Outstanding all around service!! Consistently on time with pickup-trash is picked up first thing in the morning. Customer service has been responsive and helpful anytime I call them. Outstanding Service from Sorelle Trash Company! We recently switched to Sorelle Trash Company after dealing with Whitetail, and the difference has been night and day. Whitetail was honestly a nightmare — they were incredibly hard to get a hold of, and every time they picked up our trash, they’d toss the cans right in the middle of our driveway like they didn’t care. It was frustrating and aggravating to deal with them week after week. Sorelle, on the other hand, has been absolutely amazing. I recently left Yellow Tail and signed with Sorelle...Happy I made the move. Trash is picked up on my scheduled day. Bins are placed, not thrown, back where they originated. I do not arrive home to trash all over the street from workers missing the truck when they dump the bins. I highly recommend this company and have informed all of my friends about them and encourage anyone to make the switch. I will take this company with me wherever I go!

I'm so glad I switched to sorelle, with inflation on everything, I found sorelle to help me out on my tight budget. They do business with conscience. The owner is very nice and attentive. Why pay more to other companies when you can have same or even better services with sorelle. Highly recommend.

The process of switching to them was seamless, the cost is efficient, the customer service is outstanding and the pickup is great. Every week at pickup, the driver not only empties my cans completely, but he then places the cans neatly at the end of my driveway in a way that I can pull in or out if needed.They are hands down the best. I just switched to Sorelle customer service is outstanding Shawn explains the process very well. They have free bulk pickup once a month. Waste Management was charging $120 for each bulk pickup. I wish I knew sooner but now I’m in good hands.

I can honestly say this is the best service I have ever gotten!!! My wife and I were really sick this past week and I forgot to roll the cans to the curb. When I woke up and heard the truck roll up, I tried to make it down in time to move the cans. I didn't make it, but the cans did some how... It turns out, the driver took it upon himself to bring them down for us. I have NEVER had a company make such an unexpected effort on my behalf... by far, the best service around!!! And when you call to speak to the office, they are genuinely kind, helpful and personable in conversation. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their jobs. Since switching to Sorelle, I haven’t had any missed or delayed pickups. The puck up is early in the morning so my cans are ready to be pulled back before I leave for work. They’re very responsive if I have a question. Overall very pleased with my change in disposal providers

We were unhappy with our previous provider, we made the switch to Sorelle trash services and could not be happier. When we ordered our cans we mistakenly ordered a smaller recycling can. When we asked to switch cans, I spoke with Sean and he was more then willing to help us out and since they were short on bigger cans, he offered to have 2 smaller cans no extra charge. The service has so far been excellent, as well as the generosity. And prompt responses. Thank you Sorelle!
