Fast — they were here the same day I called, efficient, and professional. Plus the guys who did it the work in the Providencce, RI, were really nice.

I had a fantastic experience with Junk King! Mike and Christian came out to pick up some old house materials, and they were prompt, polite, and extremely professional from start to finish. They worked efficiently and handled everything with care. I also found the company to be very fair with their pricing and willing to work with the customer, which I truly appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that values both hard work and great service. Five stars for Junk King and especially for the outstanding effort and professionalism shown by Mike and Christian! Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with this company. I called and they were able to give me a quote right over the phone, which I really appreciated. When I shared my affordability range, they immediately worked with me and made the removal of my mattress and a few boxes super affordable. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike and one of his companions—Mike was incredibly personable, respectful of my space, and made the whole process so easy. I even added a few boxes once he arrived, and he gave me an excellent deal without hesitation. They were also able to accommodate a time slot that worked best with my weird work hours, which meant a lot to me. I’ll absolutely be using them again in the future. 10/10

I called as a last resort because I’m in the middle of a long moving process. We live in a townhouse with stair out the front, and with babies in the middle, along with the piles of snow from the winter storm, I was overwhelmed. It’s just me and my husband and daughter who are doing heavy lifting. So I didn’t know if my body could handle more. Then, I was so shocked by the kindness and the sense of responsibility they felt to help me get the items out. I didn’t need to help! Mike and Tyler treated me as though I was their mother and that kindness went a long way to make me feel comfortable with making more progress on my move. I plan to call them again soon for more help, and thank you.

Excellent service and extremely easy process with Junk King! Had a few mattresses etc. that needed to be cleared out and the Junk King team was great. Reserving the pickup online was SO easy, got texts reminders along the way about the status of our reservation, and was called 20 min before the team showed up (which was right in the first hour of my reservation window!!). Zach and Jason were awesome. They explained pricing, were kind and personable, and had the junk removed from my house in under 5 minutes. Would recommend to anyone and will be using again.

Kyle and Harold the workers demonstrated excellent professionalism, reliability, and teamwork throughout their work. They consistently showed strong attention to detail, completed tasks on time, and were willing to go the extra mile when challenges arose. Received call with time for arrival team arrived within the time frame. Went through trash that was to be removed team started right away after agreeing on removal price,Including 5 old tv’s. Completed removal without any problems team was courteous and asking if there was anything else we needed removed. Good job by all. Definitely will ask for this team next time.

I hired Junk King for the second time and was very pleased again. The day I called, Jermaine came over and gave me an estimate. The next day, he and another person arrived as scheduled and quickly removed everything. What a relief to have this done so quickly and for an affordable price.

I used these folks when I was in a jam, pretty stressed. The folks on the phone were seamless in setting up appointment. They had great availability and came the day I needed them. The driver Kyle was awesome in getting the job done. He was organized and focused. The other guy wasn’t as good, needs to put his phone down and learn from Kyle. But overall, it was a very good experience. The price was fair and I had to negotiate a bit, but Kyle was fair. I would use them again.

I needed to clear my yard of construction materials in preparation for erecting a shed. I was going to rent a Uhaul truck and, with a friend’s help, load the debris into the truck and take it to a dump site. Based on the dump site fee and Uhaul costs, I decided to shop junk removal companies. Enter Junk King. Although my estimate appointment was in the afternoon, they were willing to come within thirty minutes of their initial callback to me. Jermaine and Jason were the model of professionalism. They were efficient, courteous, friendly, and engagingly responsive when I asked questions. In thirty minutes, Jermaine and Jason removed all of the debris. It would have taken my friend and me at least double that time. I would definitely use Junk King again. Kudos to Jermaine and Jason for making the cleanup efficiently simple. You guys deserve all good things coming to you!

Just got done dealing with Kyle and Zak for some small household junk and appliance removal; it was so easy and they were so kind! They were super helpful when i had a couple extra items for them to take that I hadn't thought of during the booking. It was over in less than an hour and I feel like I can breathe in my apartment again. So handsome on top of that! If I ever need junk removal again I will definitely go here first.

These guys are the best! I had a big demolition mess from taking down a treehouse that included five big cement based posts, and one MONSTER cement base pictured below. These guys were quick, professional, efficient, and worked with me on finding a good price. They even sent out a group of four guys the next day to get the monster!
