Very accommodating! Online information says store opens at 7 but sign at store says 7:30. We arrived at 7:05 and explained that I was traveling out of state last minute and needed an air filter. The lady said she understood and opened the store early just to insure we could get our part to travel safely. Great customer service. They went above and beyond.

I went in to find a starter for my car. I asked the gentleman for help. He proceeds to tell me the store only has one starter and it’s way more expensive than the one I was looking for. So I agree, exit the store, do research and call. Now that I call they have starter that was almost half the price! I go back in 10 mins later to have the First Gentleman that helped me say he doesn’t know why he didn’t see it or tried to act like he didn’t know what was going on. I understand you get bucks or points for customers spending money. All I needed was a starter. You could’ve tried to get those people who fixes cars for fun. Long story short he lied and I caught him in it I won’t be here again

Couldn’t find the right sized wiper blades for my car on my own. Mercedes helped me find them and install them on my car. Excellent service

Yanii and Ricardo were so anmazing they changed my battery out when none of the other shops in the area would. It was freezing cold and I appreciated them helping me at such an annoying time!

They treated me great & helped comfort my anxiety when I didn’t know what was going on with my car. They calmly explained to me how they can help me & were willing to do the job on site, I’m very thankful for the help I got today! I’d love to give credit to the people who helped me Alexandra for assisting me in checking the battery & Lee for providing the labor of changing my battery.

Subject: Customer Service Complaint – Incorrect Inventory & Long Wait Time Hello, I’m writing to report a very poor experience at one of your AutoZone locations. I was told that a part I needed was in stock from a different AutoZone location. I called Specify location, confirmed available and will set a specify location, confirmed available and will set aside for me.After waiting 30 minutes, I was informed the part was not available at all. The staff were slow, had difficulty locating products, and communication was challenging throughout the visit. The overall experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Please address this with the location, as the current level of service does not meet AutoZone’s standards.

Waited for a good 20ish minutes. Called before I came in, asked if they had a certain part in stock lady I spoke to said they did went there right after I called to pick it up, they didn’t set it aside like they said they would for me and after waiting for 20 ish minutes for them to “go get it” I’m told they didn’t have it in stock… and to go to another location even after I was told they had it in stock.. very disappointed.

Horrible experience. Stood in line for 30 minutes while no one attended. Me or 3 other people. And there were 4 people working. Makes no sense. And the Spanish girl that was attending people taller with long hair just walked away. @12:38pm November 3rd, 2025

Mucha inversión en local y poca en personal. No saben buscar los productos, nunca tienen nada y el trato pésimo. Me enviaron de otra sucursal porque en su sistema figura que tienen el repuesto en stock pero al llegar aqui lo único que encuentro es la frase "si no esta que hago?" Por favor 10centavos mas de inversión en capacitación del personal.

The store is nice, but the manager is very ignorant, she was a woman with many tattoos on her arms. I told her what I needed from another store she blew me off had a young man who must’ve just started. He was helpful. He did his best. I watched the manager take a phone call put someone on hold so she could continue talking to another girl. Totally unprofessional would never go back to the store again.

My mom had a great experience here after going to a different location. Manager here was great she asked an employee (Albert) of theirs to take my mom to the initial location to swap batteries when her car battery was messed up. Thank you!!!
