Awesome crew here, very knowlegeable, and can order obscure parts for you quickly. I needed a manifold pressure sensor at 9am, ( For a 90's Crusader boat engine) and it was here at the store by 3pm. Go see, you will be pleased.
These guys are awful in Johnston. I like napa in general, but I never have a good experience with Raps auto. The owner of Paul Raps auto is not a good guy so I prefer to no longer support him. He could care less about long term loyalty and his business practices are questionable.
I liked the previous owner Bob, he was great.
The employees are all miserable at this location as well. Have been that way for 20 years. Have given them tons of business through different companies over the years and I am done. Have finally gone elsewhere. Should have a long time ago. I know a lot of people in the area that also go elsewhere and the list is growing.
Spent $400 on parts for restoring old truck. Tried to return a clutch fan that didn’t fit ($63). They said the box was ripped couldn’t return it. I went to Napa Cranston they didn’t say a word about the box. just gave me back the money and thanked me. Away to Cranston I go next time
Watch out they are price gouging, my last time there new owner 14 year customer 1 quart of por paint they wanted 69 dollars got price Napa Brooklyn’s ct 50.00 spent 700.00 they last two weeks good bye no more
Better quality parts and better quality service than some of the other big chain stores around. The guys who work here seem much more knowledgeable than your average auto store sales clerk. Usually have some of the more obscure parts you can't find at other stores. AAA discount, among others makes price very competitive.
NAPA is always my go-to place when I'm in a jam with my F-150. chances are they will have the parts in stock or if not they can get them real quick and the guys the counter are usually always very very very very very knowledgeable.
Friendly staff. They had exactly the right part. The store was a little darker than I'm used to seeing a store be, but still lit well enough to see everything ok.
Excellent quality parts at fair prices!!! If they don't have it in stock they can direct order from another store for same day pick up or next day pick up! I've been shopping here for years & look forward to future business!
Friendly staff helped me find the right oil and I found a really helpful funnel that screws right onto the oil tank. The funnel has caps at both ends so it won't leak when it's stored in your car.
Called for OEM paint mixture and was told to come into store to have it made.
Went to store and was told to come back another day because they were understaffed and had other customers to serve. This happened at 5PM and they did not close until 7. Poor customer service.
This store keeps a lot of inventory, they always seem to have what I need. Employees are more knowledgeable than other autoparts store options. NAPA parts are not always the cheapest but tend to be very reliable.
I bought an air filter from these guys today and had an older employee come out and tell me I had to move my car because I was blocking the whole parking lot. Customer service is #1 in retail, and it takes 2 minutes to put in an air filter. I was the only person in the parking lot, and parked right in front of the building. I'll go down the street to advanced auto parts.
