Paul Grenyon has been our family's long-standing contact and salesperson at the Lansdale location in PA. At this stage, Paul truly feels like part of the family. We always feel welcomed, and above all, we appreciate the transparency and honesty in our dealings. This year, we even had the pleasure of enjoying a football game with pulled pork sandwiches while we waited. Bought my jeep here and have been coming in for service for 10+ years. Yesterday, I had an incredibly unpleasant interaction with the service manager, Matthew, and will never be back. I had my car inspected and paid $1K Tuesday 11/25. My check engine light came on Saturday 11/29. When I called and expressed my frustration after being told I’d need to spend another $500 to fix the new issue, instead of being met with understanding, Matthew was just rude. After asking for his name, his response was “what are you going to do? Fabricate a story?” I will not be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finally Got My Jeep! After years of being responsible and always wanting a Jeep, I kept my eye on the prize but my foot off the gas. A few weeks ago, I started casually browsing online to see if the right one might pop up — and it did! I stumbled across the perfect Jeep for me; it almost felt too good to be true. I emailed the dealership that morning, and even though they were closed, I got a quick and friendly response from Paul Grenon with more details. As soon as they opened later that day, Paul followed up with a text. I stopped by after work for a test drive and the rest is history! Paul was friendly, informative, and patient, answering all my questions along the way. I’m so excited to finally be cruisin’ around in my new Jeep and really appreciate the great customer service from the team!

Do NOT go to this jeep. They tried to claim my roof was damaged and wanted to charge me $4200 to replace the entire thing for my wrangler, claimed I damaged it and it wasn’t warranty. I went to an outside mechanic for a second opinion and $60 later they found out the roof was just snagged on the inside and once they fixed that everything was completely fine. Even told me they couldn’t believe a Jeep dealership wouldn’t think to check this, will NEVER be going back here.

To preface: I did not buy a car here but I DID have an exceptional customer service experience. A few days ago my car overheated just before getting to the five points intersection. There was a lot of traffic and construction, so I pulled off into the first available lot to figure out next steps. I honestly had no idea I pulled into this dealerships lot! Conveniently - I drive a jeep (thats falling apart but I digress) so I thought “what’s the worst that could happen” and walked in to see if they could help me. The woman in the dealership pointed me to the service center, and the receptionist at the service center (I did not catch her name) was more than willing to help me out. She brought me downstairs to their parts department, where an employee named Tom was able to hear me out and get me what I need (just two things of coolant but still) The reason this experience was exceptional to me was because I was visibly distressed, and clearly have only a base understanding of cars. Every employee I spoke to could have taken advantage of me and turned it into a sales opportunity - they opted to help me instead. For a mere $44 I was able to get two giant jugs of coolant and get my car home safe and sound. For now, ol girl is still chuggin, but because of this experience I will absolutely be returning to this dealership because of the kindness the employees showed me on a very bad day. Thank you Tom and the whole team!!

After reviewing lansdale Chryslers’ website, I came across a 2022 Ram 1500 limited in Patriot Blue with the Ramboxes. This is the 5th Ram 1500 I’ve purchased as in my opinion the best pickups. In any event, I had to go see the truck in person taking the 2 hour drive from NY. Lol unexpectedly arriving actually an hour before the dealership opened. So I found the truck in the lot and I must say, I was determined to own it. Upon David Peton’s arrival, he respectfully and kindly introduced himself. My experience from this moment on was easy, without stress and was kept comfortable throughout the entire process. A little back and forth respectful banter with Andrew Haenn, eventually closing a deal. It was definitely one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences I ever had. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind, genuine, knowledgeable and professional. Above all, David Peyton (sales), Andrew Haenn (Manager) and Jeremy Sweeney (Finance) were very transparent and accommodating. I’m very happy with my purchase and their service is amazing. Thank you guys and the Lansdale Chrysler Team. A Dealership definitely recommendable.

Brought our 2022 Gladiator in for a few different concerns. They utilized our factory warranty to address a common "death wobble" in Jeeps. Took care of my inspection and oil change, no problem. Identified and fixed a serious issue caused by a different repair shop. Provided a loaner car while servicing. Very friendly staff in the front office. Overall, it was a great experience with 0 upselling.

I was looking around for an Alfa Romeo Stelvio and after weeks of bad experiences with scammy dealerships in New Jersey (hidden fees, switch tactics) I was about to give up. On my way back from another embarassing dealership, i saw this one had a Giulia model so I called last minute to see it. The car was in great condition and at a very good price and even tho I was looking for the SUV model, we ended up buying the sedan without any regrets. The dealer Scott and the manager (sorry, i forgot the name) were very helpful and professional. My mom had an oath of allegiance in the morning and scott surprised her with a congratulations "bouquet" made of american flags. The car runs great and It was a very good experience. If you are looking for a car, I can't recommend this place enough!

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler here and have been servicing it with Lansdale Chrysler Dodge Jeep Fiat since 2014... The people are friendly and always genuinely helpful. Service costs are reasonable... No need to cut corners with a service center that does not know your vehicle as well!

One of the most pleasant car purchases that I've ever had; Scott the Salesman I worked with was a pleasure to deal with; he was extremely friendly, very responsive and knowledgeable. Andrew (General Manager I believe) was very transparent and helped ensure that this was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever been involved with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used truck, after 2 weeks an injector went bad. I took the truck in for service without an appointment, Matt Haen took all my info about the truck and said they would look into it as soon as possible. I had the truck back the next afternoon, running great and they even addressed something I wasn’t aware of. Great service, I could not recommend them more.

Before time gets away from me, I need to express my sincerest gratitude to Jim Collins (Salesman) & Jeremy Sweeney (Finance Mgr) @ Lansdale CJ. I had the pleasure of working with them to get a new vehicle because the transmission on my beloved Altima failed & was too expensive to replace. I walked into the dealership about 2:30pm on a Wednesday and was driving away in my new vehicle by 11am the next day. They did not oversell me, push unnecessary products, and was compassionate about my situation. Both worked hard and together to get me into a safe car with a payment that was spot on budget. I cannot say enough about their courtesy, professionalism, kindness, & honesty. I am forever thankful and this is hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had an appointment today to have my car service for a recall. My appointment was confirmed by email multiple times. When I arrived at the dealership today, I was told the part was not there. This is not the first time that I have come to the dealership for the recall. This is my third visit, and all they can say is "Sorry we will call you again sometime in January next year when we receive a notification that the part is here". Never received a call. But the second time that I arrived at my appt I was told the same and I still trusted them. I feel stupid for believing in them and they don't care about their customers for service. Someone in their (Management) Service Department who's not knowledgeable about customer service. At least call CUSTOMERS of any setbacks before customers arrive at their appointments. Long story short, I took my 2021 Cherokee (that I got from this dealer) in for an oil change last Friday morning and decided to wander around the lot as my lease would soon be ending. It was before the dealership had opened for the day, not one but two salesman stopped to say good morning to me as I was checking out a 2024 Compass. I picked up my Cherokee and went home and immediately searched the dealer for the Compass. I decided to call and inquire about the vehicle and Jim Collins picked up the phone. All I can say is wow- I have never in my adult life come across a salesman as thorough and vested in making a great experience for the buyer as Jim! After going over my options it was decided it would be in my best interest to wait a few months to lease a new car. Me feeling defeated, understood and I left and thanked Jim for all his help explaining my options. About an hour later, I emailed Jim and said that I really wanted the car. He knew I was serious and took the time to work with the business manager to crunch the numbers for me. That evening after close of business he called and left me a voicemail stating that he was able to make it happen. I can't thank him enough for the open communication and honestly throughout the whole process. Then this happened. When I scheduled to come pick the car up, I found out he wouldn't be in the day I originally asked for. Here he had a procedure done that day and was still texting me information about the car that I needed for my insurance! He was in the next morning to deliver my vehicle as if nothing had ever happened! This man is an absolute gem, and you will have a customer for life because of him. Thank you Jim Collins and Lansdale Jeep for making the daunting task of getting a new car so seamless.

This location changed with the payment process and they no longer accept physical credit cards or Apple Pay. They now instead, manually type numbers to complete payments which impedes on the process of obtaining credit card points. The most frustrating part is that the cashier was NOT helpful about it whatsoever, nor did she offer any type of empathy or understanding when the system was completely different last time. When you are paying a substantial amount of money for repairs and robbed of the option to use your card to pay and obtain points in 2024 it’s absurd. I have been coming here for 6 years and this is the first time that I did not feel valued as a customer. I will say that my Service Advisor, Alissa was tremendously helpful about brainstorming options after I went to her about it, but the cashier was extremely cold and unhelpful. I’m disappointed because I’ve always recommended this place for service and feel completely undervalued after today’s experience.

Initially contacted dealership online interested in a 2024 Jeep Rubicon. Immediately the next morning Jim Collins reached out to me. I was an out of state buyer and Jim took me seriously from the start and we had the deal closed by lunch time. My husband flew out to Pennsylvania today from Arkansas to drive our new Jeep back. My husband was also thoroughly impressed by Jim and the dealership as a whole. They were completely ready for him to take the Jeep with a full tank to start his 18 hour drive back. Jim also took my husband through all the options in the car and made sure he was satisfied prior to leaving. I’ve had other experiences with this dealer and I was always beyond satisfied. There service department is top notch and professional. So when I recently decided to get a new Dodge Hornet I went back. I went in to the dealership, preparing to order a new dodge hornet where it would take up to six months to get the exact car I wanted as my wants were very specific. Paul Angulo and Andrew Haenn were amazing. Both gave me their cell numbers and were able to update me both by phone and text. They were both patient and very helpful in steering me thru the whole process. And to my amazement they were able to locate locally the exact car I wanted and got it and I took delivery all within just three days. I took delivery today. I had shopped the other dealers, and I never experienced at this kind of service elsewhere. Thank you Lansdale Auto Group for a job well done.

Recently purchased a car with Ijaz and had a great experience. I drove a little over an hour, and was out the door and on my way home with my new car within less than 2 hours. With the price increase on everything, it’s not the best time to be buying a car but they offer fair pricing and are willing to work to ensure buyers satisfaction! Definitely recommend this place, I am in love with my car!

I just purchased a car through them from out of state - we worked with Paul. They offered the car for a fair price, and did not try to add in any additional expenses - we worked out all pricing and financing on the phone. They were not pushy, and were thankful for the business. I drove over two hours to get there, and they were respectful of my time and got us in and out (no bait and switch nonsense, all numbers matched up, and they beat the finance rate of my local bank). The sales person even followed up with us the next day just to make sure we didn’t have any questions about the functionality of the car. We had a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Amazing place to go, will never use any other dealer, they are the best. Michaela was an absolute sweetheart who shares the same passion for mopar as I do. I knew what I was looking for and after searching to see if one was available we ended up ordering and having it built exactly the way I wanted. Her and the staff go above and beyond and truly embody the customer service so many other places have discarded.

Nice showroom with friendly staff. Paul one of the sales guys there who helped me out with what i needed. Unfortunately I didnt get the truck today bc the price wasnt where i needed to be but it wasnt because they didnt try it just wasnt possible with the current deals they have going on. But paul was very professional and said he will let me know when deals drop to where I wanted to be on price. They have a great selection of vehicles as well. recommended
