly, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation much easier. The truck was clean and comfortable, and he kept me updated and at ease throughout the drive. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I would highly recommend Chris and this company to anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy towing services.

Wingard’s to the rescue! While driving my son’s car to run some errands, it completely died. Two different people attempted to jumpstart the car And the car said not today. I knew it was going to need to be towed back to the house. After calling 4 different towing companies and getting either no response, or we’re not working today, or we can tow the vehicle, but you’ll have to walk home, I called Wingard’s.
Truck was there in less than 30 minutes and the price was more than fair. Chris was the driver who came to the rescue. He is quick and very professional. He was able to maneuver that big truck as if it was just a small little subcompact. Chris was able to drop the disabled vehicle in my driveway perfectly. Job well done!

Wonderful experience with this company, as much as needing a tow can be. Mark was great, put my AWD drive Explorer on dollies when he didn't need to, just for my piece of mind. 5 of 5.
Excellent service and very professional. I spoke with Donna on the phone and she sent Mark right over to have my car towed. They are really good people and I am happy to have worked with them. If you need a tow you should definitely call them first.
Just to be clear there was no issues with the tow driver. Office personnel was a completely different story. This accident happened on Labor Day and from the start there was a issue getting driver's license and access to my vehicle. Way more concerned with getting paid. No way are they towing for me again.
Had a tire blow out on the interstate, called a few places and Wingard had the best price. Chris was on site within 20 minutes of me confirming, and was incredibly friendly, swift, and efficient. Thanks to his great service I will definitely be using Wingard in the future if the need arises.

Me and my little sister had a great experience with this company! Usually when you call tow people they sound agitated and impatient, but everyone was so nice it almost felt strange. Want to give a special thanks to Chris for dropping my car off and being so sweet, and patient as well. He showed me something on my car I never knew anything about, and he gave recommendations on what I should get fixed. Thank you guys for everything!

In a stressful situation Wingards was responsive, fast, direct, and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris when my wife's car broke down in Lexington. He helped us out and made me feel at ease. We will only use Wingard Tow Services in the future.
I had a great experience with Wingard, and my only regret is not calling them sooner! They were very professional, communication was great, and my vehicle was handled with proper care by an excellent driver. Also pricing was more than fair. I would 100% use them again if I had any towing needs.
I usually don’t bother too much with reviews but I could not let this one go. If I could give this company zero stars I would. My car was towed from Burlington on sunset blvd to Wingard towing on sunset blvd approximately 1 mile away. I was charged $300 in order to receive my car. After speaking to management, he could have cared less about any situation that I was going through or even if I spent my last dime that I had for my child. This company is a complete rip off. Additional to that, I discovered that they had been rummaging through my car because items that were placed inside the car ended up in my trunk and vice versa. Additionally, the receptionist at the Augusta road location got irate with me like she got her car towed or something. As if something was affecting her. Additionally, they put on the tow report that I had been shoplifting which is defamation of character. I don’t have a record at all and I have never shoplifted. False allegations were made pertaining to the reason for towing.
Great service ….great price (cheaper than 3 other places I called )…called late morning …my car was towed right away !! Ms Donna (office) was awesome and she introduced me to Mr Bob (driver ) who was tremendous ….he dropped off my car at my mechanic asap!!

Generally, I am not a fan of towing companies. Staff is usually curt, condescending, and not at all helpful. I found this company to be the total opposite. Crystal, at the front desk, is the face of the company, the first person you see. She was helpful, compassionate, and showed empathy for our loss. She treated us like we were humans and not like a wrecked automobile with no value. We will definitely use Wingard Towing again and refer them. Thanks for all you do!!!
Wingard just towed my cab over box truck. The experience was great. The driver, Chris, was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I’d recommend this company to anyone in need of towing service.
After my car caught fire on the interstate, Wingard towing service was contacted to tow my vehicle. When I went to retrieve what could be salvaged from the vehicle, the lady at the front desk was patient and kind. I arrived close to closing, as I worked that day and the insurance company was going to be picking the vehicle up the following day. Instead of making me feel bad, the lady was compassionate and not only did she help me locate my vehicle, she also provided a wagon for me to use when she saw that I could not carry all of my stuff across the lot.
