Used to be decent getting more shady year by year mostly do my cans there once a year 5 years ago amazing then 4 years ago rip me off saying that I have cans full of ice which was a lie 3 years ago don’t bag them crush them and put them in in trash cans seemed like they were pissed about having to do the work of weighing and dumping them then having to re-weigh them. Last year I made sure everything was crushed and cleaned out 7 contractor bags got 80bucks. Yesterday February 26 I have 13 contractors bags crushed and they said 96 bucks I said how much is aluminum and they said .50cents per pound which was same as last year. I just said okay took the 96bucks. And then I’m getting in the truck and one says crush them and save bags I said that they are crushed and other guy said some of them were crushed nope went from plus 20 bags to 13 bags so don’t think it’s possible to crush them anymore
$7 for a dryer and a microwave is crazy ! And the vibes were very off . Don’t know if it’s because we are black … but the reviews did not equal what I expected at this location. Honestly just came out to be a waste of gas and a headache in itself . Will not be returning !
I only go here because these men are hardworking, honest people just trying to make a living. They arent trying to get over on you, theyre proces are better than other places in the area and theyre always nice to me. So I appreciate that.
Absolute, worst guys to deal with. I call this place every weekend. Around 10-11 am and ask if it’s a good day to come up and pull a part, considering I wasted 3 trips going there just to be told no. Do you guys like making money or do you sit in that office and just let people bring you junk? I’ll take my scrap as well as I’ll find my parts else where.
It was cheaper to buy brand new parts then what he wanted for parts on a junk car. What they are worth to him and what they are worth in the real world are two different things.
Got the part I needed and worked out great, the guy was very helpful even let us come back today to get it because he accidentally pulled the wrong part.
Great people to deal with I've known them guys for years even knew there father always curious even told me the pieces were down even before I unloaded simply great people
Very nice guys. First thing in the morning, and they were both very friendly. Easy in and out. No problems. Seemed fair to me, didn't have to pay the trash company extra for removal of a stove, dryer and a hot water heater. Definitely will go there again to get rid of scrap metal.
Been scrapping and buying things from the yard for over 20 years prices are generally a little better that everyone else as long as you polite to them they will take care of you. Great bunch of guys and great finds to buy it's a must if you like to look for all ur scrapping needs. Check it out when u have the time or simply need some xtra cash.

Great place, gives top dollar. But one of the employees there was a real tool. Cursed me and my brother out just because we parked on the right side where we was told by another employee to park. Won't go back......
Good honest ppl who run a good business,Emil and John are curtious and no how to treat ppl. I've been going to tabits my whole life worked there as a child. Prices are comparable to other scrap yards and these good ppl will work with u in hard times so if anyone's reading this keep business to the locals tabits has been here a long time.
