Friday september 15th 2023 Came to return a product & the process was easy. Employee was nice. I love the pig on the counter that squeaks instead of ringing a bell. Super cute! ☺️

Never a bad experience in Dollar general the employees are helpful the place looks great and easy to find exactly what you're looking for (plus so much you're not haha ) their clearance is full of great stuff and so easy to tell prices and even the very few times things weren't marked it was so easy to get the help I needed to find out the prices the store has come such a long way the last year or so new management is killing it! Way to go DG!

Awful, horrendous management. The mgr sits in the back instead of helping what seems to be the only cashier available. 9 times out of 10, ive waited in line for more than 30mins. Its ridiculous!! New mgmt is needed asap

Okay listen up people the store is convenient and has some good discounts but there’s nothing on the shelfs its all sitting in the isles waiting to be placed on the shelf and it’s been this way every time I have went 5 or 6 times now. Let me just add the employees are always nice helpful.. but your loosing (Business) because you can’t get the product on the shelf hire some people come on get with the program you can’t run a business like this very disappointed …Dollar General give these ladies some help here!!! Help wanted

Very disappointed. Store was a mess. Could barely get through aisles because carts were everywhere with product that needed to go out but no one working on it. Was just udderly disgusting.

Not going here anymore. Shelves are half empty, same products missing, looks like they stopped stocking for the last month. Don't waste your time shopping here.

It is a huge clean store. The prices are always awesome The staff are freindly and will to help when looking for that certain item.

Dollar General is always clean and neat. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy going there for my quick needs.

It's well organized and check out is fast. The team members were helpful and attentive to the registers when a line formed. The only thing is the floors were really dirty. Kinda gave me an icky feeling coming in.

Obviously good prices. Pleasant staff but too few of them...particulary at check out. Many shelves messy or little product. I put that down to staff being too far stretched.

Everything is a dollar there. Just 1 checkout line, cashier ALWAYS on her phone mask down. Very rude and towards the end I told her to put her phone down so she can be more attentive. I DON'T RECOMMEND AND WON'T GO BACK AGAIN!!!

Yesterday on October 7th 2020 I’d first once again love to thank the wonderful amazing god gift on earth another very much appreciated Thank you from my children and I second id love to thank the cashier the worker the supervisor on she was so amazing also I forget name because I have a bad memory but this woman really needs to be Recognized For the wonderful job that she did last night being so patient with me and my children and so nice and so kind I had nothing but the most best experience in the most amazing experience in Dollar General in Royersford PA yesterday it definitely a unforgettable trip but IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AMAZING WAY NOTHING BAD THANK Y’ALL AGAIN GOD BLESS YOU GUYS GOD DEFINITELY SENT ANGELS TO ME YESTERDAY THANK YOU AGAIN

Friendly knowledgeable staff, and the cleanest of most of the stores I've visited in the last 3 months. And the prices are AWESOME!

I love this store! They have everything at great prices. The n employees are great. And i love Patty the store manager. So nice!

The best fairy garden stuff. Otherwise everything was way to expensive. Do not go there

It was another Dollar General Store. Alot Cleaner than the last few I've shopped in & I found pretty decent mascara for $1.00... Very nice eyeshadow pallets for $2.00! I find that when it comes to Dishwashing Liquids; Laundry Soap, & House-Hold Cleaning Chemicals/Products... They're just as much as & more times than not, even More Expensive than Lowe's (where I usually buy in "family-size" or in "bulk size") and Walmart!!

This Dollar General is looking awesome!!!! Since the remodel it is so nice and clean. Lindsey the store manager and her staff are so nice and very helpful!!!!

This location (Royersford PA) is really getting there act together. Love the new layout, the new bright colors, the outside is now eye appealing and draws you in to the shopping center. Great job!!

It's Dollar General. Nice central location from other shops. Store isn't too organized and many items are not on the shelves. Workers are nice though and always very helpful.

You can buy almost anything here; prices are way, way cheaper than at the Giant and without the hassle of going to Wal-Mart or Target. Fast, friendly service too. Convenient hours of 8am-10pm fit any schedule. Ample up-front close parking in a huge private lot.

I love that store we used to have one here in Phoenixville but they closed it. It was so convenient I would walk to it oh, so going to Dollar General today was a joy I just wish I had more money with me.

This store is extremely convenient for obvious reasons. However, it is difficult to navigate, it feels very over packed, you have to double check prices to ensure you cant buy a product at redners/walmart for less, and usually there is a wait to check out. They do not have enough employees in my opinion as it always seems the employees are scrambling to keep the register running smoothly and keep the store in order. Several times, i have waited at the register for an employee to show to check me out, and had to wait 20 minutes for the clerk to show (there is no bell or anything to ring the clerk to let them know someone is at the register, so you can either search the store for the employee or wait for their eventual return. And given the over packed, maze of the store, it's easier to just wait the 20 mins for the clerk to come back to the register cause finding them has always turned into a longer effore for me). Despite these inconveniences, I do still like the store as I enjoy what it has to offer in product at great prices, plus they always have the most random things to find amongst their maze of shelves, which kinda makes it an adventure every time you go.

I was wonderfully surprised by the wide variety of items that were in this dollar store. Isles were wide and well labeled. Store clerk asked if I needed help. I would definitely recommend locals going to this store before heading to a big chain store.

Solid discount store. Inventory is hot and miss, and so is the quality. But if you're moving out on your own for the first time, it's a good place to pick up some of the little things you'll need, like a toilet brush or laundry hamper. Always easy to find parking, not usually crowded.

It's a typical Dollar General, nothing really worth noting as far as the products are concerned. My gripe is more with the layout and condition of the store. First, the floor was slippery, not wet but it felt as if there was a coating of dust on it. It could certainly use a good cleaning. Second and more important, if you're with someone who's handicapped and in a wheelchair, navigating some of the aisles can be difficult. There are areas that are narrow and some of the display items are in the aisles instead of on shelves limiting space. Not sure if I'll return there, if you've seen one, you've seen them all.

There is a good variety of items but you may be able to find a few things at an actual dollar store. It does have a frozen food section. The store is clean except for the bathroom.
