I feel as though you took advantage of my brother who was driving my truck and had an accident about two blocks from your place of business! I don’t have a problem with the wrecker charge but the truck could have been taken to my residence for that charge , instead of charging $50. Dollars a day for storage on top of wrecker charge!

Very efficient and explained everything I needed to do to get the car towed. Was here quickly and gone just as fast.

Brock was the only towing service that would give me a fuel drop on the interstate. For some guys it’s not all about money it’s also about helping people. Brock is one of those guys. He even followed us to the gas station to make sure we got where we needed to !

I broke down in Camden on my way to NC and Brock Williams Towing gave me the best price to tow my car back to Augusta. The driver Mark was absolutely wonderful. Brocks took good car of my car and got me and my son back home safely.

I can’t say enough good things about Brock Williams Towing. My elderly mother’s car left her stranded on a rainy day and when I reached out to have her car towed, he was there in less than 15 minutes and had it at the garage. What great customer service! This was my first time using their business but will be the one I use going forward. I highly recommend them!

Very expensive and very rude he quote me for $350 while all other was under $200 and he hang up the phone on me very very rude and very expensive

Tried a tow company through my fathers insurance and they never came. Called Brock and within a hour my dad had his vehicle towed. Thanks Brock keep up the good work!

Was comming down from NY with a tow behind camper. Broke down about 20 mins away from these guys and they SAVED my trip. We were stuck on the side of the road for about 5 hours waiting for another tow company on a Sunday night. The other company finally showed up and lets just say the guy was clueless, never towed a trailer before, and then snaps his winch cable. Wasnt his fault but now its 9pm on a Sunday night in a remote place. The owner of the company was the only guy to answer so late at night. He said no problem another guy will call you (one of his workers). Explained the situation to him and he was there in 30 mins. We had nowhere to go no help from the camp ground we were staying at. So he called his boss with his ok brought us to the tow yard and set us up to spend the night offered electric for the camper situated us next to our truck, like we knew the guy for years. They also had a mechanic shop on site (different company) but just as helpful and nice. Lead mechanic was very knowledgeable and fixed us first thing just to get us on our way. They were both more then far with the prices and so friendly. Will always recommend this place and never forget them, they were the first people i met in South Carolina and simply told them there my first friends down here.

So after waiting 2 hours for our insurance company to dispatch a tow, I googled and found Brock Willaims’s company. The owner answered on a Saturday evening, and he listened to me describing where I was (as an out of towner that was a bit of a challenge). I asked if he was available, and I did tell him I had claim into Progressive. He confirmed availability and I phoned my insurance company; and finally the contract was sent. It took another nearly 2 hours for one of drivers to reach us due to this process. But he was helpful and got our vehicle back to where we needed it. (It was ultimately the inefficiency of Progressive that it took so long for service, I am extremely grateful for a locally owned company that provided the service.)

Absolutely terrible. Lazy, dirty and stole items from my car. Was combative. 0/10 would not recommend.

Excellent people and great service on the side of the highway is always appreciated. They took me to the parts store and then to a mechanic that was amazing. In 2 hrs I was back on the road for the last 220 miles of my trip.

Mr. Williams wouldn't even help us with something small we needed towed! We are not made of money like Mr. Williams is, so we could not afford the outrageous price he was trying to quote us! She found someone to do it for a fraction of the price he was wanting! We will never ask for help from Mr. Williams again (unless we win the lottery)!

I had cleverly gotten my truck in a lake trying to pickup a jet ski. After trying all the tricks I knew, and with the sun nearly down behind the horizon, I called BWT. His wife answered the call and assured me that he'd be here in 30 minutes or less. I was frankly doubtful, but was happy just to have someone on the way. Both Brock and his wife showed up (great looking truck, BTW) in less than the promised half hour. Shortly after, my truck was back where it belonged. I was so pleased at the speed and professionalism of the BWT team, that I gave them a 25% tip. I would absolutely use them again, and recommend them for your needs. And no, I'm not a friend or family member. :-)

If I could give 10 stars I would. Brock Williams Towing is an awesome all the way around! They are fast, professional, and friendly! If you are need of their towing services you won't regret any part of the interaction! When everyone else gave unacceptable eta's and had no compassion for my Mother, kids and I being hours away from home, in an unfamiliar location at dark, they were empathetic and and fast!!
