So professional and kind gentleman just came outside without hesitation to do a diagnostic test on our SUV as we are traveling for the holiday. Reassured us that our issue is minor (never mind that we just had it in the shop to make sure everything was OK before leaving home). Thank you and God bless you and your family
The crew at the Camden, SC shop was very courteous, helpful and respectful. I have mobility issues after combat so, kinda at odds.
Trusted them with a card, they checked first before ringing it in. They also did some basic stuff without asking, simply said, "I got this."
My experience was not good ! The young lady at the register with glasses 🤓 & tattoos was very rude ! When asked about a part she intentionally gave me the most expensive one , didn't mention anything about others prices. Looking at the screen inser a cheaper one , she denied it & didn't care!! Dealing with recycled refurbished parts & paying new prices is 1 thing but putting up with bad staff is worse. This is why we mainly buy parts off eBay , real prices & staff won't rob me!
Stopped by after having issues with my car and needing my alternator checked. Unlike the other place I went...the staff here were super helpful and actually ran the test for me right away! Checked the alternator and gave me the information I needed. Great customer service and I really appreciate the fact they took the time to help instead of assuming the problem. Definitely my go to spot from now on.
This place has gone so far down hill. Online said they had the part in needed in stock at this location. I get there he said he had to order it. Then I order it and then they send me a email saying they canceled my order due to an error on their part. This is usually why I just go straight to oreillys sit in line at AutoZone for almost 30 min for them not to have the part then cancel the order on you.
As I entered the entrance I was greeted by Isaiah Smalls with a smile. He was very respectful and very nice to me . I had a battery installed by him . He did an outstanding job!!! I will come again thank you so much Mr Smalls ! Fantastic!!!
I waited in line as the cashier was busy with another customer. There was another worker there who looked my way a couple of times and I assumed he didn't work the register but he did finally decide to come over and ring up my things. He may have been busy as well but didn't appear to be.
Matthew P. was so helpful to me on this cold Thursday! He went above & beyond to explain to me what he was checking & even looked my battery info up when I didn’t know it. I appreciate his help extremely!
This review is long over due. I was going to Lowes to get some concrete bags (a lot of concrete bags) and I have a air suspension system in my truck. Long story short, the air pumps at Lowes and local gas stations were all broke. So, I went to Autozone in Camden to see if they had an air pump I could use. Unfortunately, they didn't. However, a little voice from the back of the store (Miranda) came from behind the wall of autoparts who heard my distress. She came out from behind the counter and told me she had a portable pump in her personal car I could use. Low and behold, Miranda to the rescue! I used the pump to raise my suspension and got my concrete. Maybe it wasn't Autozone that helped me, but it's people like Miranda who work there, are what make those businesses look good. Thank you again Miranda! Keep up the good work! :)
The best service ever! We ended up stranded coming home from vacation and they did everything they could to help us get back on the road! The customer service was amazing!
After having a terrible experience with O'reilly Auto Parts store in Camden SC I went to Auto Zone in Camden SC and was greeted by welcoming employees (Lisa and Tommy). They were able to assist me in getting the correct part and supplies. It felt good going into a part store where the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to the management at Auto Zone for having great employees that deliver excellent customer service.
This store came in absolute clutch. Had some friends visiting family 2 states away and I had no way to get there to help them with a dead battery. So I called the nearest AutoZone to them and got assisted by the staff there fully. One of their drivers happened to be coming in for parts and offered his assistance in getting a new battery taken to them and installing it for them. Even staying to make sure she was able to get it going again. The gentalmans name was Dan. He didn't have to help but he did for complete strangers from 3 states away. They all were very helpful and knew exactly what to do and got them back in the road. I can't thank them enough for all they did for us.
I called to check to see how much something cost today Mr.Dan was really nice and very friendly he took the time to ask me how many I needed was very patient with me we need more peopl like him.keep up the good work Mr.Dan.😊😊
I walked in very hot and needing Freon. Erin was very helpful! She not only showed me which one to get, but also put it in for me. AND showed me that I had a $5 credit! I am SO PLEASED!
Mr. Scottie the manager at this store is very nice. Very helpful, funny and very giving guy. He made me and my kids laugh and feel like we were wanted there.
The light bulbs and turn signal bulbs were not working. Staff member, Austen, went above and beyond to ensure that we were pleased. One of the best visits to an Auto Store ever!
I had a unique problem and they did everything they could to help me fix it but the end it's going to take a lot more research to figure out. I Really commend them for trying. 👍👍 Will highly recommend them in future.
AutoZone used to have a great staff with Pleasant employees but after my experience last night I can say they've definitely dipped in quality I was there last night one of the employees a heavy-set guy with long black hair I'm not sure his name I don't even think he was wearing his name tag but he was very rude I would even go so far as to say snarky anybody that considers AutoZone I would recommend going to Advanced they have a much better staff AutoZone needs to do better with their Staffing
Service was great. One particular worker, which I believe was the manager. Young African american guy. Attitude was awful.
Had to return a product. You would of thought, he purchase the item with his money. Other than, the rest of the crew is awesome.
