I popped a flat in the middle of our family trip. After calling several shops and being told that their schedules were too full, I ended up calling Butler's Service Center. Without hesitation they said they could work me in and gave me a quote that beat easily beat their competition. Their staff could teach a master class on customer service. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I am from Florida and my family and I were traveling to Maine with our 5th wheel when a belt broke in one of my tires. The tire size on my truck was very hard to find. I called over 15 tire places in Savannah and no one could get the tire I needed until I called Butlers. Brook answered the phone and told me right away that they could get the tire from the warehouse in Savannah. The owner drove and got the tire while my family and I waited in there sitting area. This is a family run business and they went out of there way to get us back in the road. Thank Butlers for all your help. That’s the value of a family run small business.

We stopped in due to a nail in one of the tires and Manny took care of it quickly got us back on the road. Thank you for the absolutely amazing quick service and the amazing team.

Good response and helpful with getting our car in in a decent time, but replaced a turbo and did "recommend oil change" with turbo, oil was overfilled by several quarts and serious issues occured including valve train noise, heavy smoking, engine stuttering and stalling, and sounds of rattling coming from motor. This is such a simple slip up for a place with a reputation like this completely unacceptable.. engine was on level ground, oil had about 10 minutes to settle to bottom so reading is accurate. $2.6k in work and this is the quality received. Double filling oil requires a lack of skill that's impressive

Would not recommend, overpriced and poor customer service. Charged way too much for a simple diagnosis and seemed to have little sympathy for the plight I found myself in breaking down while traveling.

Broke down on my way from Virginia to Florida, had a bad transmission, I plugged my OBD2 sensor in to figure it out and knew what it was, simply took it to Butler’s for a diagnostic second opinion and then after the fact found out they were charging me $140 for the “work” and 2 minutes of diagnosing. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Take your business elsewhere. Cano’s down the road treated me much better and was very helpful.

I’m leaving this review for my dad. He recently took his truck there because his brakes went out. They charged him over $300 not included the diagnostic test, which I think is crazy! So when he took it home he noticed it was doing the same thing so he took it right back only to be charged another $73 for them to look at it which is wrong! If you just worked on my car and I take it home and it’s not right I should be able to bring it right back without being charged again. I feel like it’s just a way for y'all to make extra money. If a customer is not satisfied you don’t charge them again you FIX THE PROBLEM SIMPLE! He was very disappointed with his service.

I was driving from FL to back NJ and suddenly my car started to shake and I found them as savior. They fixed me without try to steal me for cheap price even though they were about to close soon. In plus we're Saturday, they suppose to be close Sunday and I was just stucks in the middle of nowhere. Thanks to them to help a traveller.

On our return drive from Clearwater to Toronto area on a Saturday afternoon had major tire problems due to faulty recalled Cooper tires (that I recently found out) that had not even 800 miles on them - that were extremely shimmy dangerous. Had to wait 2 days in Hardeeville Hilton for a tire shop to open . Pressure! Called Butler’s and John was wonderfully courteous, helpful and trusting. Got there in 15 minutes and was safely up back on the road with 3 hours . No Pressure! Price ,service, courtesy, class, staff… JOHN and BUTLER’s has it All! Will never forget You Folks ?

Had car trouble traveling between Ohio and Florida. AAA suggested our car be towed to Butler’s. Even though it was after hours, the owner picked up the phone and was sympathetic to our situation. First thing in the morning, our car was fixed! I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Butler’s Auto Service and their incredible staff. I was traveling through town when my car needed attention unexpectedly on a Saturday. They not only fit me in last minute, but treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s rare these days to find a place that not only provides great service but also makes you feel like you’re in good hands — especially when you’re far from home. The staff was efficient, honest, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I purchased a 2023 gmc terrain Denali with 54k miles from Carvanna and found an oil leak and balled tires, called silver roc who sent us to butlers. Butler said they repaired the leak. 2 days later car was leaking oil again. We took it to gmc dealership only to find out that the leak was coming from the same spot butler said they repaired. SMH when I called butler after noticing the oil leak after the repair the front desk lady said sometimes they can determine at first where the oil leak is coming from. BULLSHIT! Do not take your car here. GMC dealer has got me right

Butlers service center was extremely helpful when i recently broke down in their town trying to get to florida. They were professional, sympathetic to my situation, worked on my car right away; and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you're ever in their area. Thank you Butlers for making a scary situation much easier. I appreciate you!

Had brake failure on I-95, heading from Pennsylvania to Florida. They were able to get me in and handled the repair efficiently and for a reasonable price. Nice staff and comfortable waiting area.

Would have given 5 stars. Part of the repair was to replace 3 ignition coils on the rear side of the engine. It was a minivan and the coils that I had bought earlier to put on were still behind the rear seat after they were told to use them. It could have saved me some money. They did a good job and I would recommend them. I'm from out of the state and had to leave the van. They were nice in taking my son and I to the Savannah Airport to rent a car to drive back down to South Florida. They were busy and I guess someone didn't get the message about the coils.

I highly recommend this place. Quick and efficient service at a great price. From my first call until my tires were installed was great. Inadvertently left a 1 star review that should have been 5 stars.

Canadians driving from Ontario headed to Florida for a cruise. Our tire had a bubble and we pulled off hoping for help within an hour with NO notice they found a tire and had it installed. Such great service and very nice people working.

Let me start off by saying the two ladies up front are so delightful. I asked for a diagnostic, and they did, so I went to go pay and pick up my truck, and I guess because I decided to fix it myself the technician was very vague barely told me what the issue was. Why not give me what I paid for. You made $180.00+ or - off the job. I will never go back there again, and every time someone asks me, I tell them to stay clear.

Great mechanic! I was from out of town...so I was at the mercy of finding a reputable place...got there first thing .....they took care of me almost right away...no appointment...reasonable price on their services...plus they have numerous parts stores nearby...which puts them at an advantage on being able to take care of their customers in reasonable time if possible....friendly staff...I would recommend them..Chris M. This shop took EXCELLENT care of us when our car broke down on vacation. James didn't give up on a tough situation with our older vehicle, he worked many hours to solve the problem so that we could make it home safely. The owner John, George and Chelsey at the front desk were all great too. Prices very fair for work done. Honest, salt of the earth folks. Recommended to us by locals in town as well. Highly recommend. :)

Had a flat on 95, i put the spare on and found Butlers right off the interstate. The gentleman stopped what he was doing and quickly fixed our tire and put it back on for us. Excellent service, friendly employee, i wish i could remember his name. Highly recommend this garage for any services they provide.

This company is fantastic a very well run family business that cares about its clients. They picked us up on the side of the highway. I had my three kids with me and my transmission just had blown the owner and his sons couldn’t do enough to help us out. So a big thank you to them. I will remember them every Christmas definitely will send them a gift every year.

After waiting for AAA on 95 South for 2 hours, we placed a call to Butlers. Within an hour, Frank came to pick us up. He noticed the issue immediately, a loose oil cap. When loading it up, he noticed an issue with a rear tire we wouldn't have seen. It was a gash in the back sidewall. The cap may have been a blessing in disguise as we may not have know until it was too late. They stayed open a few extra minutes to get us back on the road safely. From the ladies at the front desk, to the crew in the garage, this place is AWESOME!!! If they weren't 3.5 hours away, they'd be my go to shop. Thank y'all again!!

My passenger airbag sensor wasn’t working and I took my car in to be serviced at butlers. Ladies at the front were super kind and professional. I come to pick my car up a few days later due to the fact the part needed was not available and I would need to return and I noticed a large dent. I want to state first that I was always respectful, kind and was always extremely patient. I was accused of bringing my car in with the dent by the owner; I requested footage and after an hour or two we finally saw a box truck driven by his employee run into my car. We came to a deal of my car being repaired at a body shop and my tail light to be replaced. I made an appointment with the body shop. I returned my car to butlers a few days later and they repaired the air bag sensor. When I picked up my car I noticed the center cup holder frame was destroyed. It was located near the access for the sensor. I addressed the owner and was told that my car is old and that things will break; that the location of the damage wasn’t close to what was repaired.( it was directly next to it). My tail light to this day was never repaired. It’s been months; I’ve been ignored. I’ve gone in person and have been ignored. No respect, dishonesty and I’m just all around super disappointed. This place caused me so much stress.

our car broke down at the wee hour of morning last dec 27 and mr butler website shows that his auto service area is the first to open in that area .when i called mr butler assured us that his gonba help us .he help us thru that day and assured me we will be back in the road on same day with the help of his staff they were able to get the car and fixed our car until now our car us working in great condition thanks so much from the bottom of our hearts we arrived safely in our place …thnk so much

I brought my wheels in to get two tires mounted on them. After three hours of waiting for them to mount two tires on them there are scratches and a huge gash on the lip of my wheel. Owner claims that that did not happen but the damages were not there before owner also claims that they were the one working on the tire when another one of their employees brought it out to me telling me that they worked on it. 10 out of 10 would never recommend anyone to ever go to the shop. The wall also states that the customers matter and care about quality. Obviously not after the owner hung up on our phone call trying to resolve the issue I had after using their service. Lazy people do not recommend….. experience summarized (told off to go take my wheels off, brought them back off of the car, waited 3 hours after I was told that it would only take a minute, got my wheels damaged by them, rudely told off by one of the owners/managers that they “didn’t scratch it” and they hung up on me) very professional……….

Just broke down and they towed the car. Looked at it within 10min of arrival and already know what the problem is! Amazing staff! Super nice staff and quick! Chelsea,front desk. Owner is super friendly! Thank you so much!
