I had my car there for service, dynamite company to get work done, they let me almost every day what is being done. My car was done one day before than it was supposed to be done. Picked it up and very pleased it looked like when I first bought it. Thank you for the wonderful service

The receptionist was very helpful and courteous. She setup a rental car for me to be picked up and returned at Crash Champions. It was a small repair and it was done to my satisfaction.

Crash Champions did did an excellent job of repairing my car. They kept me informed of the progress while it was occuring and the repair was completed on the day that they said it would be. The repair was so excellent that you couldn't tell that my car was ever in an accident. I highly recommend Crash Champions to other customers.

Quick repair of my vehicle during the holiday season. I was shocked to get in my car and realized they vacuumed/cleaned the interior driver and passenger areas of my car. I have 2 dogs - so you can imagine how dirty it gets. Thank you!

I’ve taken my cars to this center several times over the years - it used to be Syrena Collision Center before it was bought by Crash Champions. I’ve always had excellent experiences with them - excellent service and excellent quality of work. And very nice people work there. I want to make special mention of my experience today with Joe Chubb. After discovering that my car was side swiped in a parking lot (of course the driver who did it didn’t leave a note), I took my car for an estimate, thinking I’d need to schedule a repair and get a rental car. Joe was going to do the estimate, but he saw right away that he could likely rub out the large scrape on both passenger doors using a compound, so he kindly and respectfully asked me if I’d like him to try that first. Of course, I said yes. And he WAS able to completely rub out all evidence of an incident in just a couple of minutes! He was genuinely happy that he could do it and he refused to charge me. I was so appreciative that he was so honest - he just wanted to do the right thing for me by not doing unnecessary work, and help me avoid a significant deductible that didn’t need to be spent. My loyalty to them is even stronger now and I can’t imagine why I’d want to take my car anywhere else if a need should arise!

Amazing and the best! My car was 3/4 a car when I got rear-ended earlier this month with wires dangling near the back tire. Super unsafe to drive for work or to leave unfixed. I dropped off the car and they really revived my vehicle. It was repaired, painted and cleaned; even the inside got detailed! Jeanine was also a sweetheart and was very informative and went out her way to ensure my rental was available for me right after the drop off. They gave me the 5 star treatment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

(when it was Syrena...)Didn't/couldn't repair my car in 2020, but charged allstate for a full repair, and it took 6 months to complete(argued about everything -" was the exhaust broken off before the collision?", "was this bumper already damaged..?") - if you can't repair a car so it can pass inspection, why bother? After deductibles I had to take a loss on it just to have it towed away. After they took allstate(good job, joe) and I gave them a mediocre review- Joe called me to complain...super fun place to deal with. Avoid if at all possible.

The service was fantastic. They went above and beyond to find the parts for my car. They gave updates every other day by text and phone call. I can't say enough about their professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. Though I hope not to have another accident; I would definitely use them again FANTASTIC.Again thank you

CRASH CHAMPS DO IT RIGHT! 🤘🏻 Had a non fault accident and was in need of a quality body shop. I wasn't aware that Syrena's Auto body that I've used in the past was taken over by Crash Champs but after reading over reviews, and talking with Joe there I learned that the staff are the original Syrena shop workers, so I decided to go with Crash. Joe kept me posted daily via text, and they did an outstanding job on my car when finally done. I have a unique car color from Ford called Bronze Fire Metallic and they matched the car color perfectly even with the original paint being a few years old. You can't tell I was ever hit in my rear driver's door. Huge THANKS to the people over at Crash Champions in Montgomeryville! 🤘🏻

I wasn’t sure perfection was a possibility until these guys worked on our vehicle. The job is so well done with attention to detail that you would never know our Suv was in a double hit car accident. My husband thought they had to switch out our car for a brand new one, it came back so clean and detailed like it had just rolled off the sales floor. Without a doubt this is A grade work and the staff is friendly and easy to work with. They took care of everything without hesitation and made this situation a smooth transaction. Amazing work!! Staff are so kind and wonderful. Work (significant front end damage from deer) finished earlier than expected and my 8.5 yr old car looks as good as new!

Couldn't be happier. Our insurance company recommended them after the accident because they guaranteed the work so I agreed. Joe called us the next day with an estimate and a rundown of what would be happening and called us periodically with updates. They finished the work ahead of schedule and when I picked it up, it had been detailed. They did such a great job that pulling off the lot, it looked like a brand new 2014. Kudos! Highly recommended.

After my parked car was hit by another driver, the insurance company recommended Syrena for repairs. Joe was my point of contact and was extremely accommodating and understanding, and the entire experience was easy from start to finish. I always received prompt calls back, friendly service, and the quality of the work is fantastic. I got my car back in great shape and clean. We love this place and would gladly come back on our own time for their other services!

I have used Syrena a few times now through my insurance. They are always friendly and professional. The workmanship seems to be excellent as I am not an expert. Everything stayed together and looked good. During one visit, they closed earlier than advertised due to a vacation. A gentleman working OT in the garage was gracious enough to open the office to check us out. If not, we would have been in without a car for a week. It was much appreciated.

Best in the business! I brought my 10 year old car to Syrena with some damage. When I came back to pick it up, I looked over the repaired area from every angle and couldn't tell that any repair work was done at all! Looked as good as the day I bought it. An absolutely beautiful job. About ten years earlier my Dad brought his damaged car in and after it was fixed, I would never have guessed that it was in an accident. They are magicians.

The person that works behind the desk and answers the phones is absolutely a horrible person in every way. our car would have been paid in full through our insurance if we took it there. when we called to schedule the repair he let us know that he would need to keep the vehicle for a week very rudely but could not schedule a time. He refused us the rental car service that our Insurance was paying him for. we were handle so poorly and with such dirispectful customer service we decided to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket.

I got t-boned in both drivers side doors. With my work I open and close both about 20 times each day. Now over one year after repairs and never had a moment of trouble with the doors. Paint looks good as new. Nice to know you can still find good workmanship somewhere.

They do an amazing job, and I have found most of the time, the estimates are some of the most reasonable. They are a great team that takes pride in their work and strive for your satisfaction. I've used them twice in the past 6 months (wish I didn't have to), but each time I am very pleased at their professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend.

State Farm claims said I can have my car repaired "only" at one of their preferred shops. They said I could take it to Syrena. The manager at Syrena said because this is a State Farm claim, they can't do a "full" repair, that State Farm will only pay them the very minimum to do the repairs. And it's true, I got my car back after 5 weeks to replace a simple door skin and they didn't blend the paint on the adjacent panels to match the new skin. I brought the car back and they gave me the run around for 4 weeks. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT TAKING YOUR CAR HERE!!
