The best prices on genuine Ford parts I have found. Better than I get wholesale at my local dealer. Sometimes shipping takes an extra day or 2, but if I'm in a hurry I get it locally and pay the extra money. Overall, I do an have recommend Get OEM Parts.

I have ordered multiple parts from Get OEM Parts. Their prices show just how badly dealers are gouging us and I find Get OEM Parts prices the lowest of the online OEM parts sites I have found in most cases. Definitely recommend you give the a look before buying OEM branded auto parts.

I ordered a part for my truck on September 10, 2025. It took almost three weeks for the part to reach me, and it was defective, as there were no threads in the part so I could attach the bolts to it through the vehicle. I sent an email requesting help, and was told I had to send photos of the part and all original packaging. Which I did. It is now October 6, 2025 and I have NOT HEARD A WORD from this company. I am out $97 for the part and shipping, and my truck is still not fixed. In all honesty, I cannot recommend this company unless you want to be irritated for non-response and a part that is not as described.

I contacted the live chat on Get OEM Parts, and the person helping me spent several minutes looking, and they were finally able to find the items that I've been looking for, as well as the availability. Greatly appreciated the effort.

Waited 3 weeks for my order to come and they sent the wrong part.Gave them my vin number and everything.The order has the right part on it.But the wrong one was sent Zero stars .Dont waste your time or money

Buyer beware. Customer service is nonexistent. Waited two weeks for a multi part order to ship. Everything was in stock except one metric bolt. Asked multiple times to cancel the bolt and ship rest of order. Email and the stupid online chat thing. Never got even one response. You can not talk to a person with this company. If you call there is a quick explanation about no people available then the phone hangs up. Had to go through my credit card to resolve matter

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible company and terrible customer service. Placed an order on July 19th. Part stated in stock and standard shipping was 18.99 with delivery between the 23 and 25. Reached out to customer service on July 23rd as I had not recieved any shipping information. The rep I spoke with apologized stating the website is wrong and they have been unable to fix it. She said the part would take 5-7 days to reach there warehouse and then another 3 days before it would ship. I explained to her that I need the part ASAP. She again apologized and that there was nothing she could do. I reached out again today explaining my problem with my order and the rep stated it would be shipped today. If finally was but being is that it is shipped USPS I'm sure it will be another 5 days for me to recieve. I will never order from this company again and plan on telling my associates the same. No wonder they only have a 2 star rating. BEWARE...

Horrible experience. Took over month to get my parts. Customer service is terrible. Wouldn't make the situation any better. They said they would ship it faster and they didn't. They wouldn't give me a discount on future purchases or anything to make up for the delay. When I tried to cancel and ask for refund it all of a sudden was shipped that day and said they can't because it's already shipped. I am very unhappy and I still don't have my parts.

I needed and ordered 3 different parts. It was very shortly after placing the order that I got notice their inventory was zero and awaiting for GM to do their thing. Fast forward 3 days later I get a text at 2:59pm stating the items were shipping. 26 minutes later I happened to open the front door, and my parts were on my doorstep. Talk about Freaky Fast !!! These folks communicated extremely well in regards to order status. Shipping, well, what can I say other than Freaky Fast !!! Prices are very competitive. I am simply overjoyed that my ride will be fixed now as soon as I get the chance (3 days) as I work nights so Saturday will be the day of Christening. Kudos to GetOemParts........thank you

Zero customer service. Zero helpful communication. I ordered some parts from this website expecting to receive them in a timely fashion. I gave my order 3 weeks advance time of when I needed the parts. After ordering it took days to confirm my order was in process. After a few more days, they contacted me stating that my order was on hold due to a part being on backorder and not available. That part was an oil filter. An under $10 part held up my almost $300 order. I replied to the email within hours of being notified. Days later they responded saying they would refund me the $6 and then ship my order. I asked what the expected timeline. No response. Days later asked again no response. Then I cancelled the order via email. 4 to 5 days later, I was notified it shipped. After I had sent numerous emails asking for any communication with zero response. Now I'm going to have to figure out if they will respond to me for a refund on my return or I'm going to have to request the money back from my credit card company. My hopes are not high based on my experience.

This company's customer service is horrible! I ordered a part that the site said was in stock. After not hearing anything about it being shipped for several days I tried contacting them. It seems they don't stock parts but are a 3rd party broker. After trying to phone them (phone doesn't get you anywhere)I was directed to send email or go to virtual chat. Basically got the run around. After requesting a refund they finally responded and said the part would be shipped the next day. It took 2 weeks from time I placed the order to the time I received it. If you don't mind waiting and don't mind lousy customer service by all means do business with them. I personally won't be doing business with them ever again.

Should be able to do zero star rating. Order email states 2-4 days for a shipping update and didn't receive one after nearly 2 weeks. Email customer service and the responses were incredibly poor. Had to cancel my order since they took forever and still did not ship my part

I’m here to share my experience with them. My order was taking a little long to get shipped so then I looked at all the reviews and thought I was getting scammed , then my new fox shocks for my raptor showed up two day shipping then I felt bad about calling them and getting angry . They are legit, just possibly a little busy .

Absolutely terrible experience working with this company. Sent me someone's used core rather than a new turbo. Sent it back for a replacement and the replacement was even worse than the first; received with a broken shaft and completely destroyed compressor wheel. Communication has been poor though this whole experience and now will not respond to requests to return for a refund. No phone number available. Had to go to another company to get a new turbo.
