Well managed store. No employees were sitting around. All eager to greet you and provide any assitance you might need without being annoying. Honestly I had my purchase in mind before visiting but too some time to familiarize myself with the store. It was clean orderly and well stocked. A great place to visit for any auto needs in the future.

Amazing experience here. Lovely and vibrant staff. Especially Max the parts expert. He really is, he found the wiper blades I was in need of. Such a lovely man. He is an asset to the team at AutoZone. He also changed my battery for me with little effort as he really knows what he’s doing. Will make sure I go to this store specifically just to be served by Max if I ever need any more car parts. Couldn’t thank him enough for making a stressful day into a great one. Thank you to the rest of the staff as well. Well done AutoZone for your hiring process, you have done an amazing job with the team here.

This AutoZone has always done an outstanding job every time I have come in. I only moved to the area about 5 months ago and refuse to go anywhere but here. I met Max my first time coming in and he was immediately the most friendly person there. With his welcoming smile and impressive knowledge of cars and what the store has to offer it was an easy choice to return. I have had many car troubles and have had to figure out numerous fixes. I always come back and almost every time Max is there. He even recognized me after just my second time in. He made me feel apart of the AutoZone family. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone. I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication they put in to making the store the best it can possibly be. Thank you guys!!! ❤️❤️

Huge thanks to Max at AutoZone! I came in thinking I had a big issue with my car, but he took the time to check it out, explain what was going on, and helped me fix it right there. It ended up being a simple problem, but he never made me feel rushed or dumb for asking questions. You can tell he really cares about helping people, not just selling parts. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient—AutoZone’s lucky to have him!

I stopped here on a road trip to get a windshield repair kit after safelite tried to scam me and I was pleasantly surprised by a helpful gentleman named Max. Not only did Max assist me with finding what I was looking for but he helped me patch a Crack in my windshield and he seemed very knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the service I received here and it's the kind that America has been lacking recently yet I found it with Max at this Autozone and he made a worrisome evening a stress-free experience for my wife and I. I will stop by again for a few other things on my way back home and thank Max again with a couple of souvenirs I've picked up along the way.

James was amazing

I have been to the Royersford Auto Zone at least 2 -3 times in the last few months. The Guys that work there( James, Rick, Max ) are outstanding in their Customer service. They are professional, friendly and Patient. Highly recommend going there for your auto parts,and their prices are Good too. I will only go there for all of my auto needs.

The nicest store manager and employee helped me find new batteries for my cars key fob. They even installed them for me free of charge before I left and showed me how to replace them myself in the future. Great service 👍🏼

I accidentally locked my car key in my car and I went in this store and asked 3 men behind the register for help and they all refused to help me. I asked to use their phone to call the cops to help me they refused to let me use their phone. Guess I wasn't white enough to get help smh. Never going here again even if my life depended on it.

Great experience with battery change

I was a victim of cold frigid weather today ,and my Battery died...I called everywhere for a good deal on a new battery..Auto Zone came in $35.00 cheaper... Upon arriving at your store, a very professional, polite & knowledge you man named " Nick" waited on me almost immeadiately...He was extremely kind & empathetic. He explained the batteries to me and also installed it for me. I truly wish more places had employees like him.. I do wish Auto Zone would change their policy on tipping. I wanted to tip him and he informed me it was against. Their policy to accept tips. So sad. If Nick is reading this, you are a fine young man, you should discuss ethics and customer service to all new employees..Show them how its done !!! Thank You Auto Zone for hiring Nick. As long as there is a " Nick" in your stores, I will always be a customer!! Regards

The manager Jamie is awesome. I went in for a battery. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made you feel like you were a friend not just a customer. Needless to say, I will be coming here for any of my auto needs.

I had an issue with my right tail light messing up maybe 3 weeks ago to a month ago. I went to this autozone looking for a bulb thinking that was the issue but there was a really sweet guy there who helped me not only realize that it wasnt a bulb issue, but he also fixed the problem as well by informing me that it was a tail light socket issue. Got a new one and my tail light worked fine! I wish I remembered his name

My service engine light was on and seemed like my battery was failing. Stopped at Mavis and was told there was 15 tickets ahead of me and come back on Monday so I decided to try the new AutoZone in Royersford. From the minute I walked in there, Zach was with me the entire time. He put the tester on the battery, walked me through the selection and made a great recommendation. The transaction was smooth and it was even installed for me. Excellent experience at the store. I will be back again and highly recommend this store. Thank you AutoZone.

Jaime was fast friendly and efficient! He helped me swap out my battery and I was on my way within 15 minutes. He also hooked me up with protectors for my new battery so it wouldn't get corroded again. Very thankful for this new location with the helpful staff.

I came into the store with my son to buy a battery for his Jeep. Not only did they have the battery in stock but they installed it for free.... and fast!
