Service always greets their customers with a friendly welcome and goes above and beyond for all their customers. They make sure everything is 100% before putting you back into your car. If I have a small problem, they always make sure to communicate what’s happening. If they need to put you into a car, they always have one ready so you can continue on with your day.

I recently purchased an out-of-state van from Massachusetts, and they made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Buying a vehicle from another state can be stressful, but everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I worked with Jamie, who was communicative, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to my questions. He made sure I understood every step and kept things moving without any hassle. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward and professional buying process.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! If you’re car shopping, you need to be at Bergey’s. This was hands down, THE BEST customer service experience I’ve ever received at a car dealership or anywhere else. Every person I had the pleasure of speaking to and working with was professional, respectful and amazing at listening and answering all my questions. I told them what I was looking for and what I could afford and they exceeded my expectations. My salesperson, Carissa, was such a sweetheart and so patient with me. The used car manager, Danny, really worked with me and was great with my trade. He helped get me into a MUCH nicer vehicle, and well within my budget! Their finance team was extremely efficient, even the paperwork process was seamless. My whole experience with Bergey’s Chevy in Colmar has been exceptional. And I LOVE my new ride!!

This might be a decent dealership in person but I was trying to set up a sale remotely and they made it nearly impossible. I live 2 hours away. I Found a truck I really wanted online and contacted them about it. The picture showed “sale pending” but when I asked about it they said the sale had fallen through and it was available. I spoke to what I assume is a receptionist. She tried to set me up with a salesman but I never received anything. I asked to be contacted text first due to being at work. Still nothing. I let an entire day pass by and still nothing. I called them on my own the next day and got ahold of a salesman who said “he thinks” the truck sold that very day but would have to get back to me. Never did. Tried reaching out today the following day and nothing. Either the truck really did sell or it’s still there idk but would have liked to of been contacted regardless. Even if it did sell there’s the chance that had they answered me in a timely manner I wouldn’t had lost out on the deal. Like I said in the beginning, perhaps they do better business in person but if you ask for my opinion doing anything remotely I’d say good luck.

This location in particular just basically lies, is deceitful and not interested in their customers. They are more interested in your money. The service manager Mr. Joe McGlone cannot even have a conversation with another man, without being offended and hanging up, which tells you all you need to know about this location. He's the manager. Which is ashame for him and Bergeys. I have proof of a video where my truck is sitting in a parking lot from my dash cam, and Holly had told me it was in and being worked on. Meaning it was not, clear lie and was rushed at the end of the day. Now asking them to prove me something isnt true, which the manager claims they do not do, and he cant even do that. Has to hide from it and hang up. Even offered to pay if its proof that the roters were not cut. But we cannot even do that. I am waiting for one of their sorry customer service reps or sorry manager Joe to come on here and try and suppress this review, act like its a lie, and they have amazing customer service. Well they cant even prove they didn't do something, nor can the manager even have a phone conversation as a man without getting offended. So Goodluck with whatever you have to say ? VIDEO PROOF OF BEING LIED TO. Here this review will remain, go to Star, communication 10 fold. Save yourself from bergeys. Place is the worst dealer ive ever been to. Excellent service! My car was taken care of on time, efficiently, without any problems. The customer service was Excellent. I was impressed by how thorough, honest and affordable the service was. The customer service agent explained everything in detail and she showed me the pictures of the undercarriage of the car and the tires. I was done in the time window they estimated. Will definitely be back.

I arrived at 11:55am as coming from Philly you never know how the traffic will be, when I checked in the man said your over an hour early and everyone is at lunch I said ok I didn’t want to be late! At approximately 12:27 I saw a Tech get in my truck and take it in the garage! Then approximately 1:34 the gentleman came into the waiting room and said your all Done! At the desk I asked him to check my GM points he said sure then said your bill is payed and you have money left over! The staff at Bergeys are like family they look out for you and explain everything that’s why I drive from Philly since day one they are the Best Around!

I had shared with William exactly what I wanted in a car and the payments to go with it. I was in no hurry and he called me the minute it came in. He was easy to deal with and was prepared with all my documents when doing paperwork. I would recommend him to everyone!

Had an amazing experience at this dealership. We came in just to compare vehicles and landed buying a fabulous suburban. We worked with an amazing sales person Ken Bob. He was able to explain the whole process to us and make the buying process seamless. One of their service techs was able to assist us in answering questions about the vehicle so we understood aspects of the vehicle. The whole process was wonderful and we love the vehicle.

We had an excellent experience working with Bill! He answered all of our questions and was so helpful throughout the whole process… When we knew we wanted a car that was not in the lot he did not hesitate to find it for us and bring it in… He had it within one day and made sure that the process went very seamless! We absolutely love our new car and have recommended Bill at Beegeye so far to two friends! I would never go to anyone else for my future car needs

I absolutely dread shopping for a new vehicle and usually have to mentally prepare myself to deal with high pressure sales tactics. My husband and I drove nearly two hours to Bergey's expecting the typical experience-- but what we found was the complete opposite. Our salesperson, Lisa, was exceptional. She was personable, never pushy, and never tried to take control of the process. She answered every question with patience and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. We actually left the dealership without buying the truck, but before we even left the area, we called her back and asked her to hold it for us. That alone says a lot. When we returned to pick up the truck, I braced myself again for the usual sales tactics, but once more, I was proven wrong. We worked with John ( I wish i remember his title), who handled all the paperwork, and he was just as pleasant -- professional, patient, and easy to work with. Bergey's completely changed the way I view car salespeople and the entire car-buying process. What I expected to be extremely stressful ended up being smooth, comfortable, and surprisingly enjoyable. They came to my rescue after another dealership, within the same literal family, was going to let me drive around on a serious safety issue. They brought my car in immediately, as they didn't want me driving on it, gave me a loaner and found the problem quickly. Shout out to Jim K in service- he was amazing!

The services I received at Bergey's Colmar Service were impeccable. From the time I scheduled my service to the minute I picked it up was top notch. James Keyser deserves a raise. He was there every step of the way answering my questions, giving me updates and even find a lower price for my tires without me even asking. I purchased my vehicle from Fred Beans, but after a horrible service appointment over the Summer with them, I am a Bergey Customer moving forward. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands at all times. I enjoyed the video for the service floor showing my brake pads as the tech was working on them. Top Notch all around.

Very helpful when I had to have my car towed to the service department. Service rep was kind and answered all my questions and made sure I would have a loaner if my vehicle was not ready when I needed it. Thankfully they were able to get mine up and running in time for me! Great service! Will be back for all my scheduled maintenance.

We had a great experience working with Jordan. They were incredibly personable and easy to talk to, but never once pushy or trying to upsell us on something we didn’t need. Instead, they really took the time to understand what we were actually in the market for and helped guide us toward the right fit without any pressure. Lito and his sales manager, Marcus, went above and beyond to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, with no compromises. If you’re in the market for a new Chevrolet, Lito should be your sales advisor. Eric Kratchwell went above and beyond to make sure that we got all the information we needed in Missouri before coming to the dealer. He made us feel confident that all things were being done and that the vehicle was exactly as we expected before arriving to purchase. I recently purchased a car from this dealership after reading their good reviews, thinking they’d be different from the usual stealerships. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I drove four hours to see the car, only to find out—something they conveniently failed to mention over the phone—that it was catless and had several other questionable modifications. Despite that, I agreed to buy it after negotiating a discount to cover the cost of adding catalytic converters. You’d think that would be the end of the issues—wrong again. Shortly after purchase, the clutch failed, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. When I contacted the used car salesman, he tried to blame me for it. For context, I’ve been driving manual for years—everything from Toyotas to Ferraris—so this wasn’t driver error. On top of that, the clutch fluid was filthy, multiple header bolts were loose, and yet they claimed the car had “passed inspection.” Clearly, that was a lie. As a younger buyer, I also noticed a condescending attitude from several staff members throughout the process. Now I’m left with a $65K car that’s broken down because of a dishonest and careless dealership. Buyers beware.

Just purchased my second car from the team at Bergey Chevrolet, Eric K, And Ryan in the finance department were amazing to work with. It’s not too often you get to work with a Dealership that’s been around for over 100 years. Great job Team Bergey, Thanks for doing it, right.

I was in a bit of a bind— my old car was pretty much toast and I needed something immediately. I had a pretty tight budget and was really struggling to find a car that fit into that budget (at least one that wasn't 12 years old with over 100,000 miles on it.) I met with Lito and he helped me get as close to my budget as he could, and even worked hard to get me a better interest rate on my loan so that I could keep up with my monthly payments. He stayed late both times I stopped in to make sure absolutely everything was taken care of, all while being a genuinely kind and great person to work with. I brought my parents along with me for moral support/ opinions, and he got acquainted with them while making sure that he focused on me as the car buyer. He gave me a lot of helpful tips for car care and said he’s always available to assist if I have any questions. I cannot recommend Lito or Bergey’s enough. Next time I need a car, I’m going back there without ANY hesitation (my parents agreed and plan to do the same, haha.) Thank you for everything, Lito!

Over the years I could never buy from Bergeys because they never wanted to deal and match a price I could get elsewhere on new vehicles, Didn’t even want to talk about it. This time the advertised price along with Bergeys discount could not be beat by any dealer in the tristate area. So no negotiation needed. My salesman Lito was top notch and treated me right and made the deal go smooth. My trade needed some attention and they gave me a fair price for it. I’ll definitely be checking Bergeys for my next new vehicle. Hopefully my experience with the service department moving forward is just as positive.
