Amazing tow service! Great communication! Everyone was booked solid and they were the only ones who told me straight up that they couldn’t come and get it that night but they would the next day and they did! Highly recommend!

We had a flat yesterday. Our insurance company sent out Ultimate Towing. Who then dispatched one of their drivers to come and change our tire (we didnt have a jack on the truck). He showed up in his personal vehicle. Once the tire was changed, we noticed noise in the front end, only made it roughly 1/8 of a mile from where we had assistance. We called Schroders towing and paid $250 to have our truck towed to our preferred shop. When we arrived at the shop, the mechanic noticed that 5 out of 8 of our lug nuts were not even tightened. When we called the office to inform them, they showed no remorse and told us "i dont know what you want me to do, insurance only pays us $75 for these services".... They get undershot and underpaid by insurance, so they do sloppy work and show no remorse over the fact they failed to tighten lug nuts properly which couldve killed someone. CALL SCHRODERS, NOT ULTIMATE TOWING.
Absolutely the best Tow truck service ever especially the fact they were open on Christmas Eve to help me when I got stranded on the side of the road because my transmission left me sitting. I will definitely be recommending them to everybody I know. And best part of it all they’re extremely reasonable with their rates.
Had some issues with my truck last night… they were very understanding and helpful… without them I’d still be on the side of the road… nice people and I wouldn’t hesitate to call if I need them again .
Absolutely horrible service, wife and daughter broke down with flat tire near midnight. Gentlemen shows up in what appears to be their personal vehicle without a jack and without anyway to remove our tire and install the spare tire. What roadside assistance company can’t change a tire out. Then to top it off the gentlemen tells my wife he has to return to the shop for a second time to find a different jack after attempting to lift the car while both were seated inside… and guess what he calls the insurance company and cancels the service stating that they could not change the tire but fails to call my wife and inform her she is waiting for absolutely nothing. If this place could receive negative stats they would receive it and I will be inspecting my vehicle to ensure you caused no damage when attempting to lift it improperly before scurrying off. Absolutely ridiculous

If you need a tow these folks will help you out with prompt safe service and great rates! My mustang gt broke down in Bull swamp they came out and towed my vehicle all the way home over 70 miles! There drivers are safe and there equipment Is awesome. dont hesitate call today!

We had a blowout on 1-26 and they responded quickly and towed us to a tire store before they closed. The two young men on the truck were very well mannered and knowledgable. I would ise thus company if i ever had the need to do so anywhere in their service area.

They are very nice people!!! They have knowledge and are experts at their craft!!! Plus, they weren’t trying to find stuff they could up charge me for. The price for their work was refreshing. The guy from a different company who came out to give us an estimate, charged us $350.00 and didn’t even open his tool box.
Great towing company! Honest and reliable. Carley the dispatcher was so nice, and always communicated where the tow truck was. I needed a ride on the tow truck and they provided it. The truck was clean and the customer service amazing!

Where is it acceptable to handle *business* in an unprofessional manner? This business has no customer service skills. We are pursuing any & all things legal to correct your inappropriate business tactics! Where is it written or when did you state during the phone call that you would charge to come open the gate on a Saturday? Why would a towing company NOT be open on a Saturday?? UNACCEPTABLE on every level... and you will reap what you sow!
I believe there is room for improvement in the communication process at this establishment. The notification processes could be more efficient to ensure customers are kept informed about the status of their vehicle. Additionally, pricing may be higher than expected, which is something to consider when utilizing their services.
Easy to contact. They Kept me up to date and they were very honest about any questions I asked. This is a young couple trying to establish great business. Guys you have me as a value customer here in out.
