The guys are always really helpful and knowledgeable. The tech went above and beyond to repair my leaking oil pan and informed me of other issues they foresee in the future so I can be prepared get that worked on as well! We always come here for our repairs and you cannot beat the price!!!

Had a wonderful experience. It was quick and he filled my tires. Also replaced my tpms for a great price. When I used to take it to the dealership it would have cost me $600 but got it replaced for $104. He made sure everything was taken care of so I didn't have to worry about the warning lights being on. Definitely would go back!

Horrible service! Had an appointment for an inspection, drove 30 minutes with 2 vehicles to be told that they didn't have an inspector and probably should have called us. I would not recommend!

A good knowledgeable mechanic told me straight up what needs to be done and he did it had a really good price really impressed

It was an absolutely terrible experience and I won't be back. I'd rather spend more and have the job done right the first time. Lesson learned. ZERO stewardship in the shop (talking on several occasions how they hate their bosses both former and current, "Gonna quit this job if they get an attitude from that guy again", constantly cursing when talking with customers), can't order the right tires the first time (and i know it wasn't a "mixup" because they also quoted me for the lesser ply tires), didn't let the pressure out after setting the bead on one tire (86 Psi! I'm glad it didn't blow with my pregnant wife in the vehicle), they didn't recalibrated my TPMS after the tire change so my sensors do not line up with the dash display. But I'm not going back for a third day in a row. And while I was there, a guy had stopped to have his tires rebalanced because a weight flew off. The guy running the shop openly told the worker in front of me the reason that happened was because they used single hook weights on double hook rims. I have no idea what it means, but i bet the guys putting them on SHOULD. There is ZERO quality work happening here and I will be double checking my lug nuts to make sure my wheels won't be coming off while I'm driving. After reading the other reviews, I'm expecting them to be rounded over. Lots of extra hidden costs that aren't expressed prior to the work. $640 for 4 tires turns into over $800 tires. Also, who charges almost $150 to align a front end? Never again.

Originally this would have been a 5 star review. Service was friendly and fast. Although, I came to my local Mavis to have my oil changed and tires rotated and found that one of my lugs was stripped all to hell. Along with that 2 of my lug covers were cracked from being tightened down too hard. I called Tire Choice to discuss possible solutions to make things right because they are the last ones to touch the tires and this has never been an issue before. The employee spoke with his manager but did not have the phone on hold so I was able to hear the conversation. Not going to go into detail with what was said but I can say that I will never step foot into a Tire Choice again. I will happily pay out of pocket for the damages opposed to having these folks fix what they broke.

Too many add ons, only wanted tires and even was charged labor for tire insulation, paid for an inspection but had car inspected two weeks ago. #130.00 for alignment, $36.00 for unneeded inspection, on top of labor. $1,115.00 for car tires!!!! Never again! Brother had same experience. Look at your bill before you agree to have the work done, he goes over the estimate too fast!

I have been going to tire choice for years and have been very happy. Now the guys I trusted are all gone. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on Tuesday. I was charged $141.40 ,which i have never paid there before. I was told by the manager my new car cost more to change oil. I was ok with that. But I did mark my tires to make sure they rotated my tires. Tires were not rotated and there was a $4.00 charge on my bill to top off fluids on a brand new Bronco which I had just filled the washer fluid on Sunday. I called to tell him he never rotated my tires and he lied to me again . I said we'll I marked the tires and you didn't do it. Never going back again. Don't take advantage of a woman.

Great service and everyone was very friendly! They were very fast to get me in and figure out what was wrong with my tire. I will for sure be coming here for all my Auto needs.

Had a stellar experience today at Tire Choice! I got my car inspected, an oil choice and rear brakes. Store manager Keyser went ABOVE and beyond for me! He was able to get me discounts and my car was done extremely quickly! They also offer WiFi and plenty of good vibes! I will definitely return to this shop!

I had a great experience with Tire Choice the other day. The manager explained their services and pricing very clearly, and arranged for me to come in the next day. When I arrived, they got right to work on my vehicle and they completed everything very quickly and professionally. I will use Tire Choice again from my future automotive needs.

I went for a simple inspection. I needed a license plate bulb changed, the left one to be exact. For some reason the guy decided to mess with the right one and totally broke it! Not only did he break it but not 1 person mentioned that they broke it and still charged me for the service. Now I have to buy a whole new housing for the light cover and Toyota parts are not cheap! If I knew they weren’t capable of changing the LEFT lightbulb without breaking the RIGHT light cover, I would’ve had my friend do it for me. It would’ve saved me time and money. To add to this, I got there at 8am for my inspection and didn’t get out of there until after 10am! It took them over an hour to break a light cover and change a bulb! I do have time stamped pictures of the broken light too. What makes it worse is it was the manager Dan Thomas who did it! I had an appt that I was already running late for being as I was there for over 2hrs, and I didn’t have the time to argue with them over it. I will not be going back though! *EDITED ON 10/1/24* I had to do an edit and change my review to a 5 star. Kaiser went above and beyond to resolve the issue with me. He not only called to discuss the problem but he ordered the part needed, worked with me with scheduling and fixed the light for me. He has wonderful customer service skills and a sense of humor to boot! Thank you Kaiser for all your help!

This tire shop is the Best in this area! I'm so very pleased with the courteous and knowledgeable group of employees here @ Tire Choice in Tunkhannock Pa. The manager, Keiser, made me feel so welcome and the crew that worked on my car, fixed it n it feels like new again. I recommend this Tire Choice to everyone! This is a great garage! Chris and the guys are very nice ! They go above and beyond to answer all your questions. I felt like I was at a friends shop and not a corporate shop. It was very refreshing to be like a friend not a customer. I would send my mother to them with full confidence! Thank You for the great service. I have found my mechanics!

Dave and Larry always do an excellent job on my vehicles!!! They are very flexible to fit to your schedule and seem to find time to work on your vehicle even if they are swamped! I trust them 100% knowing that when I return my car is safe and fixed the right way! Between Dave’s years of auto experience and Larry’s diagnostics to fix any issue, these 2 mechanical gurus can solve any problem at hand! Always love coming here, they give me great service and great deals! And today they even saved me money by showing me that my brakes were safe to pass inspection whereas the Hyundai dealer tried to tell me they wouldn’t. Fantastic service! I was in last weekend for an oil change and to have my heater fixed. The guys worked for hours to figure out what was wrong with it and they were able to fix it for a minimal cost. Billy is super friendly, very kind and explained everything. Thanks guys! We will most certainly be back!

Easy and convenient appointment scheduling. Billy is amazing at being straight-forward and direct with your car needs. Will actually take the time to show you what you need done to ensure your safety and longevity of your car. Comfortable place to sit and wait and while car is taken care of. Overall really great place to come for everything minor and major.

Billie the owner was great. I called in the afternoon for an oil change and he got me in same day.. I had to wait little while as they were unexpectedly backed up but I expected that and was prepared. I was happy to get it done the same day I called. Price was better than expected too!

4/24/19 This was a wonderful experience today at Monroe muffler in Tunkhannock. Billy and the guys are very pleasant, honest, and they definitely know what they're doing. They definitely saved me a lot of money and headaches from the dealership. They got me in the shop asap after I called and told Billy what was happening. I felt so comfortable with this visit. I'll definitely be coming back. Even if it's just to visit everyone. I'd Absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Needed shocks and fix on exhaust. Billy was pleasant, and it was a good experience. Dave is a great mechanic, and knows what he is doing. So all in all I think I will return, because it is a good shop, clean. Overall they deserve a 5 star rating.

Very fast and friendly service. As a 20 year old girl, I’m always very unsure about going by myself to any appointment involving my car. Especially because I’ve only ever heard things like, “They’ll take advantage of you because you’re a girl!” However, Billy was very honest all while being incredibly helpful in explaining what they were doing and why. That’s something that I can really appreciate. First impressions really are everything, and I truly believe that he does his job, and he does his job well. With all of that being said, I highly recommend going here.
