I love this place. Their service is fast and friendly. They have new and used tires for very affordable prices. They also have a quick mechanic "Shorty". He changed my alternator in 30 mins and now im back to get my valve cover gaskets replaced. He is getting the job done faster than expected so he knows what he is doing. Mr. John and Mrs. Willie are like family to me now and I am coming back for all my car issues.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The worst business I’ve ever experienced. I left my car there to get fixed. Today I go to pick it up she’s telling me it’s a storage fee of $4500. Please don’t go there. Do not leave your car there. Whatever you do, don’t go there!
Don’t use John’s junkyard because they make excuses to Craig the windshield and they will never give your money back for the part you need and you won’t get your windshield either. They keep breaking them. They keep breaking them. They won’t get your money back so don’t use them.
This was the worst experience I have ever had in buying a product on line I purchased 2 side mirrors for my truck sent the money and the shipping cost went up by the day and kept asking for more money for shipping even after sending a shipping invoice stating my item was shipped by the time I stopped sending money the cost of shipping went up four times trippling the 200 cost of the mirrors in the end I sent 500 dollars in shipping and John asked for another 250 dollars to cover shipping fees . I lost all of my money totaling 500 dollars of my money with no mirrors because I refused to send anymore money. I would not recommend this business to anyone if it’s legit I will never know the shipping fees are never ending and it is not disclosed when you make your purchase they just keep asking for more money. Very disappointed
I bought a part from this business through Facebook. He quoted me $215 shipped. Then contacted me from FedEx saying that they required an insurance of $159.00 more. I checked with FedEx and they said " we don't charge insurance". I sent him the money anyway and soon got another message saying he wasn't shipping through FedEx anymore. He said he's shipping through pacific express. He then sent me the tracking number. I thought okay it's done but no, soon I got a text message from someone claiming to be pacific express asking me for $389 more!!! I contacted johns used auto parts and he said he was going to go to the shipper to pay and wanted me to send him the $389 to pay it himself. I said why can't I just contact the shipper myself? He said they're busy today. I smelled something was off with this guy so I asked him for my money back. He said the shipper will not give him his product or money back. I knew then that was a lie. Long story short this business is shady and is working with a network of thieves that keep asking for more and more money to drain you. I'm filling a complaint t with the federal trade commission, BBB AND Facebook. I will not stand by and watch some thief steal people's hard earned money. Buyer beware.
This place used to be better. I contacted them about putting a motor in my father's car. They kept telling me that they were going to pick the car up but they kept giving me excuses why they hadn't come yet. After more than two months, I, finally, gave up on it. Now my Dad is still without transportation and I wasted months on empty promises. This is disappointing since they put a motor in for me(in my Ford ranger)about 15 years ago and did a fair and satisfactory job at that time. Not talking bad about them but I'd prefer "brutal honesty" from them rather than leading me on to believe that they were willing to do work that they ,obviously, for whatever reason, didn't want to do.
