I'm giving 2 state towing 5 stars they really deserve 10 stars after waiting on chancey's Towing too only finding out chancey couldn't compete the job . My vehicle was in a parking garage deck with 6 ft clearance. My insurance company contact 2 state towing, I never heard of this outstanding towing company. Matthew and his partner was persistent on getting my vehicle on the 1st floor deck so that he could tow vehicle to a residence using dolley brilliant idea. I forgot to mention Matthew responds time and Communications was great. I'm going too give all 15 employees(2 state towing) business card. Thanks Ricky
2 State Towing was a true blessing to me this evening. My car broke down and after working on it for over an hour, I finally contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance. 2 State Towing accepted my request very quickly. I was originally quoted up to 85 minutes from my insurance company and 2 State Towing was there within 30 minutes. Matthew, the owner was caring, kind, and you can tell he loves what he does. He got my car and myself home safely and for that, I am grateful. Should I need towing assistance again, I definitely will call him before anybody else. Thank you again for your help.
Handled our situation quickly and efficiently. The best price you can find, unless you own your own tow truck. Very nice and understanding and more than willing to help any way they could.
They were quick to get to our car and tow it safely back to our house. It provides a peace of mind when you can count on someone to make their business a priority and be as quick and efficient as possible.
Not one to ever write reviews. Pretty sure this might even be my first one on Google, but I had SUCH a good experience with 2 State Towing in a (personally) high stress situation.
I tried for an hour on my own to find a resolution to my car not turning over before biting the bullet and calling a tow truck. Called a friend, tried to jump it off for almost an hour, everything. We were EXHAUSTED. I wanted to be home, it was late, and my only other idea was to call a tow truck and deal with it another day. But the thought alone was intimidating because I was afraid someone would try and hike up the price given the nature of the situation being “emergent”.
I called two places that were listed as closest to me. One rang on repeat; one straight to voicemail.
I called 2 State Towing and even though it was pretty late on a Friday night, he answered on the second ring and was generally happy to get up and come help.
When he arrived, not only did he try and find alternatives to getting me up and running (for well over 40 minutes of HIS time) before towing, but he was EXTREMELY patient as we waited.
Mind you, I was internally losing my mind over my car being dumb.
When it rains, it pours. This day was a drought.
Obviously this is a field where people have seen better days, but the way that he REALLY handled the situation with grace made it so much easier for me. (Especially being the end of a long week at the very end of a day.)

Excellent customer service - Matthew is amazing! I was told it would take up to an hour for a tow and he was there in less than 15 minutes. He was gracious enough to let me ride with him to drop off my car and waited until my alternate transportation arrived before leaving. Highly recommend!!
Matthew from 2 State Towing was both professional and friendly. I was quoted 30-60 minute wait and he arrived within ten minutes. He offered to me a ride back with the car in his cabin which both comfortable and well air conditioned. Matthew took the time to check both of my tires and let me know if they were still fixable. We got the car off the side of the road both quickly and safely! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
