Stoped in for a quote was told in would get a call back they. Needed to do some research to install remote start in my 16 2500 never happened went somewhere else
Bought my Durango there a long time ago. Loved that truck until cottman transmission in Emmaus killed it. Bought a quality vehicle, drove it for years but Car was absolutely worthless after cottman was done working on it
Avoid this place at all cost. Bought new Tahoe LTZ 3 years ago and transmission went at 50,000 miles.
Gm and the dealership won't replace under terms of the drivetrain warranty rather rebuild as its "not damaged" enough. No additional warranty for the rebuild transmission. Joe holly and the team in the service department are horrible to deal with as they shout at you and treat you like school yard bullies.
Bottom line avoid this place and spend your hard earned money at another dealership.
