Great dealership experience since 2018. Straightforward courteous sales, service , parts and body shop. Every single employee interaction I have had has been helpful and honest. I have a Mazda and two Volkswagens and I would not look anywhere else for my next vehicle. This business is run properly and practices the Golden rule with every interaction and transaction.

Greg's knowledge and expertise ultimately is what made the decision for us to buy from NP VW. Initially they did not have the car we wanted, but Greg kept his eye out for us and later let us know that they had one in stock. We never felt pressured and he answered all of our questions even staying late to finish the sale.

Because I have a old car maybe they don't want to spend time doing quality work. Of the several things I paid to have repaired one of them which is head gasket still leaking oil from the sides and bolts that hold the valve cover. My bill was roughly 2k. Better i had do it myself to get the same results and cost me less. I know it's leaking because I wiped it with a tissue and more oil leaked through. These days it's hard to find honest workers everywhere.

The service team showed me in a video and in writing EXACTLY what our car needed. Very detailed and professional. Jim is a good communicator.

I worked with Josh Quintanilha to test drive a Jetta Sport. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a different vehicle from a dealership closer to my house. He was extremely helpful and answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend going to him!

My windshield cracked on my Jetta and I got the run around from Fred Beans and Piazza for over two weeks (they’re the closest dealers to me). Called up North Penn on a recommendation and Erin answered on the first ring and she was very helpful in getting me set up for service. I was able to drop off and pick up after hours and pay online. Can’t recommend them enough, I will definitely keep making the extra drive to service with North Penn!

Always professional and experts at dealing with VW, imports as well as ev’s. I have always had fantastic service each time I’ve had my vehicle serviced here. They also have the best professionals in the area to deal with factory recalls. I drive over 1.5 hours for their service, as they truly are the best (and I have locations closer to home but don’t get the job done like North Penn). Five stars all the way.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Tim was an excellent salesman and never pressured me into anything. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and made the whole process a breeze. John and Shawn were also very helpful in the whole process and were able to get all the information I requested along the way. I went through the Costco auto buying program and I highly recommend North Penn.

Having automotive knowledge, and employment in the auto service industry gives one a nose for the funny business.. I will not be returning to this service center/dealership. North Penn’s service department miserably failed an honesty check. I put my car in for inspection 9/8 with a new air cabin filter (dated april 2025) fresh coolant (flushed dated: 7/2025) My car failed inspection for a leaky parking brake mechanism, which was discovered to be a loose fitting (I did not loosen the fitting) The brake fluid reservoir was full and upon tightening this finger loose fitting it was determined there is literally no leak. However I was quoted $450 to replace the caliber which is absurd for a 30minute job and a $140 part. Car failed for safety inspection at NP, now passed without the need for a $450 repair. My question was/is – did the technician actually look at these expensive service items they attempted to sell me, or did they just assume, shoot for the big $$$ bill thinking that we customers know nothing about cars? For the record I went to this dealership for convenience and its location near my day job. NP won my $94 however I’ll never be returning, nor suggesting their dealership/service to anyone. Good day.

I walked into Volkswagen with my dad today to just look at our options and we walked in and Greg helped us immediately. He walked us around and we drove the car I was interested in and due to Greg and the teams amazing help we ended up buying the car! This is my first car and I can’t thank Greg enough for all the support and help throughout this process!

I could not have had a better experience with Jesse at NorthPenn VW. He kept us well informed about the car and was more than willing to do the 20k mile maintenance and oil change (which was not initially planned). We also decided we need to have a second key for the car which he coordinated, no problem. So thankful for the service we received and would highly recommend!

I spoke with Jim on the phone Friday night about a battery replacement for my 2019 Golf R, and he was extremely helpful and professional. When I brought the car in Saturday morning, Jesse took excellent care of everything. Both were kind, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their pricing was very fair—especially compared to other dealerships that quoted me nearly double for the same service—and they even washed my car, making my Lapiz Blue paint shine like new again. Just bought our 2025 Tiguan from North Penn Volkswagen and every step of the process was fantastic ! From the moment general sales manager Billy D took my cold call inquiry (from out of state - 2 hours away) through multiple emails and phone calls, within about a four hour time span, he was professional and extremely efficient. He and the team form North Penn quickly helped us work out the details and arranged for a pickup of the vehicle less than 48 hours later - the process was seamless. He made a suggestion to me that was best for the vehicle long term. Also, the shuttle service with Mike is great. And even when you pick up and pay, the cashier is friendly and greets you with a smile!

This dealership is great for big fixes down to small maintenance like oil changes. I always have a great customer service experience. Again, the NorthPenn family proves they care for long term customer relationships, not a "quick sale." Incredible service by truly honest - to be trusted in all areas - employees. Again, this time with an urgent matter, which they had diagnosed, but missed an expensive [part], and had quoted me accordingly, [and] even though that part was roughly $700 more, NorthPenn VW HONORED THE ORIGINAL QUOTE (and gave me a great Tiguan rental) No, I do not ever question their rates/cost, and pay what they ask; however, again,they are truly interested in long-term relationships, not just a "quick sale"

I had been looking for a White 2015 Volkswagen Jetta GLI autobahn with nav and finally I found the perfect one in pristine condition, low miles, and clean history at North Penn Volkswagen. I inquired about the availability of the vehicle and about financing on a Sunday and Monday morning Shawn responded to me with great news, after communicating through email back and forth(each time he responded quickly might I add) we finally made a deal and we planned for me to come into the dealership the same day. When I got to the dealership at 6 the car was already waiting for me, the paper work was ready and from beginning to end each employee was very nice and the two gentlemen that helped me throughout the entire process were Bill and John. This was my first car buying experience and it went smoother than I thought it would, being that the process was started before I got to the dealership I was in and out in an hour and a half. North Penn Volkswagen is the real deal and I look forward to getting my next car from them.
