R&K sent out a roadside mechanic immediately after I called for one of our company trucks and got us back up and running. Will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

We were driving from FL to VA when we started having major vibrations in our tires. Pulled over to find bubbles in our rear tires. We searched and found R&K Services only 1.5mi away. We stopped in at 4:30 just before they closed and they were so helpful. Alex got us new tires ordered overnight for our F-350 and had them in the shop by 9am the next morning. Replacing the tires with new ones took less than 2 hrs. We have the warranty on our tires and Christina the front desk manager was super helpful with helping us talk through the claims with our warranty service and giving them all the details to process our claim. We cannot say thank you enough for your amazing service and getting us back on the road so quickly!!

While travelling from Canada to Savannah I realized that I had no travel trailer brakes so I dropped by R&K for some help. Richard the owner approached me asked what was going on and I explained about the brakes. He assured me Alex his mechanic would look at it as soon as he was back from lunch. It must have been a loose connection and I was on my way. I know the shop was busy and the office manager was so nice as well. What a great experience, if I lived nearby this would be my go to place. Thanks folks for the excellent service.

Excellent service!! Trailer leaf spring on our 6,000lb boat broke on 95. Frame dropped on fender making the trailer unusable. My Boat US towing (subbed to A1) locally wouldn't come out until next day. Richard from R&K drove out within an hr and we determined we could remove the fender to free the tires and safely drive to his shop. They got the part next am and made the repair in less than 2 hrs, very fair on pricing, which isn't always the case. Wish they were closer because he and Kelly, his wife would have all our automotive business. Use R&K with confidence. Good people, quality work, fair pricing.

While traveling thru South Carolina we got a screw in one of our tires. We were referred to R&K repair and they did a wonderful job. The mechanics were very helpful and service was done within 2 hours from when we pulled in. We are so thankful that they were able to get us back on the road quickly and safely and without breaking the bank. All in all a positive experience.

Absolutely amazing I had to get service done and had a crack on my hub cap.They are fast and reasonable on rates. If you need work done on your truck come here. You will be back on the road fast. Hot shots welcome FYI Story time. I’ve been running for 6 months. I’ve had 6 blow outs 2 regen problems and need service done. I personally text them if they can squeeze me in. I am so unbelievably blessed that after I got into a major car crash, R&K Repairs was called to tow my car from the scene. Richard and Kelly were unbelievably patient and understanding toward me and my friends during one of the most traumatic (and stressful) experiences we had ever been through. But they didn't stop there. They went above and beyond what would ever be expected of them (on a Friday night nonetheless!) to make sure that my friends and I were able to get where we needed to go, safely. They were so knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire day. I will forever be grateful that we were able to cross paths with them, even if it wasn't under the most ideal circumstances. I couldn't recommend their services more. Thank you Richard & Kelly for your outstanding service and compassion.

R&K helped one of my drivers out who blew a tire with an uncommon size in their area. They arrived on site within 30 minutes, and the correct tire, and completed the repair quickly and professionally. Kelly in dispatch was very kind as well. Thanks for the great service!

All I can say is is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I came limping into R&K Services with my Houseboat and trailer with a broken equalizer hanger on my trailer suspension as well as having all my studs ripped outta one of my hubs and my axle dragging. Thought I was doomed when the owner greeted me, assessed the situation and jumped right on it knowing I was in route to my home in Florida. Everyone there where real good folks and Buddy the dog was great company while I watched folks work on my trailer it the pouring rain. The welding job they did was way stronger than factory. Ya’ll are good people and god bless. Made it home safe and confident my trailers repair will outlast the factory weld. Thanks again guys.

While traveling through with our 5th wheel RV we had already had two blowouts on I-95 just before Memorial Day weekend. There were either no tires at other stores or no appointments available. The folks at R&K said just bring it in and let’s get you back on the road! They treated us like we were their own family. We pulled the RV in and they went right to work while another employee went to their distributor to get us four new tires. If I lived here no one else in the tire industry would ever get my business, PERIOD! Thank you R&K family and God bless.

We were on our way Home Driving through Savannah, Stop to get fuel and ended up putting the wrong fuel in my tank. I didn't know one person in Savannah and I found R & K on the Internet, they had such a great Rating, so I said what the hell , lets call and see what they can do. Well let me tell you, they were absolutely amazing. Not only were they able to get me back on the road they were able to do it, fast and very fair. They were very understanding of my situation and greeted me with a smile And great Southern hospitality. Not only did I find a great place to take care of my truck, I made great friends in the process. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Out of town with a flat on I-95 in our toy hauler and as terrible as it was to have to experience we put on the spare and called the closest tire repair service center. Thankfully it was R&K Repair Services!! The had our tire in stock and we were back on the road in no time. Great customer service!!!

I was so impressed with their tire service that I passed back through on my way home to get a trailer repair. These are GOOD people. If you are looking for an I-95 shop that is not highway robbery, it's here.

This was my situation my driveshaft and carrier bearing and u joint decided it wanted to go R&K was within 5 minutes of the time they said they would be there after running down parts and putting back together they had me on the road in 4hrs as most drivers know that's unheard of if you need help definitely give them a call thanks again for the speedy response and repair time

Had a truck down at the Welcome Station, I-95 SC. The passenger side mirror was knocked off last night. Called them because of their location and 5 Star Rating. Kelly answered the phone and took our road call. They took care of the truck quick and were very fair with their pricing. Thank you R & K.

While traveling on Interstate 95 I picked up a foreign object in a tire. I limped in to Hardeeville SC. late in the evening and spent the night at a local hotel. Called R&K Repair early in the morning, explained my situation and although they were very busy they took me in right away and repaired my tire for a nominal charge. I also was concerned that I may have damaged the tire beyond repair. They assured me that the repair was safe when they could have easily sold me a new tire. My family and I were evacuating Hilton Head in our motorhome due to Hurricane Dorian and I lost engine power. We could not find anyone to help with roadside assistance. We found R&K while searching google. Called and the fantastic owners sent out Alex. He was friendly and proficient and got us running well enough to make it back to the shop. Within an hour, he found the electrical problem and got us back on our way. Prices were very reasonable. We could not have asked for a nicer family and business to help us out in our crisis. Alex is A+. Trust the 5 star reviews - you don’t run across a place like this very often.

We were on our way home to Canada after wintering in Florida. We stopped at the welcome centre across from you on I-95 in the south end of South Carolina and I noticed a puddle of fresh liquid under my RV. After investigating it and I determined it was a leaking brake line. I knew it was serious and required immediate repair. I googled truck repairs shops in the area and a list of repair shops came up. Your Shop came up first and was the closest to my location and rated 5 stars. When I arrived and you responded with such quick service and had us back on the road again within 2 hrs. I was blown away and very appreciative of the quick and professional service you and your crew showed a traveler. My Son and I were Traveling from Savannah after a college orientation and had a breakdown entering I-95. We were towed to his shop and received the BEST SERVICE I have ever RECEIVED in my lifetime. Not to mention, he stayed late on a Friday After to get our car working so we could make our 4 hour trip home. My Son will be in the area for the next four Years in College and we had A calmness come over my wife and I knowing that he now has a Trusted HONEST Mechanic in the area. I cant believe my good fortune to have a vehicle breakdown 10 hours from home and to have found R&K. Normally you fully expect to be taken advantage of if your far from home but that didnt happen here. After evacuating to South Carolina from Hurricane Irma, I stated to make the long trip back home. Traffic was really backed up and at a certain point, I noticed I had a flat tire. I walked into the nearest town to try to find a tire place, as my phone was almost dead, but no one could help or was closed. Finally, tired and out of options, I made the trek back to my truck when I happen to walk past R & K Repair Services, Inc. They were closed, but I noticed someone in the lobby and approached. Richard, the owner, came out and heard what I had to say. He promptly, efficiently, and with the utmost professionalism got me the tire I needed. His wife Kelly, both kind and courteous, diligently took care of the paper work, as Richard prepared the truck to take me and change my tire. With the speed of a veteran with over 30 years autocare experience, Richard changed my tire in a flash and had me on my way. I just want everyone to know if you go to R & K Repair Services, Inc, in Hardeeville, SC prepare to be blown away by their exemplary service and humanity. I had a blow out coming dwn 95 south 10 miles north of them , called them n they were waiting on me as I pulled up I was in an out under an hour , n that is including Alex having to fix n replace a mud flap for me ... great service guys thanks again .... I had a great experience today at this auto repair shop they help me out with my squeaking under my hood it was very cheap not pricey I would highly recommend them to work on your car Douglas help me out really well. we found another problem in my car and I'm taking the car back tomorrow to get it repaired from people who know what they're doing. I was on my way home from a 4 day getaway to see a friend in Hilton Head when I ran over a huge spike on the road. I was unaware of this until I stopped to get gas right by I-95. Evidently it had just happened because the tire was losing air quickly. luckily the lady in the store reccomended R & K and I was( just barely) able to get there. It was a scary situation to be in 300 miles away from home. I worked in the automotive business for 6 years so I am definitely cautious of who I let deal with my car. I was very nervous about what I was going to get when I pulled in. Fortunately these were very nice people. They gave me an honest opinion and were very understanding of my situation. Within an hour of pulling in I was back on my way with patched tire that even I was surprised could be patched. Thank you guys for helping me out of a really tough spot. I am very fortuate things worked out the way they did. These guys couldn't have been a nicer group of people. If I lived nearby they would definitely get my future business. If you need something done I would definitely reccomend giving them yours.
