Thanks to Cupps, I now have the perfect vaccuum line up! Like alot of people, I have hard wood, low pile rugs, and one thick shag rug in the living room. I should not have been surprised, (but I was!) That they came up with the perfect solution. And it wasn't even expensive!

Was surprised to see that they moved from where they were when I bought my vacuum cleaner. Even to the smaller building. But the service was good. Honestly though the hose on the Kenmore should have never cracked after only 3 years of use.

I went in for filter cones for my Filter Queen vacuum. Not only did they have a package in stock(only place in town that did), the price was a whopping $13 cheaper than if I would've had the other sweeper store in town order them for me. Thank you Yancy Cupp! ?✌️?

I have gone to Cupp’s for years. Now New location, new owner? I had to put a $20 deposit down CASH and repair cost additional $40 CASH. $60 total CASH. That was for a cleaning, not repair. I THINK MY VACUUM ORIGINALLY COST $85. Never going back. 4/2022

I arrived at 435 to pick up my repair and was told they left but in the parking lot. At least they got out of their vehicle and retrieved my vacuum. I will not be returning. I was given the impression because I was not dripping in diamonds I wasn't worth be nice to. Business owners need to remember everyone deserves being polite to.

I'm surprised he's still in business. Unethical....sells me a demo/used machine for full retail "new price" then wouldn't let me exchange it or get r refund (it was junk) because he said I used it. He didn't have any return policies posted so you have no idea until you pay for it and then see it on your receipt...then it's too late.....beware. Many people told me not to do business with him...I should have listened.

I have brought vacuum cleaners to this repair center twice. The first time I felt they did not do a good job. The second time, they disassembled my vacuum cleaner and then provided me the box of disassembled parts informing me that they could not fix it and that there would be an additional charge to put it back together. I was able to order a $15 replacement part from the manufacturer - it turns out the disassembly was not even required.

We brought a vacuum cleaner in here for repair. The staff was kind and helped figure out what was wrong with our vacuum cleaner. They told us it would take a week to fix with their current workload but they had it completed and called us within 3 business days! The vacuum has run perfectly since and they clued us in on potential maintenance issues to try in the future to prevent the problem from happening again! Thanks for the help and tips and I would definitely go back to them for future repairs.

Very knowledgeable about products they sell. Not pushy , just sell you what you need. Felt very comfortable talking to Yancy. Went to get my sister a vacuum . My friends and my family shop at Cupp's Vacuum Center. They are friendly, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable of the products they sell. Besides, you can't take your sweeper to the vacuum aisle at Wal-Mart or Kohl's and ask them to fix your sweeper.

The customer service I experienced while purchasing a bed from this company was outstanding! There was a mistake with shipping and they went above and beyond to remedy another company’s mistake. Overall great people and great company!!!

The only reason that I’m giving this a 3 star review and not better is because of the shark vacuums advertised. I follow this store on Facebook, and I always see posts about the shark vacuums and how competitively priced they are. Even a picture of “their prices vs ours” and it’s a screenshot off of amazon showing NEW shark vacuums against this stores prices. All of the shark vacuums at this store a remanufactured/refurbished models. So the price this place is pedaling them at is fair or actually above what the others are selling them at. You can go to biglots and buy a refurbished shark for less on the days they have 20% their floor care. Many people don’t realize this. This is also why the shark vacuums are out of the box and are not sold in the boxes, if you look at the other photos this store posts saying “look at the the NEW sharks we sold this week” and it’s a line of white boxes with stickers on them of the vacuum that’s inside, and a bubble filled in next to the color of the vacuum. New sharks come in a nice printed all the way around the box. Some have missing attachments in the refurbs. So I don’t think this is fair. False advertising.

Cupps is second to none in vacuum sales and repair! Yancy and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help.

very upset about my visit. seemed like a nice place to go but was wrong. will NEVER go there or send anyone there EVER again. i purchaced a matress and boxspring and was told ot would be dilvered the next day so i got rid of the bed that i had on delivery day and waited all day without hearing anything so I called and was told that I wouldn't be able to get my bed untill tomm.morning.so we r out of a place to sleep tonight and that man could care less! rude unprofessional and Dec inconsiderate!!!!
