Service rep Dee was solid! Great guy and great customer service. He was straightforward from the beginning. I sold my Dodge Ram 1500 that I had financed. Although the process took 3 hours because of the paperwork, Dee made it feel quick. The online quote and the amount they offered for my car wasn't too far off and I was happy they made the process seamless. Thanks for buying my whip guys!

Stephen was beyond amazing. Gave me a great price all while dealing w/ my 11 month old son crawling all over his office. He truly went the extra mile- even helping me clean out the car and transfer my stuff over. His responsiveness on Christmas Eve was instant and worked w/ getting me scheduled as soon as possible the day after Christmas. I will for sure be coming back to this location. I had an excellent experience with Stephen at the location here in Bala Cynwyd. He was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and went the extra mile in explaining everything about the appraisal as he went through it. In addition, we had some conversations about other issues that we related on, and he was very helpful in that as well. I would've left happy even if I didn't sell my car with him. If only all sales/customer service reps were like Stephen! The world would be a better place.

I had a very positive experience from the start from when I first sought an offer online, set up an appointment (spoke to Steve), to when I brought my car in. It was very simple and the people I worked with were very responsive. At the site, Dee was great. He was very personable, explained clearly how the offer would be generated, walked through what he was doing as he appraised my car, through the final offer process and paperwork. I received a very fair offer and he explained the steps I might need to take (call insurance, documentation I might need, etc.). Great experience and very nice gentleman. Would highly recommend the branch and people I worked with from start to finish.
