A van was left at my house and I caught on camera the driver pulling it out of my yard and thru my grass while the van was in park and dug ruts through my grass. Nobody contacted me about taking it out of my yard or coming on my property. Everything was left damaged
Contacted Big Tow for a precariuos off-road recovery situation I got myself into. They are hands down the best tow company I have ever dealt with. If you are ever in a tough situation and in their service area do not hesitate to call. Professional, understanding and willing to help.
I called different companies and received different excuses for not getting a tow... It would be 2 hours before sending someone, the price is double because the wrecker service was several miles away at the time, there was nobody working on a Saturday morning, etc. A friend of mine was able to recontact this company and they called me back due to being disconnected. I am so grateful for the help I received from the driver. He loaded my car up fast and efficiently while being careful and respected my car and got it over to the dealership for repair. The dealership was able to repair my car today and I opted to do a couple of other repairs recommended while I had it in the shop. I appreciate how quick it was getting there because I was able to get all repairs done today and am back on the road without delay. I highly recommend this company.
If I could give 0 stars to these people I would. They will tow your car in the middle of the night and advertise it on Facebook. Then you ask to speak to the manager and the woman at the desk refuses. Meanwhile their dog is nibbling at your legs while you wait inside their “office.”
I have used other roadside services, but "Big Tow" was nicer, and they even gave me some future information that I might need at a later date. The gentleman was very nice and he acted like he loved his job, which you don't see anymore. I most definitely will use them again.
Cody with Big Tow Wrecker Service was great. Handled himself professionally. Despite how busy he was, from the moment he answered our phone call, to the moment he pulled off with our car, was less than 10 minutes or so. It was a very quick and professional 5 star service for sure. Also had the best pricing hands down.
They were very prompt, got to us quickly. Joe the driver was very polite and made us feel like we had known him all of our life. Got us to a garage and then to a hotel. All of this while the outer band of hurricane Helene was dumping rain like crazy. This was on Thursday around 4pm. We had to stay till Saturday because of all the destruction but that was ok, we were safe. That Saturday morning Cody had Joe to load up our truck, because we could not get it fixed due to the power outages , and take us home. We were about 4 hours from home. They made our experience less stressful. The garage they took us to was Carolina Auto. Frank and Sadie the owners were very helpful also. These guys called and gave me the best price around, no issues, they were super quick, friendly, and helpful and answered all my questions they took care of my vehicle making sure not to damage it and make sure it was properly secured. The process to pay was very easy too. Nice company worth every bit of the 5 stars I am giving them.

Neighbor had both sets of keys in car to cool car for dog. Ignition was running and when she shut car door to retrieve her dog, the car doors automatically locked. A call was made to Big Tow, and they arrived within 15 minutes and unlocked car. Great service! Courtesy and promptness brought customer satisfaction! Highly recommend Big Tow!

The Jiffy Lube service advisor told me “your alignment is no charge because the mechanic could not get to a 5 marker, only able to get to a 7. Your vehicle cannot be aligned. Did you have a wreck?” This was March 13, 2024. I remember when back in January 27,2023 when another service advisor told me the save thing and asked me if my car had been wrecked? No, I have never had a wrecked or been run into. But the previous day, January 26, 2023 my car was towed in by Big Tow. I remember when the tow driver came up with a flat bed towing truck. He looked at my indented driver side front tire. It had collapsed due to a ball joint. He said it would take an additional out of pocket $100.00 plus my insurance. Now I just wanted to get my car towed in and repaired. The tow driver was rogue and jacked the front driver’s side up and left the passenger side “hanging” with the weight of the motor on it. I thought this was wrong but I assumed he knew what he was doing as he “tilted” my front end working to get the tire to realign. Finally, he got the tire to realign, pulled the car onto the flat bed. I paid him the out of pocket 100.00 plus because I thought he had done a good job. Well the next day when I picked my car up from Boy Scout Road Tire & Automotive, they charged me for an alignment but said it was not exact! I have always gotten exact alignments, the last one being February 4, 2021 at Butler Automotive, Wrightsboro Road. With no wrecks in between, my chassis must have been damaged by Big Tow.
I cannot thank Big Tow enough for how great they took care of me today!!! My key fob had been missing and I was towed to where I needed to be to get another one. They were quick, efficient and friendly. This is the kind of service that deserves all of the clientele. This will definitely be my go to from this point out and I will send everyone that I know to them.
Dispatch was so kind and helpful when we were in a tough spot. Good Sam was giving us the run around and big tow told us they could be their in 15 minutes. We were on a road trip and broke down. Dispatch even recommended an amazing shop that helped get us back on the road.
I am gladly giving this business 5 stars and would give twice that many if able. On Friday January 19 my car was involved in a minor wreck leaving it undrivable. I was left with a bit of a mess . But Cody Lovero the owner of the towing service stepped up. He listened to me even though I was frantic to get my only means if transportation home. He devised a plan to tow my car to a inexpensive tire repair shop and effectivly helped me out tremendously. He was polite, patient, professional in every way. I would recommend this service to all. These folks have ALWAYS been able to pick up our vehicle when we need them to and safely tow it exactly where we ask. It seems that even when they say they're really busy one day, we've still never had to wait very long for them to arrive. Courteous, professional, friendly, and affordable!! Just literally had Cody here to tow our van to the mechanic. At 7am, my husband went to leave for work and the van wouldn't start. Charged up the battery, still nothing. Truck died at the gas station after a long day at work. Called Big Tow Wrecker Service and they were able to give me a quote right away. We agreed on the price (Very Reasonable) and my truck was picked up right away. Cody was very professional and made sure to take all precautions while hooking up my truck. Had a tire blowout on my fifth wheel. Coming back from Ridge Road campground outside of Augusta, Georgia. Called a lot of companies and nobody could help me out. When I called big toe, they were out within 30 minutes. All I needed was a lift my camper to put on a new tire. The guy was quick knowledgeable and we are in and out in about 15 minutes. They only complaint I have is how much it cost. 270 dollars later we were back on the road.
I unexpectedly got a flat tire, "the day before I was getting a new set of tires installed!". Ironic to say the least. I reached out to a friend for a recommendation and they gave me the number for Big Tow Wrecker Service. I made one phone call to schedule assistance and that is all it took. Within a few minutes I was contacted by Cody, who was very professional and already in route to my location. Their service was not only friendly and professional but very prompt. It was like having a team on standby. Within minutes of arrival, my vehicle was secured and on the way to the repair shop. In previous experiences I've had to wait as long as an hour and a half before anyone arrived. I can say hands down this has been the best experience with a towing service I've encountered. I would recommend Big Tow Service to anyone needing roadside vehicle assistance and will not be using any other service provider in the future. Update: The owner and dispatcher responded kindly and promptly to our complaint. I wanted to praise them for being so kind and listening to our complaints. Handled professionally and would recommend their company. A bad employee is not a complete reflection on this company.
The driver took two hours to get to us. We were told an hour wait. Then the driver went to our house instead of to the broken down vehicle. An 8 mile ride from our house to tow is going on another hour wait. It’s a 14 minute ride. Needless to say I would not recommend this service to anyone especially given the price of the tow - super expensive. Stay away.
OMG!!! Thank you Tim! you’re a life saver!!! My alternator belt came off and i was stuck under the overpass of 520…well I called Big Tow and they came to my rescue..they did just that. Within 15 minutes Tim was there (who does that?!)got me loaded and ready to go to a shop they trust (mind you I have know clue about Augusta), but as he was hooking up my vehicle, His professional demeanor put me at ease as he thoroughly did his job. He also made me feel better by explaining that the shop would be closed but not to worry because they are top notch. I’ll tell you this (i’ve got them on lock) you can’t ask for a better towing service. wish they were in the area i live because if I need towing it would be from them. end of story….
Big Tow was not the first service listed on Google, but after the receptionist said that she had NOBODY who could help me, I'm glad I reached Cody. My recovery was a boat and trailer stuck near an easement. After hearing this Cody said he'd be there in 3 mins..... And he was! I took longer explaining the situation than it took for him to reach me. After a little problem solving, having to rig his wrecker to accommodate, I was unstuck and back on the road. Professional, courteous, & reasonably priced. This guy is the real deal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 💯
