Very dissatisfied with the service provided from here, paid 700$ to fix a small issue with my jeep and the issue was not resolved at all. After that, they said i needed to pay an additonal $1000 more to fix it and for ridiculous unnecessary things like a wiper blade. I went to another place for service and found they were lying about what my jeep even needed. Will NEVER go there again, and will warn everyone i can- they will lie to you for your $ AND not even fix the issue.

I appreciate Mike Taylor and the dealership for helping me purchase my Nissan Rogue and helping me get my old Jeep paid off I recommend going to tunkhannock auto mart for a vehicle

The service here is great. Worked with salesmen Mitchell and he worked with me to find the best deal possible as well as anything else I needed. Great communication and I will be buying my next car from here as well.

If I could of rated them a zero I would but sadly it won't let me. They will gladly sell you a lemon and upcharge you on almost anything. One of the salesman is very unprofessional and has a big mouth on him over the phone. Don't let them take you for your money or waste your time

I left my wife's car there for the push button starter wouldn't start the car but the remote could start the car. Needless to say $1600 later wirh a poke hope and pad the bill, and a month later a simple switch and wire fixed it. I will be contacting stellantis again. Poke, hope and pad!!!

I have been dealing with Auto Mart for years. They are very pleasant to deal with. I was there yesterday with my car and they treated me very well. My car was done in no time I love this place.

Paid 163.00 for an oil change and tire rotation and they never adjusted the tire pressure after the rotation. I had higher expectations at that price. I started getting weird phone calls after my one and only service appointment. It was some third party company asking about my truck (to sell) on behalf of this garbage dealer. Seems like they sold my info. Would not recommend going here

Probably every car owners nightmare. You go in to have your car serviced for a fairly serious issue. Dish out a significant amount of money. Assume the issue is resolved. Approximately 27 miles out of their driveway the issue is still occurring. You call them back, IMMEDIATELY .....Sorry, nothing we can do 'mam

Absolutely terrible, got my vehicle last year. Vehicles should not need oil in 2 months my bf checked my oil due to hearing a ticking sound and oil was bone dry not even a smudge. They clearly did not go over everything while looking at vehicle before selling or someone just doesn’t know how to do there job and sold me a bad vehicle. Wanted to charge me $220 just to bring it in to have it looked at and they stated and that’s NOT with having anything done or parts ordered if needed etc with it; fast forward months later, took it to Kia dealership the car was burning and leaking oil the ENTIRE time Kia dealership flat out told me there’s no way whoever sold me the vehicle didn’t know about it, fast forward further( with trying different things for fixture, along with oil changes & constantly putting oil in it 2-4times a week. Well a year later my motor is shot! I always heard bad things about this place and should have listened, never refer, nor would I recommend this place to anybody! Outrageously priced, and I think they cover a lot of things up just to get vehicles off their lot and have people come back in to spend money. My expierience. Hopefully no one else has this expierience

Had to have the button for the back hatch on my Murano replaced. Was able to schedule on a day that fit my schedule and the job was done in half and hour! The gentleman who scheduled the job was polite and efficient.

First and foremost when you tell someone you are going to call them then do so, whether it is good bad or indifferent. They need have more loaners and giving someone a dirty one and no instructions on it when it was the first time we ever had a hybrid. One day telling us all we will owe is $100 - picked up vehicle and receipt showed zero due and then. Ext day getting a phone call saying they forgot to collect the money we owe. It’s just irritating.

Reed Shave was a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He was able to answer all my questions and willing to take as much time as I needed to make my decision to buy my vehicle. The manager of the dealership was also very knowledgeable and helped me get a better interest rate on my car loan. The entire process of buying the car was pleasant. I would recommend this dealership without any hesitation.

Great experience and first time ever buying a vehicle from there. Amazing people who are willing to work with you so you’re able to leave with what you picked out. Sales representatives give honest answers to any questions you have about pricing,maintenance and service. Would recommend for anyone trying to replace/trade-in cars and leave with something better

Refused to inspect vehicle for dry rotted tires. Took vehicle to a tire shop and they said there was no dry rot on these tires. Took to another inspection station they also said the tires were not dry rotted. I believe I was lied to and they were trying to pad the bill by forcing me to buy a set of tires. All trust with this dealership is now gone. I would recommend anyone thinking of dealing with this dealership be extremely careful.

Took my Grand Cherokee 4xe in for a check engine light and some misc electrical issues. They we were able to get me back on the road in a couple of days and did give me a loaner. Beat service shop for Jeep I have been to.

Everyone in this office is very friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable in their office and they make sure you are comfortable with your car before selling it to you. They are very informative, kind and considerate. I recommend buying all your vehicles at Tunkhannock Auto Mart! I really like the car I bought! This car, 2017 Honda CRV is absolutely perfect for me! It's perfect size, handles great and is fully loaded! I could ask for nothing more. Between the service and the car I am beyond satisfied

I took my jeep there as it was having a mass amount of issues with sensors and such, dash lit up, as well as the radio not working. Dropped it off on a Monday, heard from them Monday afternoon after I called to see if they had a chance to look at it. They had just began to, so of course they did not know the issue yet. Heard back on Thursday after never calling me back before then that it may be a fuse. Replaced the fuse and was able to pick up Friday. I picked up my jeep right before close due to work, and realized my jeep still had dash lights on and was not fully fixed. The radio also still was not working. I called and left a voicemail and it’s been 2 weeks without a response. I’m not trying to be annoying but my car was not fully fixed and I’m being fully ignored.

I was very pleased with Mike as our salesman. He is knowledgeable, kind, and has a good sense of humor. He isn’t pushy, he is just helpful. He listened intently to what my concerns and needs were and they found me a vehicle that met the requirements I needed it to, and that was in my price range, even when I didn’t know what I wanted or where to start. The prior dealership I dealt with went out of business. Went to Tunkhannock Auto Mart after I found a vehicle I liked online. Worked with salesman, Joe. Joe was very welcoming and not pushy with gimmicks or sales pitches. Also worked with Ben in financing. Joe and Ben took care of everything for me, making the whole process seamless and pleasant. I really enjoyed my first sales experience with Tunkhannock Auto Mart and love my Ford Escape! They work hard to accommodate you and the budget your working with. Will definitely do business with them again! Also, used their repair shop with my previous vehicle. Always did a great job! Special shoutout to Chris in service repair! All the staff here were nice.

I purchased a pre owned Jeep Wrangler from Tunkhannock Auto Mart in May 2021. I have purchased 4 vehicles at Tunkhannock Auto Mart. Two new and two pre-owned. The charge for the used Wrangler was over $28,000 and that was full retail. My reason for writing this review is I find that customer care and customer service has declined at Tunkhannock Auto Mart. "Since I first posted this review the owner of the dealership has contacted me and asked what he could do to remedy the situation. We talked and worked out the issues on both ends and now I am satisfied we had the conversation. That is the Tunkhannock Auto Mart I remember. It demonstrates genuine care for the customer from the owner. There is light at the end of the tunnel! When looking over the Wrangler before purchase I found a sizable area on the tailgate that was rusted to bare metal. It should have been repaired before the vehicle was put on the sales lot. The rust area was about 1 inch wide and 3 inches long and the metal was rusted and completely exposed with no primer or paint. It was ugly. When I asked about them repairing it they gave me a take it or leave it response. I have since paid a body shop $250.00 to repair the area. The plastic rear window for the convertible top was almost impossible to see through. Tunkhannock’s response about the window was you could purchase a new one for about 300.00. Another take it or leave it response. The rear window zipper would not operate and that indicated the window was not removed to clean the cargo area. The zipper required a sizeable amount of time at home to get the zipper to work. The Wrangler was not cleaned and detailed to a lot ready condition. The Wrangler was dirty under the hood, had stains on the passenger front seat, dirty in the cargo area and water in the jack storage compartment that made the jack and tools rusty. See attached pictures The jack is stored under a bin under the cargo area floor. That bin was filthy and was never touched. This was discovered after purchase. The outside was clean. At home I discovered the parking brake would not hold vehicle when pulled all the way When it was time to pay for the vehicle I was informed that Tunkhannock would not accept my personal check for payment. I was not financing and paying cash. Tunkhannock accepted my check in January of 2018 when I purchased a new Jeep. I was not informed in advance that my check would not be accepted. Apparently that is now company policy for who knows why! Tunkhannock wanted me to drive to Dalton and get cashiers check. That I was not going to do. They decided to accept my check or I was going to end the purchase. When ready to leave after purchase I asked for the second key and fob and was informed that were was no second key. Tunkhannock wanted to charge me $235.00 for a second key for a vehicle I just paid over $28,000 for. Great customer care, NOT! Vehicles come with two keys and fobs. Another take it or leave it response. The sales representative has since contacted the original owner and sent me the second key a month later. He has been attentive and is respectable. The problem was not with the sales representative. He was caught in the middle and taking direction from management. He has been excellent to interact with but limited in what he can do because of dealership attitude. He gets 5***** stars. There were more negative items to the purchase but this explains some of it. I contacted management by mail and email and have not received a return reply. Company policy and attitude toward the customer is what is at fault. Genuine customer care has declined at this dealership.

Eddie and the whole team at Tunkhannock Auto Mart went above and beyond my expectations. Told Eddie what vehicle the wife and I were interested in and what time we would be there. When we pulled in he had the Jeep out front and running ready to go. Through the whole process Eddie didn't try to sugar coat nothing and was very honest about everything. Not to mention Eddie and the finance department stayed passed closing to get us in our new Jeep that night. I would highly recommend Eddie and the whole team at Tunkhannock Auto Mart.
