Mark is a very helpful person. While doing my collision estimate, he even helped clean a scratch on my car that had been there for years. He really has a good heart. His kindness made me feel confident about having my work done at this place.

This review is regarding the estimate process only. My parents needed to get an estimate for a repair and wanted to go to an authorized service center. The people were very friendly and they had a garage door open next to the lobby to pull in for the estimates. After doing paperwork, someone came out and walked around the car with my mom while she pointed out the damage. He then went back to the office to prepare the estimate. While I was sitting in the waiting room, I did over hear a one-sided conversation with a customer over the phone. Someone callled for an update on their vehicle and it wasn't in the computer system. It took a while for them to locate the vehicle in the system. Makes me a little worried though, considering how long the converstation went where she couldn't locate the vehicle or any record of it, even after putting the customer on hold and having someone else from the back office come look.

I’m reaching out to express my growing frustration with the service timeline on my vehicle. The car has now been in your shop for three weeks for what should be relatively straightforward repairs—a cracked bumper and headlight. What’s been most frustrating isn’t just the delay, but the repeated changes in the promised completion dates. I’ve been told on three separate occasions that the car would be ready, only to have the date pushed back each time without clear communication or explanation. I understand that delays can happen, but continuing to provide specific return dates and missing them repeatedly comes off as unprofessional and misleading. If the timeline was going to be longer from the start, I would have appreciated a more honest and accurate estimate. At this point, I’d like a clear and final update on when my vehicle will be completed—and I expect that date to be honored. I have spent over $1200 on uber over the last month due to this inconvenience its infuriating. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Very little communication. They refused to give me an estimate of how long it would take. Instead they told me to wait for their texts. The texts were few and very far in between. They did not respond when I texted them back. It took over two weeks for them to fix it. They made a billing mistake when I finally came to pick up my car. I brought it to their attention and they were extremely rude and acted as if getting me my car was not high on their priority list. When I finally got the car it had a huge bird poop on it which wasn’t there when I left it. It was symbolic of my entire experience at this shop. I will not go back to this establishment which is a shame because I like the Conicelli Honda Service organization.

My car was taken here for repairs after having been stolen and recovered. I especially appreciate Becky Adamson at the service desk and Chris Tornetta who examined my car for needed repairs. Becky was very patient whenever I called to check the status....answered my questions and was very patient. I spoke to Chris after he examined my car for an explanation of the few minor adjustments he made to my claims adjuster's estimate. He explained the few items clearly. I was very anxious due to the fact my car had been stolen. Both Becky and Chris helped to ease my mind.

I called Conicelli Collision on the Saturday after Thanksgiving only five minutes before closing time because my Car was Hit in a Parking lot. Not only did Eileen Braski take my call she offered to stop by on her drive home to see if my car was safe to drive. I have not experienced that type of Customer Service EVER! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on a Holiday Weekend to Help us out. That is a true sign of Care and excellence which is what You need especially in a situation where an accident is involved and You feel vulnerable. Thank You Eileen! You inspire me.

disgrace car there almost a month for body work and got email aug 13 and nothing else took a check from my insurance company yet never told me car ready , Michael Decarolis handing my account and went on vacation 8/3 and never heard from him as of aug 22 yet they took check from insurance without telling me car ready such a disgrace. He never contacted me and went on vacation don’t go there

As soon as you walk in Becky will be greeting you with a smile. She is a wonderful lady. She will have everything ready for you and will offer you cold water or coffee. The work they do to your vehicle will be 100% perfect. Your car comes out looking like the day you bought it. They are very professional. I appreciate all of their hard work and dedication. I will recommend them 100% I am more than satisfied with their service. They will keep you updated with everything they will be doing to your car so they have excellent communication.

substandard work and not one once of integrity. broken items on my vehicle that had nothing to requested repairs, then refused to fix it. spoke with manager about the matter. every time he opened his mouth a new lie fell out.

Really Don Fielding, Manager was awesome. Largely due to Progressive use of cheap parts, repair was delayed. Car had to be returned for new OEM headlight assembly, 3M tape for fender trim both these failed on day one. Since then nonOEM fender liner is failing and so nonOEM bumper is starting to detach. Progressive insurance is suitable lease car repairs. Conicelli is dealer shop and apparently only has limited ability to avoid junk part, and they are inflexible about other sources. Which leave Don in the lurch.... he did really well by me. I will get policy that does OEM only. My car was a 2016 runner, really well cared for

Had my bumper repainted and windshield replaced. I went here for my Hyundai because it has a special paint. Pleasantly surprised at how good the paint looks. It’s a flat silver so difficult to paint. But it looks great. Very happy with the work done.

Two weeks ago I went to pick up my vehicle and it was delivered with wax residue on several parts of my vehicle. It was dirty inside and all the rugs were thrown into place and as they fell like that, they were left rolled up. They are details that count... The worst of all is that that same day I observed that the ceiling they painted took off the four pieces of (Drip Molding joint Cover) and replaced them but they were all broken, they are not completely fixed since they broke them some internal hooks that hold. When I notified the person who assisted me, he told me not to worry that they would order those parts and then deliver them to me, which did not happen. I called several times and did not get any favorable response. Now I have to buy some parts that they broke themselves, also one of the doors they painted has a small bubble that was not fixed.

Very nice people and I'm sure it's a good body shop. However, my experience so far has not been good. My new Hyundai was rear-ended. I took the car in for an estimate. They took pictures and notes and produced the estimate. I settled with the driver who hit me for that amount. I scheduled the repair. A couple days later they asked me to bring the car in again for more pictures. They then told me that they had quoted the wrong part and instead of the all-in parts and labor estimate of $670 it was going to be $1,470 for the part alone! 😱 Now, I'm going be out of pocket over $1,000 and they don't seem to have any interest in "trying to make things right"... just saying "well, that's the cost, let us know if you want to get this scheduled." I finally agreed to have them order the part at which time I was told I needed to give them a non-refundable deposit of $1,470. 😕 I'm waiting for the part to come in (and am hoping it's the right one). I'll update this posting once the repair is complete.

I got rear-ended and went here to get my bumper fixed. Took two weeks, they updated me the entire time through texts. I dropped the car off and there was an enterprise representative on site ready there with a car for me. The interactions I had with everyone were seamless. I did take a star off because the detailing of the paint around the bumper seems a little rushed, but not bad enough to have them take it back to get redone.

My ignition key broke in half when I picked up the vehicle. Fresh glue was apparent. I immediately showed the receptionist who then showed the supervisor. She was asked to review the vehicle photos while I waited (why I don't know). They told me to bring the key back, which I did a few days later. I called to check on in a few weeks later, and said they know nothing about it. I asked for the manager, and after a few calls later she said there is nothing they can do about it. Wasting my time and further ghosting me bothers me the most. This is not a nice place to do business. Take your vehicle shopping and body shop needs elsewhere. And they still have my key.

CUSTOMER WEWARE ! I have two issues with the Conicelli collision center in Conshohocken #1 THEY LIE ABOUT WHEN YOUR CAR WILL BE READY After they told me my car will be ready in two weeks they took 5 weeks plus days for them to finish the car. They blame the insurance adjuster but when I called the insurance the same day the insurace had already approved the supplemental needed. #2 THEY LIE ABOUT STANDING BY THEIR WORK It is been a month since I got my car back and the bumper right side came loose I went there and the reviewer say that will require a new claim. She then proceeded to push it manually and cause a scratch on the edge that was not there

There are hundreds of body shops. Take your car somewhere else. Was told it would take 3 days to fix my vehicle rented a car out of pocket. Will take at least a couple more days due to their error. Would not recommend . Will spend at least a thousand on a rental.

Great place to get your car fixed! Took care of everything from start to finish, even extended the rental for me. They keep you updated with texts! Car came out brand new!!

Good communication and very helpful. They fixed my truck in a timely manner. Would have given 5 stars except detail job was rushed and they left streaks on bottom of truck and crumbs in between seats.

The office staff was clueless. I took my car in for repairs and they had to order parts. I called multiple times to check when the parts were coming and nobody ever knew what was going on and would say they would call back and never did and it turns out the parts were there for a month and nobody ever called and even when I had called they had not realized they were in. When I took my car in for the scheduled repairs the office staff was still clueless. The staff in the actual body shop seemed knowledgeable and the repairs were done well but the process getting it set up was a headache!

Took my Odyssey here after I backed into a tree and they did a great job fixing it. Since it wa leased, It was nice knowing that everything was repaired to Honda's requirements. They worked directly with my insurance company for payment and to arrange a rental. The rental was ready and waiting right on the lot and I was able to leave it with them when I picked up my car as well. This made life super easy. Will definitely use them again if I have another problem.

I need to share this experience because it has bothers me occasionally. It happened years ago. They did good job with the body, the staff was nice and communicative. Why bad experience? I had several hundred dollars in the car before arrived the place and it was gone when I got the car back. I should take the money with me and thought I trusted the place. I talked to the lady (we have emailed each other in the past and in person) there about it and she "vouched" the workers and emphasized that they are honest workers. Clearly she does not know the workers WELL enough. I should have called the police to get involved but...based on my experiences, they could not help. No evidence. My money was stolen. Such a shame.

Great customer service. Very reasonable estimate with high quality repair! I have taken two family cars to this shop for repair and both times my vehicles were repaired to better than their pre-accident state. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff greeted me. A body shop employee came out to view my car damage for an estimate. Gave me a detailed write up. The wait was minimal. Very impressed. I love Toyota.

My car was hit in a parking lot and was left with a dent and a scratch going across the driver side and scratches on my rim. For some reason it took two weeks to fix the dent and scratches on the driver side and another four days to fix the scratches on the rim. And of course they wanted to charge thousands for it including labor hours. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually knows what they are doing. I expected my dealership to actually know how to fix cars. I was sadly mistaken.

My dropped my car off on February 2 and it was not finished until March 5. I was in a rental for 35 days! SLOW moving company. My car was returned to be a beautiful condition. But any update i got made it feel like my car was just sitting there waiting. I was given a discount for how long it took and everyone was very nice. Just took too long.

I recently had my 2017 Lexus RX 350 rear bumper repaired, minor accident with cosmetic damage. The shop was convenient to my work. I was assured that the work being done would restore the car to "like new" condition. The car was in their shop a full two weeks, some of that time was due to a supplemental that needed approval from Allstate, but I would have expected the work to be perfect. After taking the car home I notice upon raising the rear hatch that there is sizable gap between the bumper and rear hatch gasket, you can see behind the bumper. This is not how the bumper looked when I brought the car in. I brought the car back and asked that they look at the gap, they put the car on a lift for about 15 minutes brought it out and said that they made sure the clips were snug and it was fixed... I inspected it again and the gap was still present. The person at the shop told me that was the best they could do. Unfornuately I cannot recommend this shop and will most likely need to take it to the a Lexus dealer to try to fix and will have to pay out of pocket.

My car was broken into my car. The window was broken. Took it to Conicelli through Travelers insurance. Said it would be 2-4 days. Ended up taking 2 weeks. Called to tell me it was finished an hour before closing. I needed to rush in next morning before my 9:00 am flight. Went to put the seat back and the glass that was never cleaned up exploded all over my sons car seat. Had to go back in today for them to remove the seat and do it right. Missed another day of work and in a rental with no recourse. I would never recommend to go here.
