All of understand the how costly is keeping our vehicles running safely on the roads and how difficult it can be to find a reliable, skilled mechanic who just might have customer service chops as well. My two favorite gentlemen are struggling with serious health concerns requiring exorbitant ongoing care, so needing automotive repairs on a lean budget is difficult to say the least. From, Al, Brian, Bill and Mark I received clear information, doable turnaround time (even whilst they are working on the bugs of newly installed software) customer care and kindness. Most of us are feeling the squeeze of this economy and knowing there is a business that won’t take advantage provides me with a sense of relief. Mr. Al even respectfully joked with a customer in front of me in line that he would have to place him in a chair facing the corner for the customer’s inappropriate generalized attitude and comments toward women. During a vulnerable time, dare I say I feel as if I have newly acquired brothers here. Thank you very much.

I’ve always had a great experience at Brooks Huff and will continue to go there. During my last visit it was recommended that I replace air filter, but I just replaced air filter a day before. My suggestion would be to really investigate what folks need before recommending the service.

Fantastic tire shop. I'm exceptionally picky, and borderline unreasonable when it comes to the condition of my vehicles, including the wheels/tires. I stopped by to have a wheel/tire flipped as one was mounted backwards from new. I was apprehensive, as the wheel is comically expensive and rare. I politely asked them to be careful. The shop acknowledged the request, and took the wheel/tire. They did a perfect job! Not a mark on the wheel and it came back as clean, or cleaner then when I dropped it off. I will continue to use this location for everything. I highly, highly recommend this location.

Very professional staff. the brooks huff in timonium put new tires on my 4 runner and they didn't get the balance right after taking it in twice, I decided to go to the Shrewsbury location and they got it right the first time and didn't charge me again and now it rides like butter. Very thankful for their service. Highly recommend.

This is a place where a family member. Of Mine has been going for years, but in the last few years they’ve done shotty work, lied about things that needed to be fixed. The manager should check on their mechanics that are lying to customers saying they need this. They need a radiator and it hasn’t leaked to drop thousands of dollars trying to take a vantage of Longtime customers. Anybody that needs any repairs be careful with these people they are lying about repairs that’s not even needed.

Had an appt elsewhere for 4 tires and no one showed up. Had a flat I needed fixed asap and they offered to fix the flat same morning and the other 3 the next day. Ended up getting all 4 this morning and they offered to inspect it while I’m here. Very nice guys, great service and great timing. Best customer service I’ve had at a car shop. Won’t be going anywhere else.

Driving home from work I had my low pressure light come on and knew immediately I had run over something. I called Brooks-Huff and they fit me in and we’re able to repair my tire and get me on my way with minimum wait time! Definitely would recommend this place!

I visit Brooks Huff for alignments and inspections, and I've also purchased tires from them. I'm consistently greeted by friendly voices and receive quick, efficient service. The team is transparent about their work and pricing, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend them!

Received a front end alignment and asked them to check all 4 brand new tires for balance. Car pulled to the right and had to schedule to take it back. Waiting for appointment we found a weight along side one of the tires on the ground. We asked them to correct alignment and check balances on tires again. Still pulls and they charged again for the balance check. NOT what I expected....

The friendly atmosphere is apparent as soon as you walk in the door. The waiting area is clean, and comfortable. The work done on my car was completed quickly, while the mechanic explained everything before and after so I was at ease. Neighborhood auto center was busy with regulars, and greeted by name.

Extremely informative and didn’t try to take me to the cleaners. Customer service was amazing. I scheduled out about a week from calling as we know honest places are hard to find & stay booked up when the word gets out. Car is running smooth. Love the fact they are AAA approved as well. Thanks!

Great customer service and very professional tech reps for my oil changes and repair. I am very pleased for over 20-years of buying tires and having service on my 3-vehicles. There is no need for me to look anywhere else and I will continue having Brooks Huff be the only place to go for service on my vehicles.

I had traveled from 200 mile to glen rock to a race shop to dyno and pick up one my race engine , I had two flats along the way , lucky I had a spare under the truck , no fun changing 5 AM in the dark , no sooner am I finished and another tire goes down , I can of tire goo got me to my destination . The engine shop owner told me to call huffs just a few miles away . I called huffs , told of my problem about 1 pm , they said come right over . I walked in and there was a few other customers there but the manager knew I was in a jamb , I said I don’t care if I had to buy a full set but I have to get back to the engine shop then 200 miles to NJ !! They immediately took me in and fixed both tires even though I was willing to buy or do whatever they said it needed ! They not only fixed two punctures but put my spare back up under my pick up and jack tools away !! Facility is clean , the manager couldn’t be more pleasant and the technical the same !!!! I see why all three people at the engine shop said Huffs is very good !!! They are honest , reasonable cost , fast service , and friendly !!! Thank you Huffs for getting me out of a jamb !!!! I’ve already been through the mill with those big tire chain stores that see $$$$$ when they get a guy in a spot like me !!! I will time my next new set of tires next time I have to be in that area !!!

I’ve gone there for different car services for the past few years and they are always great! Recently I found myself with a screw in my tire and called them up on a Saturday morning in a little bit of an emergency as I had some things to do that day. Zach and Brian told me to come right in and were able to get my tire patched and plugged in under an hour and I was back on my way. Not bad for squeezing me in! Customer service is excellent!

Always happy with the service here. I feel my car is well taken care of and well maintained and I trust that Brooks Huff is a huge part of that. I appreciate their honesty, willingness to work hard, and excellent customer service. I won’t go anywhere else!

Called these guys when my previously arranged inspection appointment (at a different place) called me to say that they had to cancel my appointment last minute. This is the second place I called in a panic and they were able to schedule me an appointment same day, 20 minutes after I called. They were nice and professional. Definitely will be using them again in the future

I was heading back to NY with 2 young children when our van began to overheat. Not being from the area AAA recomended Brooks Huff and thank goodness they did. It was explained up front that they had a full schedule but assured me that if I got my vehicle to them they would assess the problem and depending on the issue they would do their best to fix it. I believed Chuck and Al so I had AAA (with my one tow) bring my car to Brooks Huff. Within 15 minutes they diagnosed the issue and fixed it allowing me to get my children home on a 100 degree day. The price was very reasonable which I did not expect as I am from out of state. Their care and service made a bad situation just an adventure as my children stated later on our drive home. And just another example of how the guys care at Brooks Huff, I literally just received a call from Brian at Brooks Huff to make sure my family and I made it home safe while I was typing this review! Great job guys and much appreciated.

My late father used Brooks and Huff for his trailers, and when I inherited them I figured these guys would be the best to see since they might have it on file. The guys at the desk couldn't have been more helpful, remembering not only him but which trailer had what going on with it - beyond the scope of their computer records. The familiarity was fantastic and their service has been the same. They've been up front about pricing, possibilities and what the work may entail. I understand that they may not be the most inexpensive, but they were also able to get tires and mount them that a competitor up on the hill could not. The parking area as you approach is clearly marked and easy to access, but it also seems as though they park vehicles there while they're being serviced, or they may be associate parking, leaving extremely limited available to pull in and walk into the office. Also, a seat or bench was placed right outside of the front door (and I mean RIGHT At The door...) seems to be the only seating for waiting clients - I could be wrong though, it just wasn't obvious. I needed to have my wife's SUV towed to Brooks-Huff on Monday, Jan 18, 2021 to evaluate a metal on metal squealing sound. In addition, I asked them to check about an emissions issue. The metal on metal issue was resolved fairly quickly and for a fair price. As for the emissions, it was determined that there was a problem, but would cost $1,500. Al called the dealership and it was determined that the repair would be covered by the warranty. Which was great news for us. We appreciated the next level of customer service to call the dealership on our behalf. It does to show the integrity of the business and why we will continue to go there for our automotive needs.

I had another great experience at Brooks and Huff in Shrewsbury. They offered convenient scheduling allowing me to drop me car off the night before. They performed thorough and timely service, completing my requested maintenance by the requested time. The pricing was very reasonable and the staff was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business!

I have been a customer with Brooks Huff in Shrewsbury, PA for almost 20 years. I will always refer my family and friends to them for their excellent customer service. As a single mother of 3 they always treated me fairly and with kindness. They have helped me through many car repairs and breakdowns and each time was able to quickly solve the issue and get me back on the road. I can’t say enough about Paul and Al who have become friends to my family over the years. I am always greeted with a welcoming smile and caring attitude from everyone at this location.

Brooks-Huff is my go to for all my cars needs. They go out of their way to get me a convenient appointment to meet my needs. I have waited for oil change and inspections and they are so quick and efficient. Once I damaged a tire and they had one ordered and waiting that same day to help get my car back on the road. I cannot say enough about the High quality outstanding Customer service, friendly staff always and efficiency with all my car needs in the many years I have been a loyal customer. This visit was not anticipated. I was initially there to pick up my niece but then I realized my car was pass inspection. Talk about "customer service".... They squeezed me in their busy schedule and they were extremely busy. They inspected my car within the hour. Brian and his manager are "super"!!! They are both knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways and trustworthy!!! I have been there before, and if there are additional things that need to be done, they will introduce the problem (what needs to be repaired) and will explain the necessity for the repair. There is no waivering in the price quoted. One can walk out of there with confidence knowing all was taken care of and more!

We’ve been using Brooks-Huff In Shrewsbury, PA for years. They have always been trustworthy, professional and reasonably priced. One of our vehicles recently had recall work done at the dealer. Of course, the dealers service center called with a maintenance work estimate during the recall work. I told them I’d have it done at my regular shop. Brooks-Huff told me we had another 10,000 miles before that maintenance was due. That’s a great example, among many others, why we won’t take our vehicles anywhere else.

Third visit here with our family cars. Honesty and competency is all that I ask for in a service shop. Brookes Huff excelled in these two areas. I understand a good bit about cars so I know when diagnosis sounds right. They always diagnosed to what I suspected was the issue and nothing more. They could have reported more expensive issues that might sound correct but they don’t. They excel in honesty and competency. They are also polite and courteous and take the time to help me understand. Prices are very fair. In fact less than some other shops. Especially compared to dealerships! Now don’t get me wrong. Some diagnosis are hard to determine correctly. That happens in life. It’s how the shop and the customer responds when that happens.

We have been taking our vehicles to them for years. They are always friendly and helpful . More importantly, they are knowledgeable as well as being honest and fair in their pricing. I always feel confident that I will get good service when my car needs repairs or maintenance.
