I believe the man who helped me today was named Craig, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and quick. My wife's car battery was dead, but we had our fingers crossed it was just acting weird because it's been in the negative temperatures over night for the last week or more. I called ahead just so I didn't come in there and surprise anyone & they could could of line up whatever else they were working on lol, and my problem was resolved within 30 minutes of my arrival - THANK YOU! I can't believe how fast that battery swap was lol but I'm glad I got to learn a few things just shadowing Craig

Bruce and crew at Auto Zone on 309 were absolutely top notch. We needed a new agm battery for my Son In Laws Buick. They had the right one, gave him the proper optional stuff to make sure the battery stayed healthy amd didnt oversell him. Once we got the battery installed we needed more help with a stretched terminal, a broken hold down and a warning message on the dashboard that wouldn't go away. We took the car back to Bruce and Company, and they walked him right through all the issues, tested everything they could (over and above) made sure he had what he needed, kept budget in mind and sent him on his way confident and without a worry. They're patience and kindness were exemplary. Excellent crew, and a great leader in Bruce. Thanks again guys, peace of mind and not feeling like you got overcharged and pushed out the door to make sales goals really felt refreshing also. All Auto Zones have been good, this crew tops them.

Craig made my trip to the store easy and painless to figure out what was wrong with my truck. He tested my batteries to find out it was actually the starter. Craig was super helpful! The customer service was top-notch, and I'll be returning!

I went to the store + the service guy named Chris p was exceptionally kind. He went beyond to help me put a headlight bulb in my car. I didn't have the proper tools. He took time out to help me. If everyone was like that it would make people more likely to go to a store and if they don't know what they doing, get someone to help them with little small things like that. That made my day

Excellent friendly service. My mother's battery died while up visiting. They not only had the battery but put it in for her. We would have had to waited all day for a AAA garage to fit us in. Definitely saved the day. I highly recommend this store.

I stopped in this AutoZone to get A new headlight, which I thought had gone out. Not only did the general manager, Craig, help me locate the exact headlamp that I was looking for, but he also offered to install it for me. Upon checking the headlight he noticed that the connection was loose and that the headlight did not need replacement. He promptly issued a refund and sent me on my way. Such honesty and integrity is difficult to find in this day and age, especially in the automotive industry. I am very very grateful for Craig and his staff at the Montgomeryville AutoZone.

All three guys in the store have been trying to replace my battery for the past 45 minutes, Matt specifically has been incredible in his efforts. The team here is amazing and should be commended for their work here.

I had the best experience today at this AutoZone! I had a dead car battery and a heck of a time replacing it - the terminals were so badly corroded that the positive terminal was pretty much welded onto the post until I pried it off with the power of baking soda, a flat head screwdriver, and stubborn determination. I Uber'd to this AutoZone to get a 2pk set of terminal replacements and Chris P, one of the associates there, rang me up and was very friendly. Unfortunately, the replacements only fit the negative post, so I went back to get a larger one. I also decided to get something to help prevent battery corrosion and Chris P helped me with finding a basic set of pads and grease for a great price! I really appreciated that he was honest and didn't try to upsell me more than I needed. Later on though, I had to return again because while the terminals were replaced and my car was running again, one of the screws for my battery hold-down had rusted over and I was unable to screw it back in! A different associate attended to me then, I forget his name, but while they only had universal hold downs that didn't fit my car, he still went above and beyond and found a spare part that would fit. He even went out in the cold to install it and didn't even charge me for the spare part! Even Chris P. was still there and he chatted with me for a while. Overall, the people at AutoZone helped turn my crappy day of car trouble into a better one. Often as a woman I feel intimidated going to these places, but never once did the associates make me feel bad, if anything they were the best! I will definitely return whenever I have any more car trouble...but hopefully not anytime soon 😅

I needed to get a battery replaced. I don’t know the guy’s name, but it went as smoothly as one could expect. He offered to test the battery, but I declined since I knew it was time to replace it. I paid and he swapped it out perfectly and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes, soup to nuts. That’s the way it should be everywhere, but sadly it’s the exception.

The AutoZone in Montgomeryville was amazing! Craig, the store manager, was so nice and explained the different battery options to me and then installed a new battery in my car and I was good to go! Would highly recommend!

This was my first time coming into this location as I am from out of state and all I can say is If I could give 10 stars I deff would. The customer service, time ,care and attention given to me and my vehicle by Craig was above and beyond! He took his time to help me find exactly what I needed for my car and even helped to install the product! Thank you so much for making me feel so welcomed and helping me all the way!

I’m so upset until today, the are not professional at all! The owner suppose not hire unprofessional cashier and store manager ( last name Cohan). Cashier over charge me with my account and the store manager was so rude! Take my money $275 00 and refuse to give my stuffs, this store give me nightmare 😩and make me angry 🤬 I wish I I attach my receipt here, they stole my money, the store manager “ Cohen” suppose get lay off. He is rude and he doesn’t know what he do!he was refuse to gave my stuff and took my money from my account , I will do law action ! It was happening on Sunday October 12,2025 around 2:30-30 pm. Don’t go this auto zone! If you guys don’t want have experience like me.

Absolutely awesome customer service. Didn’t only help my find the correct screw I needed but actual gave me really good advice that helped me fix a stripped screw on my rotor. Amazing store and employees.

I had an issue on my receipt from the week prior and they easily could have hassled me on it but the manager Craig stepped in and made it right. I was able to get in and out during my lunch break and that meant a lot. When selecting between AutoZone and Advance not far away, it comes down to service when choosing where to go. I'd recommend this location for sure! They understood that treating the customer right would gain them a loyal patron.

Paul is one of the sweetest people ever. He loves his customers and isn’t dismissive like the guys at Advanced auto parts. Every time I visit, he’s there to help me with whatever I have going on and is very patient. To put the icing on the cake he’s very knowledgable about cars and has recommended ways for me to get the job done more efficiently. You rock Paul!

Craig and Isaac did a great job helping me get two new headlights in in a pinch. I needed it fixed ASAP for a night drive and they took care of me in about 10 minutes.

Craig was very helpful when I came in for a replacement bulb on my vehicle. He helped me find the bulb and then caught my mistake: I’d taken out the high beam bulb instead of the dead low-beam bulb. He helped me return the product I didn’t need and replace what was truly needed. He even put the new bulbs in for me!!! Thanks, Craig!

Helped me to understand the best methodology to replace the battery. 3. Tested my old battery to verify it was bad. 4. Provided excellent all around service. Please give him a raise! Craig was so helpful. He checked my battery and here it was almost dead. He installed my new battery while it was freezing cold out and made sure everything was good! I really appreciated the time he took in doing it right.
