These guys help me with my iPad that I had locked myself out. These guys were so fast I couldn't be it., check them out for batteries bulbs, screens. Thank you guys again
The handful of times I've been here they've overcharged & given the wrong product even after they were given exact specifications of the product that was wanted. Normally the employees are very nice but there was one male who had a bad attitude, & that was the my last visit to this location.
Christian and Ethan provided excellent service. I Had an issue with my iPad and they both greeted my son and myself when we walked in there door. They were about to be closed and took time to help me out. They also gave me different options to choose from and were very respectful and helpful much appreciated! Will be coming back soon!
Shrewsbury store personnel were great. They spent an hour trying to assist me with an online order that had to be paid for and picked up at the store. A known glitch with the online payment processing had store personnel on the phone with their corporate office while I waited at the store. In the end, I received 2/3 of the promotional online discount because of local store personnel. I would give the Shrewsbury store a 5 for all of their efforts, but online/corporate gets a 0.
We needed new batteries for our mobility scooters. They were installed quickly and with great customer service. The guys in the store were so kind. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back when we need batteries again.
Went in to have 2 car fob batteries replaced and was done in only a few minutes at a very fair price too. The gentleman that helped us was very nice. Their selection of flashlights was quite impressive and next time I need one I'll be going back in to choose one here
Fast in and out. The gentleman was knowledgeable and quickly helped me source two batteries for equipment. They were a perfect fit and worked perfectly. Prices were good and offered better value over a generic auto parts store.
Stopped in for the first time today, and it was a great experience. I scheduled a screen repair appointment online and they showed me that the crack was only in the screen protector, which they replaced at my request for a fraction of the price. That’s it- they didn’t try to sell me other things I didn’t need. Professional and knowledgeable.
I had a great experience getting a new fob key for my 2014 Honda Pilot! The store manger and staff were friendly and very helpful. I even killed two birds with one stone and got my wipers replaced during my visit. Highly recommend for car key/fob replacement.
I waited a few months to write this because I’ve had problems with getting iPads fixed in the past. I’ve went here with a problem with my iPad Pro 12.9 port. They fixed it and it was a very reasonable price. The screen and all the apps and face scan still works great. I would argue the face scan actually works better. Great service I’ve been her for a few things and they’re always great
Been here several times for Batteries and Phone repair. Amazing Customer Service!!! Leo, Will and Patrick all 3 are super knowledgeable and professional. All batteries are made locally in PA and not much more than the Chinese Car batteries from Advance Auto Parts and Wal Mart. All batteries come with great warrenties!

I've never had a phone repair and was skeptical if my phone could even be repaired or not. Will gave me a price for the repair and reserved the part for me for a time I could wait for it.
Dropped it off and waited at Panera. An hour later, I picked it up, and it was as good as new, actually a little better. My original screen from the beginning would have issues with the calibration when typing, but that is corrected now as well.

Will was amazing! He put my keyfob back together and didn't charge me a penny. He was professional and I couldn't have asked for a better employee to help me with my problem. I will definitely go back there if I have any other problems. Will is the best!
I brought my phone in to the store to see if it could be fixed (it had black-screened and would not turn back on). The staff agreed to take a look at it, saying I could come back in a few hours. They attempted to fix it by replacing the battery, replacing the screen, etc., but it was beyond fixing (they believe it's a software issue). However, as they were unable to fix it, they did not charge me anything. While my phone wasn't fixed, I really appreciate their friendliness and that they didn't charge me. Great store.
The guys at the Shrewsbury store are super competent. They were able to resuscitate my phone after it very briefly dropped into the Atlantic Ocean! Customer service is stellar. Highly recommend.
Lee was awesome and so easy to work with! We had over 300 4ft and 8ft tube bulbs to recycle and he was able to get everything scheduled for pickup and for half the price of a different B+B franchise in York. I didn't even have to leave my desk! -Just paid over the phone. Super satisfied with the customer service and highly recommend this location!
I needed a motorcycle battery and they had it in stock at a reasonable price . The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful! Along with great prices on 36 pack of AA batteries . I would definitely recommend this store. And will deal with them again.

I had just bought headlights for my Volkswagen and could not find anyone to put them in for me. The store I bought them from said they were unable and only did batteries and windshield wipers. I came here hoping they would be able to help and Tyler put in my headlight for free!! They were so kind and didn’t hesitate to help even though it was raining and I had never purchased anything from them before. I am so grateful for their help, as I am not sure I could have done it myself. Huge thanks to Tyler and I recommend this place for the wonderful service.
Fantastic customer service and super quick and efficient! I stopped in to get two key fobs programmed for my car and Leo and Darren could not have been nicer or more helpful! They answered all of my questions and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. They discovered the issue with my old key fob was a piece that had come loose and they soldered it back on as an extra bonus. I live closer to the Reisterstown, MD store, but will happily drive back to Shrewsbury next time I need anything! Thank you so much, Leo and Darren! You guys are awesome!
I came in to get a new battery for my iPhone 8, and I am very happy with the service. The phone is like new, and the repair was done very carefully. It took about 30 minutes as expected.
I will definitely return for other battery related services in the future!
I ordered the batteries on line but wasn't aware I would have to wait on an email saying they were ready for pickup. I called the store in Shrewsbury, Pa and was told to come right over! When I got there the employee was very apologetic about the mix up. It was NOT his fault and was NOT a problem. He even gave me a lower price because I was unaware these batteries came in a 4 pack for less then the ones I bought individually. This employee went above and beyond to help me. I have dealt with this store before and have always had a very pleasant experience. Every employee is awesome!
Had to get my phone battery replaced and my screen fixed. Not only did they work on it quickly and efficiently, but they also did so during the quarantine situation with no issues. It almost seems like I have a brand new phone. Plus, the people who work there are very kind and helpful. Highly Recommend!
Great customer service. Went in to get a battery change on car key fob. For a bit more you can get lifetime battery changes. I need to change mine approx. Every 2 years and since I always worry about breaking the fob (they can replace those too) when changing the battery myself - this was an awesome deal. Took a peak around the store and forgot how much stuff they have - unusual sized batteries (for wheelchairs, kids drive around cars, regular cars, computers) to light bulbs for RB's, trailers, cars. They also will recycle any type of batteries free of charge (nice stand by the front door) for those who like to keep them out of the landfills. Will probably drop off all the batteries out of my old cell phones soon. Overall great place and on the spot repairs for cracked cell phone screens
Every time I visit, they go above and beyond. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, work to lessen the impact on my budget by finding all available discounts on my phone repair. The work was done promptly and superbly. The cost for the repair was beyond fair, and despite being a costly fix (buy screen protectors) I feel a lot better knowing it goes to a good outfit like this.
These guys were amazing. For a technology illerate like myself, the customer service they provided was so far over and beyond that I have ever received at your provider stores. Definitely will make this store my one shop stop from now on. Can't express how much I appreciate their knowledge and excellent customer service.
