Phenomenal work!!! Century Auto Body on Bala Avenue is the best around Ask for Andy he will get the job ✅done. I had scrapes around my front and rear bumpers and It was like magic whatever he did the scratches and scrapes are gone and my white BMW returned like new. Awesome and professional staff and reasonable prices .

I received exceptional service, but the standout aspect was the outstanding attention provided by Andy and Vince. They are incredibly kind people who made my two visits to the shop, under unfortunate circumstances, a genuinely positive experience through their courtesy. Thank you!

Update: Vince exceeded my expectations. He quickly got back to me and arranged to change the frame around my tire. He was friendly and even offered to take me to a nearby coffee shop while the work was being done. In just about 20 minutes, he had everything finished and came back to pick me up. Customer service is extremely important when you have a business, and Vince really went out of his way to turn what could have been a frustrating experience into a much better one. I would definitely use this shop again. I had a disappointing experience at this shop. I was referred here by a friend, but unfortunately, the manager, Andy, was very rude. Customer service is crucial, and after leaving a message for the owner, I never received a follow-up. The work itself was decent, but the frame around the tire was uneven, with one side spaced further out than the other. However, when I picked up my vehicle, Vince was friendly and easygoing. I mentioned the frame issue, and he offered to follow up with the insurance company. Despite this, first impressions are everything, and due to the poor service I received initially.

Vince and team did a great job on both my vehicles. I was very pleased with the communication process throughout, final pricing, and most importantly, their quality of work. I highly recommend Century Auto Body!

Took my car here to get an estimate on damage repair and they were so great! My car door was jammed shut and they got it unstuck in less than 10 minutes with no charge! Plan to come back for full repairs. So glad I can get in my car again. Thank you!

Century is far and away the best body shop in the Philadelphia area. Their work is absolutely top notch. They took my vehicle with severe front end damage and made look brand new. Additionally, the staff is friendly, considerate, professional and prompt. Andy, Vince and Mike are all great guys. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this shop. Additionally, I recently took my car by the shop to take care of a dent in the fender. I though this dent could run upwards of $1,000.00, however, Andy and Vin took care of me, worked with me on pricing so the job was within my budget and it looks good as new. Great customer service and great work.

I took my car here because I kept hearing a bumping noise in the left rear tire. They were able to fix it quickly and were very nice! They worked well within my budget. I’ll be back again if I have any car issues!

Andy & Vince are amazing! I had a few minor scratches on my paint job. They were able to touch up the scratches quickly & professionally. I am really pleased with what they were able to do. Yesterday, I had a small accident with my 2018 Honda Accord which dislodged part of my bumper and front end.I drove to Century fully expecting to leave my car there and have to rent another. Within minutes someone checked the damage, drove it into the repair area and within 45 minutes had the car back in shape. As I held up my credit card and asked what I owed, they said that there was no charge. I was blown away by their generosity, courtesy, and excellent work. I have used Century in the past when I had a Saab convertible and always found their workmanship to be excellent, their service and repair timely, and their professionalism A-1. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing fine workmanship on their repair and gracious service.

What a gem for this area! i needed an estimate as I got into an accident after just moving to this city and I got so much more. They found I needed a new registration and helped me feel welcome. The process was explained and they even made recommendations on how to save money. They are honest and took time with me! I will go back and I will recommend them. Exceptional people! Amazing service and great work! We came across Century Auto body a few year's ago and have taken our vehicles to them since. We will not go anywhere else for our body work. Vince and his team are professional, knowledgeable and great people. Pricing is definitely fair. We recently had someone hit our 2020 Nissan 370Z while parked. Not an easy car to repair. Vince and his team did an amazing job with the repairs, could not tell anywhere that the car was damaged. It has custom paint as well and they matched it perfectly, the car was flawless. I got to Century Auto Body at 4pm on a Friday for help with my front bumper that had gotten detached. Andy helped me out and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! Above and beyond service! Andy patiently explained the car issues and gave me real good advice on maintenance. As someone who is always worried about being ripped off when it comes to auto stuff, I felt very relieved after my interaction with Andy. I had gotten scratches on the front of my car repaired for free! They helped me every step of the way because this was the first time I had to fix anything on my car. My father had also had repairs done here on his car and he had a super wonderful time working with them. Had a great experience here. my car had scrapes and turns out mostly paint from a scrape on the garage door frame. Was referred by my garage down the street and Andy did a wonderful job cleaning off the paint and had a co-worker wax the doors. He said to return when needed with touch-up paint from the dealer for one or two spots. Looks great. very pleased. definitely would recommend

These people are the best and kindest people in Bala. I went to them because due to my own negligence, my car sustained a moderate scratch to the side. I called, they answered, and they saw me all within 10 minutes. When I arrived, they came out, gave me an honest assessment that made me feel heard and then went on ahead to match my paint, buff my car, AND give me an honest quote and a procedure for moving forward with options. These people genuinely want to HELP. They aren't out to upcharge you until you run dry, they want to see cars and car owners happy. This is a RARE quality in not only the car industry, but also the customer service industry in general. These guys quoted me, buffed my car and made her look nice and patched up for more than a reasonable expense. If you want to feel taken care of, not throw money out your window, and just have reliable service and neighborhood friendliness, then this is the place to take your car. 15/5 stars. Seriously, any person there is great and Mike did a great job making my lady feel pretty again. THANK YOU.
