Sat on hold for 20 minutes I hung up and called a different store

This isn't your standard autozone The staff here actually knows what they're talking about and above and beyond helpful taymon One of the most knowledgeable people and helpful that I have ever met He's a younger kid but he knows what he's talking about he was off the clock and spent an extra half hour helping me out with the situation explaining things to me in great detail if the owners reading this that kid got management potential fast track him

i came into the store seeking help with my vehicle messages regarding checking engine fluids he was wonderful! without having his first cup of coffee he help me lift the hood and explained where oill and coolant were located and said both were fine. he treated me with respect like he were my son who knows im having memory issues. and he reminded me of him so i want to treat him like a son. he was perfect , hardworking and handsome too boot! he deserves a promotion.! please see that he gets tbis .ess a cvve

Always helpful for getting the parts I need for my vehicle

Autozone was always my favorite store, until recently. Went in for windshield wipers. Entered the store and a blondish hair girl was talking Into her computer, blocked view and sipping on her drink. Said, how can I help you but never looked at me. Thought she was on the phone. Even the other girl thought it peculiar that she not only didn't acknowledge me when talking, but gave a nasty look at me when I said that I didn't know she was talking to me, because she never looked at me. She was about to say something smart, but instead kept repeating herself, "can I help you ?" So sick of these new employees coming in with attitude. Anyway, I didn't want anything in there after that. Took my money elsewhere. What a nasty attitude!

On August 3rd I got oil for my car, i changed the oil and was told i could take the used oil back to dump it, i went in there and a Employee refused to let me dump it, only because I had a couple paper towels in the oil which I was going to remove and throw away after I drained the oil from my container. The lady that works in there is very rude and she doesn't know what she is doing.

Okay so I had to delete my previous review for this place which I only gave 3 stars a year ago. I don't know if it was the workers back then or what but, anyhow... I called them early in the morning about my transmission, and Austin picked up the phone... I KINDA knew what I needed but when he got on the phone not only was I sure of what I needed, but I was also informed with more information about my OWN vehicle! He was so very informative about EVERYTHING! And this was just over the phone I Felt like I could get under there myself and do it😂. Also he didn't try to get me to buy a bunch of extra stuff I may or may not use.. he kept it simple and tried to find the best prices for all the stuff I needed....And once I got there it was quick and easy picking out everything (he also offered to put all the stuff on hold) This definitely changed my personal opinion/experience with them that I had a year ago..... I will definitely be coming here for what I need.. -Thank you Austin 😃

We had the best experience there today ! We came in with a problem that we were really unsure of what to do ,Austin was so patient and informative. He took the time to make sure we got the right parts and went above and beyond to help us out . We were able to figure it out on our own ,but he also provided many numbers for local mechanics and it made us feel like we had options. We won’t go any place els for our automotive needs !

Great store and excellent people working here! The store manager, Dustin, was incredibly helpful with finding what I needed and really went above and beyond. The two other guys were really friendly and patient as well. Answered all the questions I had. Could not recommend this place more!

Dustin, the store manager, provided exceptional service. He took the time to explain the issue with my vehicle and then offered to replace the piece for me during my visit. He saved me a lot of trouble of hiring a mechanic and was so helpful!

Passing through with a dieing alternator, staff was extremely helpful. They charged and tested the battery allowing me to correctly diagnose the problem. They did not have the part on hand. Time pressing, I found and alternate source. They honestly made my being back under way east possible. I choose the word "honestly" very deliberately. Go here without fear.

Jacob and Jason are the best at AutoZone on 3rd street in Williamsport. They helped me install a headlight in my Jeep Grand Cherokee even though it was a very hard spot to access so it took a little while and a couple tools later to accomplish it. I am so grateful for them for going above and beyond to help me get my headlight replaced on my vehicle. I certainly wouldn't have been able to accomplish it on my own at home. I bought the bulb and took it home to try to do it myself and realized how difficult it was to access the area. I called and Jason did not even hesitate to tell me to bring the bulb down and they'd see what they can do. I work at night and drive a half hour to work every day and I needed that light replaced ASAP so I was very very thankful that they were able to help me out on the spot like that. Not only were they super helpful, they were very kind and did not make me feel like I was asking too much of them. I will definitely be going to AutoZone for all my future automobile needs. Thank you guys!

I love the service I receive every single time I go into this store. The employees there are always so helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure everyone who comes in get the service and parts they need. Specifically Rob Baker and Jake Beamer have always been ready to assist or provide advice on every one of my visits. First they directed me to a local mechanic who has become my go to, and then always making sure that whatever my problem they apply their experience or expertise to make sure I'm fully prepared. I honestly don't know how I would have addressed several situation I have had without their help and support.

Dustin and lane helped my husband and myself tremendously this morning!!! I needed new windshield wiper blades and he was such a good salesman!! Got me exactly what I needed and EVEN PUT THEM ON MY CAR!!!! He took 1 minute and I was out of there! Quick and efficient!!! And the manager was awesome!!! These guys deserve this 5 star from me!!! Kudos to you Williamsport Auto Zone!!!

I pulled into Auto Zone and i was worried cause some lights came on in my car. I was greeted by this nice young man Austin who did a very Thorough check of everything for me. He helped me calm down and told me what was recommended. Very kind and very personable. AutoZone is very fortunate to have Austin as an employee

Rob and Gabe are the true stars of this store. They were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. What happened was on the drive home, both front brake calipers had seized. Rob and Gabe assisted in getting the right parts for my car and then helped installing after the store had closed down. What would have been a 2 hour job by myself turned into about a 30 minute job. I will never forget this and this has turned my perspective that it's the staff that makes a store great. Thank you guys so much.

It IS A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, VERY COLD AND I CAME TO THE WILLIAMSPORT AUTO ZONE TO GET A BULB IN MY CAR AND I HAD THE MOST AMAZING EXCHANGE WITH A YOUNG MAN WHO WORKS THERE AND GOES BY THE NAME OF AUSTIN..HE CHANGED AT LEAST 3 BULBS FOR MYSELF AND 2 OTHERS.HE WAS KIND AND SUPER HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM A $20 TIP BUT HE COULD NOT TAKE TIPS AND I DON'T BELIEVE HE WOULD HAVE IF COULD THAT'S HOW MUCH OF A GENTLEMEN HE WAS.....I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HIM TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR HIS HARD WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM..

I want to say I visited a competitor and upon purchase noticed they had misleading info on the part purchased. Refunded and then came to autozone. Made a call on the part needed. The sales associate Austin want above and beyond explaining to me the part I needed. He then proceeded to put a few aside for me to choose from upon arriving at the store. All of this on a Friday night close to closing. Austin was very attentive and helpful as well as very insightful on the item I needed. Needless to say I found a new auto parts store to purchase any needs I may have for my vehicles and or accessories. All in all at the end of running around town to competitors and becoming very frustrated all I needed to do was make one single call and could eliminated it all!

Great service. Quick/accurate. The gentleman Austin is the man! I walked in there with a list of things I need. You walked me to each and every item. He explain everything to me. So I had a better understanding. Great guy. Great team leader ! Great Team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everytime. Every single time I have done business here I have left happy and satisfied. Today for example Dustin the Assistant store manager performed a battery system diagnostics test and installed a battery in under 10 minutes. The guys and girls here at autozone know automotive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the fast and friendly service they offer. 5 star review all day long!!

AutoZone has quality parts at good prices. They will also test most batteries, alternators, etc. for free. The service is great too. You can check parts availability and compatibility online before you go. You can even pay online and pick-up in store if you want.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store is clean and fully stocked with all your auto needs. We were about to borrow a set of tools to change our own brake pads.

Reception once I walked in was very greeting and ready to help with my needs. They new the store directed me right to the item I was after. Had to order a new part was done efficiently and next day delivery. I would definitely recommend this auto zone to anyone.

You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people helping you to find and order parts. They've been a great source for in stock Audi A4 parts that I've needed last minute for my big turbo 1.8t build. Do yourself a favor and stop in to see for yourself.

The customer service was excellent. They were extremely helpful in giving me all the information I needed to make a decision about what different parts is should get and even helped me replace the windshield wipers and the battery in my car. They also told me everything I needed to know about how long each should last and different things that I can do to prolong their life. I will definitely visit again.
