This place always have what I'm looking for and the staff treat you like family, I remember purchasing a transmission for my Ford there and the computer happen to be different from mine, they work with me by exchanging the trans 2 time then taking it somewhere to get the transmission fix.
Nice people reasonable prices I found motor for my Honda Accord 2015 $500 cheaper then other places and many people in staff very friendly specially front desk guy Josh and Zahid . Highly recommended
I called to ask foe a part and they told me they have it. When I get there they told me to wait until they pull the part out of car. I was waiting for an hour then they came and told me they couldn’t find the part!!! Just wasted my time. They don’t show any respect to the customer at all and The guy on the front desk he looked like if he was under the drug influence. Trash
I called them for a door, they said they got it but when I went there they didn’t have it. They don’t check what they got. I drove 2 hours there, wasted my time.

Called them right before Thanksgiving about a Honda transmission. Put a $200 deposit down. We live about 2 hours away. Called the next day to make sure it was ready and they lost the car. Then the guy told me he had a transmission but didn’t know if it was for that car. So i asked for my refund. It’s been over 2 weeks and still have not received a refund. If I could give them zero stars I would of given them negative stars.
So a little hard to find but we called the guy up and he directed us back down the street to find it. My sister and I bought a van seat from the. The man even put it in for us!
I bought a used car through a third party but Ali baba auto parts owned the title. The car had a serious safety issue with the front end and I did not realize until after I bought the car. As soon as I brought it to get inspected it got a red rejection sticker for safety. I contacted the third party who would not discuss the $688.00 cost that it would take to repair this issue. With that amount being greater than 10% of the purchase price it falls under the lemon law. No response from the seller. The whole thing seemed like a scam to sell this unsafe car. The third party's name is Mohammed Izhar Rashid from Warwick RI.
Only place close that had parts for my car after searching for a month. Reasonable prices and they pull the parts for you. They also advertise through craigslist for parting out certain cars. Will probably return when looking for more parts.
