So we used the tag and title place in the office here and she was the fastest most professional woman I have ever worked with on transferring a title over for the new truck 10/10
Have 8am appointment for inspection. They have problems with their computer for emissions. I wait till 9 15 before they say anything. I pick up car at 4 15. Not a problem for them. Pay the bill than notice I have a $2.00 surcharge for waste disposal. When I question it was told don't come back because I caught it. It was important enough for them to charge me but not important to get caught making frivolous charges. I wonder how often things like that happen
I have had numerous times of needing Miss Julia's skills with getting my titles taken care of. Also her ability to be a notary is so convenient and the prices are SO affordable there is no need to go anywhere else. They also do towing and storage! Literally a one stop, multi task capable business.
Very Friendly, Very Professional Shop to have your vehicle worked on at. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have a safe vehicle to drive. Plus, offer other services that most other shops in the area don't. Great service for tags and title services as well. Thank you for all you do.
After I unfortunately had to get my car towed. It was towed by them. Although it wasn't planned. They made the process painless. They were very nice and communicated with me about everything.
Was here only for Tag and title transfer.
Person was very efficient. Knew exactly what to do and what was needed.

I was in an accident in the area. They were polite, friendly, towed my vehicle, and went above and beyond making sure i had a place to stay and was good to go before taking off for the night. Easily the best shop I have had the pleasure to dealing with.
I mostly use the notary service here. And she does a fantastic job everytime. But I have used the towing service a few times and they always are ready to help when you need it. Highly recommend.
I suffered a heart attack and crashed my motorcycle around 4 miles from my house. It was great they got the bike but the crash site wasn't far from either my house or their shop and the bill was $466 (one night sitting on the truck, one day being dropped off at my house).
If I had any idea they would charge me $466 for that I would have told the State Trooper to just let the bike sit there or use another firm.
I have my car worked on here not too long ago great local reputable good old boy please I tell any friends or family to go there in the drop of a hat

Took our car there for a noise. Told us it was "this". Ok, fix it. It gets fixed, oh sorry, that wasnt it. Its "this" now. Ok, fix it. Well our car, WITHOUT our knowledge was taken somewhere else to a different (transmission) shop to be fixed. That was One. Still wasnt fixed. Ok, we get the car back after paying hundreds of dollars for nothing being fixed. Second, our daughters birthday card with $150 in it that was left in there because my husband is trusting was stolen. Even took the card that said Love Mom and Dad. Someone has ZERO morals!!! I have referred many people to this place. NEVER AGAIN. Neither should you....
I needed my tire changed and the guy who came was so polite and really fast.I just got off the phone and they were here in less than twenty minutes.I was extremely happy with my experience.I wish I knew the guys name who came out cause he was really friendly and really helpful.
I have been a customer here for a little over a year. I took my car here maybe 4 -5 times. This last time I went there, I was quoted $340 to have a wheel bearing replaced. After finding out I was getting ripped off, the very next garage that I called told me they would do it for about $210. At smith brothers when I asked on the phone "what brand name wheel bearings are you using?" The man on the phone replied "if that's too much we have cheaper ones too, same brand but different model" so I asked once again "what brand name wheel bearings are they?" My question was not answered. The next place that I called gave me 2 different wheel bearings to choose from and I chose the more expensive one at $130. You do the math! I wonder how many times I've been ripped off here before. This business must really be struggling if they're trying to squeeze an extra 150 out of a loyal customer! I wouldn't go back here if they offered me free service...they can't be trusted!
