The guys at O’Reilly Auto Parts are great and give good service. They usually have the parts I need and they are willing to answer any questions one may have concerning their vehicle.

I was traveling to South Carolina and I had to make a repair and search for O'Reilly and happily found it easy.. they are very helpful. They even made some calls trying to help me! I do appreciate the best service! Kenneth, the young professional was really great and nice listener and helper! Keep it up! Thank you!

Normally if I buy auto parts I like to buy them from O'Reilly's I always get great service with them gentlemen and ladies most of a pretty friendly some of them are really knowledgeable You just got to find the right one I guess about the knowledge

DO NOT SHOP AT OREILLY'S. I called to verify my battery warranty and was hung up on twice by an employee who said that their phones always hang up during calls. ( Found out that is not true).When I called back I asked for the corporate office phone number. The employee eventually told me that based off my account my battery was still under warranty and that I can have it replaced with the same type of battery. I declined the offer of the same type of replacement because the current battery was swollen and was leaking fluid ( That type of battery is scary to me). I was then offered the option of a refund. I agreed and informed the employee that I was coming to bring the core and get my refund. A few hours later when I arrived at the store one employee was outside texting and the other was inside leaning on the counter texting. I walked in and asked for assistance with getting my battery out of the car. The employees were acting strange but I assumed it was because they kept hanging up the phone on me earlier. After getting the old battery and assisting me with looking for a chemical solution to clean under my hood where the battery leaked, the employee went to the computer and just as before he entered my telepone number and began to tell me that there is no information listed. They don't see an account for me and that I would have to call the corporate office because there was no account under my number. Then the employee Jacob says "Anyway that battery was purchased in 2021 (Clearly he can't calculate that 9/24 is three years from 9/21. They acted completely unconcerned. To wrap this up. I had to call the corporate office twice to have them make the store give me my refund on my battery that was still under their 3 year warranty. The corpoate office could not explain the reasoning for any of the employees actions. Magically when I returned for my refund the manager (who was outside sitting in his car) came in and was able to access my account. I am thankful that Auto Zone delivered great customer service and got my vehicle back on the road.

O'Reilly's is the only part store I go to, the other parts stores can't compare. They always have the parts I need.

It’s a shame that I write this. O’Reillys was my favorite auto parts store. I’ll try to keep it short. I went in with numbers and the old spark plugs I needed for my boat. Not being a mechanic and not mechanically inclined, I ask the young man at the counter for help. He said I needed something different that would run better and have more hp. I said it always ran well with champion # ##### He said I needed these. I took them, installed them and it wouldn’t start. I called a boat repair guy and after several tests and disassemble, he/we found that the wrong plugs were in the engine. The ends had sheared off and dented the piston. I had it all cleaned up and repaired and went to issue a concern. Not a complaint. I never heard back so contacted corporate and the agreed to give me a store credit in the amount agreed upon. This was 2-3 months ago and no word. Got swept under the rug. Needless to say I will find another store that will at least have someone knowledgeable enough to not sell me motorcycle spark plugs.

I went in today for a very specific part for my car. While they didn't have it, the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic! They did their very best to help me in any way they could. Very pleased with their service!

I went to find the soft covers for seat belts. I am short and when I put my seat belt on it chokes me ,literally chokes me. So I had to get soft covers to put on seat belt so at least it doesn't hurt putting it on.

They don’t stock brake pads for my 2 year old car and can order any without me providing them with a part number… so when did customers become responsible for providing part numbers?

If I could find -stars I'd go for a -10....this place is always a waste of time! Website showing parts available under this location but never at the actual store! This time it was a mistake but at the Columbia store so we can get it tomorrow at 130pm.....goto local store to pick up my part and what a surprise they couldn't find it! Salesman had an attitude yesterday and a young lady today couldn't tell me if she called the other store or not to check availability! Absolutely 100% never going there again

As always when i.call the camden store or go there to. Get whatever I need they're very knowledgeable very polite and friendly anytime I go or call Kershaw store never know what mood they're going to be in never know how they're going to treat you they definitely don't know their heads from their backsides and Kershaw I will tell everybody to go to the Camden store and call the Camden store they know more about anything than all the other ones do as far as I'm concerned

Didn't have the parts I was looking for was kinda bummed out. 2018 seadoo RXT-X 300 spark plugs. Luckily NAPA was right down the road and they had them in stock. Now with that said the employee that helped me tried to find something that would work and was very friendly so don't let my 3 stars run you off. Will go there again when I need parts for any of my vehicles.

Our car broke down traveling through. They not only helped get our car going again. They made an extra effort to make sure my wife and kids were taken care of. They made the best of a bad situation.

Great service everytime I order parts for anything, and also recommend certain brands for what I need. Very friendly likes to talk, makes you feel like their not strictly just working for a pay check.

These guys are great. I purchased a wheel bearing over a year ago and never was able to use it and when I brought it back to them they happily refunded my money. I did not have the receipt but they were able to look up the purchase on the computer.

Friendly folks who helped look for an item they don't stock (Micro2 fuses). 4stars because they didn't have what I assumed to be a common "part". To clarify, they had a multi-pack, but I needed two 10-amp fuses and didn't want to purchase 2 packs for $10.

O'Reilly's is good staff is friendly helpful and not rude like AutoZone! I shopped at AutoZone for years. But the staff is rude and was sold bad part's all the time.

This maybe my favorite part store. There willing to help and answer questions is great. They'll test your batter and what not. They seem to like doing it. Lot of places say they do but find reasons not to. The parts I get work and I don't have to take it back because they gave me the wrong part like other places.

Very helpful to someone who doesn't have a lot of expertise and is sent in to get things with a list from their husband. The guys were very patient with me and helped me load all of the things i got into my car. Had to give 4 stars though because they gave me the wrong oil filters and we didn't realize it until the truck was empty of oil and ready to replace which meant we had to go back.
