If I could give ZERO stars I would. VERY unprofessional. Left us waiting for a tow for over 4 hours and never showed up. Even after saying they would be on their way soon. They closed up for the day and we were still waiting for them. Next business day they pretty much said oh well, too bad. Really rude people. Never even stopped running their mouths so we could ask a question. Then they hung up the phone. Bad business all around.
So, I call the store or Junkyard and a very lovely lady SHANICE answered the phone. What a graceful lady. She was very, very pleasant, compassionate, helpful, and generous. This young lady gave me numerous numbers to call for what I needed. GOD BLESS HER AND THE STORE.
If you are using peddle and get assigned this company for pick up CALL AND ASK TO GET THEM SWITCHED!
They no call no showed 3 times in one week! When I called them to ask why no one showed up the first time they said “the guy who was supposed to pick up your car called out” ok fine, things happen. I rescheduled for 3 days later (earliest availability) then they didn’t show up again. Then rescheduled again, and again no showed. No courtesy call to say they can’t make it. No apology for inconvenience when I called both time. They just brushed me off like my call was inconvenient to them. I finally called peddle to get my company switched because I can’t stand the thought of wasting another day away waiting for them to not show up again. Don’t waste your time waiting for them because they obviously just don’t care.
No called, no showed twice. They said they couldn't reach me to verify on the mornings I set aside 4 hour blocks of time instead of working, which is hilarious because I would receive calls later on those nights while at work after their own business hours. What a joke. Don't bother with them.
Tremendous service from the guys at Titan Auto Recycling. Had a car that was recently in a car accident, they were able to provide all the parts for a great price and recommend me a mechanic. These guys know what they're doing !

This junkyard is a hidden gem! I had an absolute fantastic experience! Hom one of the staff member in particular is very friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The yard is well-organized, making it easy to navigate, and the prices are unbeatable. Great selection of quality used parts. Oh and not to mention a very welcoming atmosphere. I Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Ali is a very respectful and great person to work with there. Make sure you get to talk to him. Ali is great at finding the right parts that you need for your car. One of your guys, Ali I think it was helped me find a replacement gas tank and ball joints for my Chevy S10 and beat every price I could find online. Super fast and easy 10/10 recommend.
Transmission on my Altima went bad but these guys had one in stock for a great price and were able to recommend me to a good mechanic in the area. Great service by Drake and Mohamed. I’ll be back in the future!
I loved my experience, I had recently totaled my car and just needed to get rid of it. I called and talked to Ali he not only gave me a great quote but also sent over a tow truck the same day at no extra charge.

I was in a bind today, I was on my way to sell my older vehicle to a dealership when my clutch went on me. 3 nice men helped me get my car out of the intersection, but I found myself stuck on an incline in the entrance to a restaurant in a car that could no longer mover forward on its own. I was able to use the peddle service to sell my car and get connected to Titan. Todd was super friendly and understanding about my situation. He told me that even though I was out of their range, he would send a driver over because he understood I was in a bad situation on a very hot day, in a car with no AC. Nole the driver arrived quicker than anticipated, transferred the title over, loaded up my car and paid me before he left. If you’re looking to get rid of an old vehicle, checkout Titan. The guys were super nice and understanding.
