I've had a lot of paint work and rust repair throughout the years on my mom's 1992 LeBaron. Rick and Randy are the best in the business. Paint matching is perfect. With the rust, you'd never even know it was ever there.
He did my inspection and is very trust worthy and professional. Randy looked my car over very good tested things and just the experience down there is awesome. Best place around to get work done by far. Recommend 20 out of 10 . 110% new place I will take every car to for everything . Thank you Randy
Took my CRV there a few weeks back based on a recommendation from a family friend. I was expecting a 1200 dollar bill, based on the "advice" I got from other places. I walked out with just a few minor repairs. Excellent customer service and reliable, honest, up-front pricing. Never adds unnecessary costs, let's you know the timeline for most immediate services vs ones that can wait. No need to go back to that Google search, they've got me for life!
My family and I have gotten multiple cars from them and within months we needed new ones. They tell you everything is fine with the vehicle when you buy them, then a month or so later there’s so many thing that need to be fixed. Absolutely do not recommend !
Busy place, and it seems that's for a reason. Personable and helpful guys, felt comfortable and as if I was treated fairly and it was all at a fair price. Will return soon for some minor work I need done.
AWFUL!!! 5 months ago I was in an accident and had to replace my car. My fiancé’ and I purchased a Subaru Impreza from this place, the guy stated all of these things were fixed; we thought we were getting a great deal. WRONG! Less than a month later we had it back to them twice and I still have the same issue with the car because they never fixed it the correct way the FIRST TIME. Every time my fiancé called it was always an excuse or someone forgot to relay the message or he himself forgot to call back. We refused to take it back considering the time we wasted; I currently am looking at close to 3,000 to fix things the CORRECT way on the vehicle. Just complete unprofessionalism here. I was the one saying this guy seems honest and unfortunately I learned a lesson for life!!! I would never give this place my business or recommend anyone to go here EVER!!!

Absolutely awful, PURCHASED CAR... They had my car more than I did, and is still throwing codes and the timing is squealing. Not only that, I get pulled over and ticketed for no registration because THEY NEVER SENT MY PROOF OF INSURANCE when I bought the car. Disgraceful.
Very happy with my car I purchased . Any little issue they have taken care of for me even though it is more then thirty days since I purchased it . Recommend them to anyone
After bringing my Suv here TWICE for a click clacking sound whever I turned the wheel,I was told that there was nothing wrong with the front end! After telling them I was worried bc my wife drives this with my children if they can double-check,.....and still they tell me nothing is wrong with it. So I take it to another garage and here the axle is shot!!! Now if that's a business you want to rely on,go for it.....I'd Stay away and they should just stick to selling vehicles rather diagnostics and repair!!!!!
great staff but kinda ok work. i say that because i took my car in for them to change my transmission so I think they put a used transmission that which would typically makes sense its a business move. but I don't think it worked too well so then because I got a warranty and it didn't work they got me a new transmission but yet I still see the old one on there and my car is not running to the fullest right now I could still feel the weird shift that was suppose to be the reason i took it in to began with. good thing i have a warranty i will take it back and hopefully be back on here with a 5* and a better comment
When ever I had a problem with my truck they were their and did the job right . They take their time to do the job right the first time and your not over charged like most garages do . Fair and respectful service you get and that’s how it should be .

In Rick's auto shop they really believe in helping people out. I was recommended to go here by a friend. Now, I am recommending ppl to come check them out.
If there was a way to put 0 stars I would. Just crooks. Bought a car with a 1 month warranty. Brought it back to them 3 times and they kept saying there was nothing wrong that they fixed the problem. 4 months later my car won't move, so $3227 later they car works. I constantly called them about the car after the warranty was up and they just ignored my calls. Every stay clear of this place. RUN AWAY
He sold me a Mountaineer with a 3 month warranty. I took it back twice within those three months for warning lights that appeared on the dash. He turned off the lights instead of fixing the problem both times. He will pretend to fix the problem until you warranty runs out. Then we will no longer answer your calls.
I was advised to come here for a car bc they are honest and family owned. They get so busy, no one shares what they do, so they lie to safe face. They also claim they check their inventory top to bottom. Bought car in February, it is now May car is in another shop now for repairs.... Timing Belt $700 later.
