I have used Phil's numerous times over the years and they always provide superb work. Their estimated are reasonable, they are up front and honest with expectations, and the end result is always top notch. Whenever my vehicle (unfortunately) needs such services, Phil's will always get my business.
We scheduled service for our motorhome I April. Needed to have bay doors painted due to a scrape put down the side. It is now September and after being strung along all summer saying they would get to it, now they cancelled. Great business. Had they been honest that they couldn't do the work or something were too busy we could have had the work done elsewhere. Now we won't have time before we leave for the season. Would have given minus 10 stars if I could.
If you're looking for a place to take your vehicle to after an accident Phil's is definitely the place. They are professional, helpful, and communicate with you through the entire process. They do excellent work!
Just had a 2018 F150 in for some damage to the box and rear bumper. They completed the work in a matter of days, which was waaay ahead of schedule. Danni kept me informed throughout the process before, during, and after. They coordinated everything with nationwide for me, lined up the rental with enterprise, and everything was incredibly streamlined. The work is pristine and perfect. It looks like a brand new truck. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them 1000%.
Best auto body for being treated like dirt. Cash customers come first then insurance claims second this is what they told me.The lady who works there is unprofessional she had the nerve to ask me what was today’s date? and she works in there doing estimates ?? Very unprofessional louts!!!
On 1/12/17 I needed roadside assistance. I call a couple of numbers and got recordings; one recording states that if I want to talk to so-and-so, I should call his cell at (blah-blah-blah). So I do. The man is technically retired but tells me he's still visiting the office and checks in on them almost daily. The place is still his place; it's still named after him but other people run it for him. He tells me to call back at 8:00 to talk to **** and ask if anyone's free enough to make the run. He's a personable guy. Very nice. So I wait. For almost an hour. Call back and get **** on the phone and explain to her my situation, letting her know I waited for them to open and that I've been sitting for almost an hour and a half by then. She tells me that a trip down to my garage is going to be extremely expensive, "You know this'll be an extremely expensive tow, don't you?!?" (Her exact words.) When I ask if it'd be cheaper to tow it to my house, she says, "Nope. Same fee either direction." Whaaat? When I ask why the tow is so expensive if the mileage doesn't matter, she tells me she normally charges people more but she's 'cutting me a break.' ($200.00 for a trip that's less than 25 miles is a break?) She mentions that I'll have to pay the tow-truck driver when he gets there, but then backtracks and says they don't accept checks from people they don't know and I'll have to give her my credit card number over the phone. When I explain to her that I've been hacked twice in the last three years and feel uncomfortable doing that, she says they're busy enough that they don't need my business and says, "What's it going to be?"
I'll tell you what it's going to be. I paid for their service because I'd invested over 2 hours in their company already, but no matter how professional the driver behaved or how well he treated me and performed his job, I will never darken their doorstep with my business again simply because she was an unprofessional lout.
Maybe after reading this, their business won't be "so good they they don't need" mine.
