Caliber did a fantastic of repairing my vehicle which was involved in an accident. But the 5 stars is for more than the repair work. The entire experience was great and stress free. Caliber delivered the car by the date promised, even though they had to send back two defective replacement doors during the repair. They communicated frequently via text so that I was always aware of the progress they were making on my vehicle, and even transferred my vehicle to another Caliber service center that had immediate capacity to ensure that the repair work could happen as quickly as possible. Just a great all around experience!!

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision. After a deer hit my car, I was stressed about the damage and how long the repairs would take. The team at Caliber Collision was incredibly responsive from start to finish — they kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions quickly. What impressed me most was how fast they completed the work. Not only was the quality excellent, but they actually finished the repairs before the expected due date. We had an accident with our car and we brought it to Caliber hearing that they were very good. We were not disappointed. From my first phone call with Ashleigh to our dealings with Harley, we knew we were in good hands. Thank you Ashleigh, Harley and crew for an amazing job well done. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and in total communication throughout the process even having the job completed before the original date quoted. Caliber is lucky to have this crew. Have no worries or concerns when dealing with these guys, you are in good hands.

This is a great place to have your vehicle repaired. I had a deer run into my truck. I got home and filed my claim with my auto insurance company, Progressive. They gave me a list of shops, I picked the one closest to where I live. Was able to drop it off on my way to work. Enterprise brought my rental there and I was on my way!!! I do not have any after pics yet.

The level of customer service at this place is absolutely unmatched. I was provided constant updates on the status of my vehicle and the repair was done. Well ahead of the expected completion date. They made me feel very comfortable in the entire process and I felt as though my satisfaction was their ultimate priority.

I tore up my car when I hit a dead deer in the middle of I-476 (thanks Penndot!) Progressive Insurance had Caliber on their list of collision repairs. They did an amazing job getting my car back to like-new condition. There was a tricky sensor problem that they called outside help in to solve. As far as I'm concerned they're amazing.

Had a fender bender that messed my nissan up real good. These guys fixed her right up. Cant even see that anything happened! Very satisfied!! Harley was amazing and professional, the building is clean and orderly (and some nice fall decorations). You can be sure that your car will be taken care of here. Edit: Day after pickup, battery died. I dont think caliber has anything to do with that as it was 6 years old. Also the headlights are not aligned at all, i will adjust these but it was a little alarming seeing them so far out of tolerance. All in all, approx a week later we are still at 9/10. This place does decent enough to not worry when they have your car in their possession.

My insurance company recommended Caliber but I was hesitant about bringing my Corvette to a repair shop that I wasn’t familiar with. At every level, the customer service, communication and quality of the work was outstanding. When I picked up my car, I was surprised by how clean it was, the way they worked with my insurance making the whole process easy and how beautiful the repair work was. I would definitely recommend them!

This shop is great! Seamlessly helped arrange a rental car while my vehicle went in for repairs after a ball hit a difficult to fix spot. Harley was extremely patient with my inquiries and kept me informed through the entire process. I was impressed to find my car both done on time and the PDR work even better than expected! I will be using this Caliber location in the future and will be recommending to friends! Everyone at office extremely friendly and efficient! Thank you!

My car came back better than new! Not only repaired, but cleaned inside and out too, which I had not expected. So happy with the finished product. The people are awesome too. All around great experience:)

Car was ready early in less than 2 weeks. Customer Service is amazing and they kept me up to date along the way. Also the service of connecting with Enterprise for the rental car was a real plus. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Extremely pleased with Caliber Colmar's work repairing some hail damage on my vehicle. The result looks perfect to my eye and the car was returned spotless, everything was super professional. George took excellent care of things and I'm thankful I now have a shop to go to in the future next time the need arises.

I’m very happy with Caliber Collision! The tech did amazing work on my car! It looks good as new!! And cleaner than before too! I think they work miracles! Customer service and communication was also excellent, and my rental car was arranged to pick up and drop off right there!

I had a great experience a few years ago at the colmar location, so returned when I needed work again. Without fail, same consistent wonderful customer service and efficiency. I worked with Harley who continuously kept me updated, assisted with getting my car completed ahead of scheduled time and went above and beyond to help me with some unforseen bumps in the road. I would highly recommend them!

I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and they did an outstanding job! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the maintenance manager, who was patient, professional, and attentive throughout the process. Not only did they fix everything as promised, but they even went the extra mile by replacing my headlight after noticing it was out, without me even asking. They also stayed open past their regular hours so I could pick up my car, which was a huge help. When I picked it up, it was spotless—cleaned thoroughly inside and out. Caliber repaired damage to the bumper/liftgate/tail light area on our crossover. Everything was handled very smoothly - from drop-off to explanation of the repairs and expected timeline by John, to completion of the work and return of our car when promised. Trinity at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Caliber for your repair work.

I’ve been in an accident once before, and it was a nightmare of an experience between my insurance and the collision shop I was sent to. As soon as I was hit this time, my first thought was that I would have to deal with another bad company and how I did NOT want to go through that part again. Caliber Collision in Colmar made everything SO easy and stress-free for me. They went into detail explaining everything to me when I initially dropped the car off and exactly what they would be fixing (I know nothing about cars so this was helpful), kept me updated the entire time on repairs, and even finished the vehicle a week earlier than planned. They made it look absolutely brand new (significant front end damage to the drivers side that you cannot even tell was there now) and the paint is perfectly blended. This was the most severe accident I’ve been in, and the worst my car has looked, and they made it perfect. Thank you to Steve who worked on my car and made it look so beautiful, and Trinity and Ashleigh for being so pleasant every time I called with a dumb question. You have made this whole experience so much easier on me and from the moment I dropped the car off, I knew I was in good hands. If I ever get T-boned again (let’s hope not) I will absolutely be bringing my car here. Thank you thank you thank you!

Unfortunately my car was just totaled. And I still felt that Caliber Collision deserved a great review because from scheduling my drop off to picking up my license plate, the service at Caliber was excellent. The GM stepped in for my service advisor who was busy with another customer when dropping off my car, and he was genuinely open with me about the possibility of it being totaled due to a certain type of damage, but assured that they'd do what they could when estimating the service needed. The front desk staff were friendly, office is clean, complimentary coffee/water. If I'm ever in need of a collision service again (knock on wood) I would go straight back to Caliber Collision.

I just wanted to holler at the manager, Mike for helping me through a difficult situation. An error in my manufacturer’s diagram was compelling my insurance company to want to total my truck . Mike’s communication & guidance on the matter allowed me to find a solution & communicate to my rep. Without Mike’s help, my truck would have been totaled for sure. They would’ve sent me $17k & I would be out another $10K for a new truck. Thanks Mike! I literally owe you. Keep up the good work.

This is a very professional shop. From the warm greeting to the explanation of their process. They always kept me informed while they were working on my car. We took our Dodge to get body work done After an accident. The dealership recommended Caliber and we were so happy with the results!! Looks like new - great communication from Bob who kept us up to date on the progress!! We just come back from Florida and they even vacuumed our car!! Thank you!

After one of the snowstorms, my baby got pummeled by falling ice from a tree. The hood and roof had looked as though someone left it our on a driving range leaving large dings all over the car. I took it to Caliber Collision (Colmar) because they were recommended and after doing a little research I found they would be a good choice and I was not disappointed at all. The customer service was outstanding. They were polite and helped me throughout the whole process. I was given constant updated via text and phone calls to let me know the progress of my repair. When I would call to check in they would speak to me right away and let me know how things were going. When I got the car back I was hesitant that the damage would still be evident but to my surprise it was as if nothing had ever happened to the car. I was amazed at how well of a job they did. If something were to happen to my vehicle in the future this would be the first place I take it to.
