Very very very very expensive! I can’t believe the labor and part price was the same! Just got done with 450 parts and 450 labor on bill! This is ridiculous!!! I am not gonna be coming back here again! I can’t believe how money hungry the people are! I been going here for years and every time they always make me feel like I am so poor and not even worth a dollar of attention. Sorry but I am not coming back here again.. Very disappointed I even hate how they put your car on car fax acting like it’s for sale and not even keep their records up to date.

I purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-90 Premium Plus Trim and the entire experience was incredible--without a doubt, I highly recommend North Penn Mazda for a hassle-free car buying experience. Some places like to play the game of back-and-forth negotiation and wasting your time (> 2 hours). With Alyssa Krauth (Product Specialist), she was completely transparent with pricing and when I asked for the best out-the-door pricing, she delivered (< 15 minutes). John Sell (Finance Manager) made the paperwork efficient and easy to understand. It was truly a no-hassle, professional experience with no uncomfortable up-sell of products. This is the only place to go for a Mazda--you won't be disappointed!

To begin with prior to this I have been a loyal customer and have used them on every recommended service and repair despite them slowly becoming more over priced. I called because I was unhappy that they were fraudulently reporting info to Car-fax about service's being missed. When I called to inquire about why they were reporting missed service I was talked to in a very condescending tone. I explained what I received from car -fax and read the email and how it was inaccurate and had never missed any services I just was unable to use them for the last service, ( an Oil change ,) due to unavailability on their end and had to use a third party . Now I understand that on my part I was unable to use them due to scheduling conflict. However the service manager then talked to me as if I had had no Idea what the email stated and that I lacked basic English reading comprehension. She stated it was something that they do on a regular basis to help remind customers of needed service. I asked who signed me up for this reporting service and she said they did. When I requested to be removed she stated that I would as she had no control. Since having spoken to the service manager I have even reached out to car fax and conversed with a service representative who then told me that this does indeed negatively impact the value of my car. This being the main reason I reached out to North Penn to begin with as it was the issue I expressed was of concern. Because of this I am now looking elsewhere for service.

Okay. I have been going to North Penn since 1994. And I just want to let you know I've always received fantastic service. I had to take my car to North Penn Mazda because little creatures got into my engine. This is the second time it's happened. So I wanted to let you know they are very good and experts about Little creatures taken care of it. Nationwide insurance is who I have The people I use is Daniel Fitzsimmons and Stacy Brown, Will give you excellent service and their claims office is fantastic.. I cannot thank them enough. And just so you know that if little creatures, do come in your engine, your insurance will pay for it. So I just wanted to tell you I've always received excellent service from North Pan Mazda. I also wanted to let you know for some of you that don't have garages to put your car in. Put moth balls near your engine or peppermint oil that will keep the squirrels and mice away.. Also make sure you move your car around in different parking spots if you do not have a garage. Amazon has a great deal going on with mothballs and peppermint oil. Thank you, just wanted to share. I got my car back. Everything just fixed and got my car inspected. So if you are looking for a new car go to North Penn Mazda. Making sure you get the lifetime warranty because I did and it was well worth it. Your first year came. Your car inspected is one then you do not pay for the inspection. Stickers or anything is for free. Or fix after squirrels got into my foot and choosing wires that guy I had comprehensive insurance. I have Nationwide insurance and they are fantastic and so is the claims office. I've been going to North Penn Mazda since 1994.

We used North Penn Mazda for their detailing service and they are top notch! Todd, Shane and Jason did an amazing job on our SUV. We had gotten an SUV with soda all over the headliner, and some yellow paint on the side of the car. The detailing team did an amazing job and made it look (and smell) brand new! They caught places that other detailers missed. We will definitely be back again for their detailing services.

I had a very positive experience. Shortly after arriving I was warmly greeted by Vinny. I explained I was only just beginning car hunting and my purpose was just to browse. Vinny carefully listened, asked thoughtful questions, and provided me exactly the right level of service and appropriate space my visit needed. I could tell he’s been in the business for a while. No pressure whatsoever — something I’m always apprehensive about. Most importantly he kindly indulged me on my questions around the Mazda Miata (Mazda’s awesome sports car) — I wanted a serious look at it despite it being a bit outlandish for what I was looking for — Vinny was patient and kind. I was also thankful they had a floor model on display and ready accessible to open up and make oneself comfortable. If I end up with a Mazda, this is a location and salesperson I would hope to do business with.

Vinny was my salesperson, and he found me the exact car I wanted after a few test drives of other models at Mazda. The CX-90 is beautiful. Love it!❤️ I had just gone to Toyota to check out the Highlander, and I also drove the Kia Telluride. The CX-90 is superior in so many ways. It is much more luxurious than either of those highly rated SUVs. The drive is tighter and smoother. It's like driving on a cloud. The interior is so roomy and just amazingly done. So pretty. Mazda's attention to detail is superb. MAZDA's SUVs beat the others and are well worth the money! I traded in a 2020 CX-5, which I adored, too. It was my first favorite car after many others. Now, the CX-90 is my fav.

Great customer service. Made an appt and they had the vehicles ready to go that I wanted to see. Stephan made the process so easy and there was no pressure while looking. Once we were ready, he made the paperwork simple, took the time to show me all the features and even introduced me to Will in servicing. My fiancé and I were looking for a specific car for a lower price (CX-30 basic model) and were super impressed and pleased by North Penn Mazda and Cee who helped us through the whole process. We were struggling to find this model anywhere within the time frame we needed, but when I called and spoke with Cee, he told me one had just arrived that day and even held the car for us until we were able to drive the hour to get there. He then spent hours helping us figure out all the logistics so we could take the car home the same day. Overall, this dealership and Cee provided wonderful customer service and I will definitely consider them in the future.

Love my new CX5 and working with Stephan was such a pleasure. He was patient and helpful and not pushy at all! Ive been in a bunch of dealerships this year and last year and I did not always have the best experience. North Penn Mazda is a place I dont mind going back to again.

North Penn Mazda made it extremely easy for my parents to purchase a CPO Mazda3 for my sister. I requested a quote online and Jaime set everything up for us. We had an appointment for 4:30 on a Friday and all of the paperwork was complete and simply needed a signature when we arrived after a 90 minute drive from NJ. We went on a 15 minute test drive and finished all of the paperwork once we got back. We were in and out in less than an hour. It took more time to drive there and back than we were at the dealer... BRAVO. Tony and his finance manager (can't recall the name at the moment) made everything a breeze while at the dealership. I work in corporate for a luxury OEM, and I believe that North Penn Mazda could easily sell $50k+ cars with the level of service they provide. Once COVID-19 is managed and their dealership renovations are complete, they will be the crown jewel of Mazda dealerships in the Philly area.

These guys are GREAT!! From the managers (Kyle) to the salesman (Tim) to the finance specialist (Colleen). Truly the best dealership experience I've had. I test drove a Mazda 3 hatchback during my first visit. Tim let me drive it by myself! So I could play with the features and feel out the manual clutch at my own pace without having to worry. I purchased that model for the price I wanted (lowest price of all the local Mazda dealers) two weeks later, and I couldn't be more satisfied. They were very flexible, knowledgeable, and understanding of what I wanted as the buyer. I doubt I will ever have a better car buying experience again, and I would definitely recommend. Keep it up!!
