The staff at Mile Hill were very courteous. They quickly resolved my problem while I relaxed in their warm office. I sincerely appreciated their service.
I had my car towed 200 miles from Rochester to PA. When tow guy was an hour out, he was supposed to let me know, as I was an hour away from drop off point. I had ZERO communication with tow guy day of tow. They were supposed to call me day of, and an hour before arrival. I didnt speak to anyone day of.......I had no clue when they would arrive, so we headed out to sit and wait. When we pulled up to drop off location, he was there unloading my car. I said, "you were supposed to call me an hour out" he said, "I dont know nothing about that." Back tire was flat, I thought he would have added air. He instead drove it to driveway and left. The car made it, but I dont understand the communication issues. I called Triple AAA, morning of tow, their dispatcher contacted driver to let him know to contact me an hour before arrival. The car made it safely. I just wish there was communication.
Great people and their service is great. Only reason for 4 stars is because they can be slow to get work done. I would recommend Mile Hill Collision to anyone that's looking for quality work and not on a time constraint.
I can’t say enough how fabulous This Auto body Establishment is ! I been to Others in the past . But nothing like this Shop ! They do excellent work and they treat their customers like family ! Mile Hill Collision is my forever go to Body shop! Their work is so precise it’s unbelievable . They are true pro’s at what they do. Obviously many years of experience ! Since the change in hands for the business, things have really changed here and not for the good. Unfortunately, we will have to take our cars elsewhere.
Very Courteous I know they'll do a wonderful job Was told by numerous people not to take your vehicle anywhere else. Will give you an update when the job is done.
Took my brand new truck there to have deer damage fixed. When I picked it up. The inside was dusty from them sanding my/other vehicles. I noticed a few flaws in the paint. Also a deep scratch in one of my windows. I had left the shop before I noticed the paint flaws and the window scratched. So now it's my word against there's. If you have work done here. Don't make the mistakes I made. Look it over good. Before you leave.

We have used their services before and they did an excellent job. When I needed an estimate after a recent accident I naturally chose them. Claim handled quickly and efficiently.
Sad to say this shop was most disappointing. They failed to update us on the status of our vehicle for weeks and then proceeded with hundreds of dollars’ worth of work without clearing it with us first. After THREE visits they never did correctly diagnose or fixed a sensor issue — which, oddly, only began after they did some initial work on our vehicle. ? We moved out of the area and paid a shop in NC over 2k to finish what they couldn’t and get our car in good shape. Poor service, poor communication, but a monopoly in a small town — I recommend folks to go elsewhere.
Mile Hill came threw where all others would not touch my car 3 other garages to be precise., do to the amount of time it would take to fix the car. They ( Mile Hill ) came threw with flying colors under what I thought was going to be a huge money problem, turned out to be far less. Also showed in great detail what they did and how they did it. Great professionals work here. Advise you all to stop by give them a chance you won't be disappointed.
professional respectful people and great service I started my own repairs on my BMW and gave up on it these guys came with a tow truck took it to their multi bay repair center fixed it up in a few days and it runs good as new. most people in the area won't touch foreigns but they do it all. towing repair and sales nice business I'll use them in the future and highly recommend.
Not a good experience in general, no communication, can't do the job or can't get to it in a timely manner, the day they were supposed to tow the vehicle they didn't tow it until 3 days later, and charged a rediculous storage and tow rate. There's way better places to go that will take care of you and get the job done, and won't leave you not knowing and guessing, I mean they don't even have a diesel tech in the shop. There was some damage done to my truck from water, steam, and smoke. The truck ran great before the incident but didn't run after, so they at least got it running. But I had to pay out of pocket instead of insurance paying for it. Becuase mile hill said it wasn't cuased by the incident. Rediculous...
These guys are professional and friendly. They take care of the insurance and car rental and everything. The owner told me, "No matter what, we'll make this work!"
Gf hit a deer a year ago, needed front end headlights grill and bumper replaced. Headlights worked, bumper was never fully snapped on and fog llights never connected.
Friendly, office is separate from garage and taken care of in a timely fashion. One down side, need to trim trees so you can manage the driveway better.
