Had an emergency lockout situation. The operator was very attentive and gave me an estimated time of an hour. However, the tow-man came in about 20 minutes after my phone call. The tow-man was also very helpful and opened my car door, while also cracking a few jokes. Overall good customer service and barely any wait time. Will use again in the future for towing or lockout needs.
Scott was simply amazing. Called me back immediately, arrived quickly, talked me through everything he was doing while working on my apparently dead battery, and was funny and polite throughout. While towing me he even gave me a ride to Auto Zone before proceeding to my mechanic. I’ll never use anyone else!

$200 to tow my boyfriends car two miles is not affordable or reasonable not to mention at arrival the driver backed into his already wrecked car but acted like nothing happened. Absolutely horrible company extremely unhappy with experience. And to answer your comment that goes to show super unprofessionalism. He did have insurance because he called and made the claim and also he didn't run the stop sign because he was hit. How is he gonna hit someone from his left side when he was sitting at the stop sign attempting to turn right? Also the other driver was making a turn onto that street while he was sitting at the stop sign, thus plowing into his left side. So I'm not exactly sure how he would've made a very real insurance claim with no insurance and how he blew the stop sign hitting someone at that angle when he was sitting still. But okay.
During the middle of Christmas Eve, needed some help getting our truck towed and these guys were super helpful. Thank you Greg and the wonderful staff for helping me get back on the road!!

I called hawks towing to tow my truck to a local dealer for a software problem. Scott was the driver that showed up. He’s a very nice friendly guy. He took the time to make sure my wheels didn’t get damaged by straps. A nice bonus was sharing an app that helps find camp grounds with discounted rates.
I was able to recover my car from accidental miss payments during tough times of repossession. Lady was nice on Phone yesterday. I was a good boy. Paid back Lien Holder and Repo bill and thanks to my awesome incredible mother who drove me here to retrieve it. We called it a victory. None of my items were tampered with.
Out of town, but needed a vehicle turned around to comply with township ordinance. Hawks came extremely quickly and helped my family out. Thank you so much!
I called Hawks towing after AAA failed to have a tow truck out to my location. Scott from Hawks showed up super quick and had my truck loaded up in no time. The team at Hawks towing is a great group, would highly recommend using them!
After waiting 3 hours for AAA and still no one showed up, I called Hawks Towing and recovery. They showed up in 20 minutes and towed my car to the mechanic. Scott was courteous. I give them a five star service!!!!
I Had to use Hawk's towing four times in a 2 week timespan. Always courteous, always willing to work with me, and always charging a reasonable price. No one enjoys having to get towed but it's great to have somebody make the experience a little less awful. I hopefully won't have to use Hawk's towing much moving forward, but if I need a tow, they will definitely be the company I call.
Thank you Scott, you're awesome! We were broke down at the very busy Wawa in Douglassville. Scott pulled in, got the big ol' F250 up on the flat bed quickly & then before we knew it we were back in the driveway. Excellent customer service, excellent timing, very friendly & helpful, 5 stars all the way!
We had a car partially off road with both passenger side tires and stuck on a small wall.
Company responded and managed to free the car within an hour. Just returned from the mechanic and there was no damage to the car whatsoever except for a few scratches under the car.
The man who arrived clearly had a unique skill set. I was very impressed with his professionalism and careful handling of our car.

I was referred to HAWK'S towing by a friend. I called to have my car towed to the dealership and Greg answered immediately and within 15 minutes, my car was picked up and towed to the dealership without issue. I called them for help to remove my uncles car who passed away. the bank wouldn't come get it after 5 months. Greg was super nice and explained that he worked with that bank and came and got the car the next day!!!! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!!
Hawks has hauled more cars for me than I can count. Could not have asked for better service or a more professional company. The receptionists Nick and Nicole are extremely polite when you call as well
