On Nov 25,2026 I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin. I had brought wiper blades from Napa in Dubois and one fell off. Kevin explained too me why and literally stood out in the rain too put wiper blades on my car. And corporate if you read this ,let the people change things if it's not coming up right on the computer. When things don't go right, it looks bad on them. And if someone out their needs that extra care ,look Kevin up at this store.
Kevin at this O'Reilly's location was a huge positive help when my family and I broke down from a stuck caliper, had excellent people skills and knowledge in the automotive department definitely gave the shirt off his back to help us out. Thanks Kevin!!!
I ordered a bottle of Goo Gone online for pickup at the store. I received an email stating that my order was ready and telling me that when I got to the store, if could call their number and they would bring it my order. I got there, called the store and told the guy who answered the phone that I was there to pickup my order. All I heard from him was silence, then he said "ok, it's ready". I'm 74 years old with a bad back, so it's hard for me to get in and out of the car. I went into the store, and he handed me the bottle and my receipt.. no bag. I told him what the email said about someone bringing my order to the car, and all he did was shrug his shoulders and walk away. I'll stick with Advance Auto in the future, where you get friendly people and terrific service!
Got a ignition lock cylinder yesterday from them. The only place locally that had it in stock and was priced better than others around! Everything worked out fine in the end for me and my car is back up and running!
Quoted me alittle over $300 for a battery for my Jeep Cherokee. Got the same battery at Napa for like about half the price. Guy on the phone was super cool. But the price was super not cool.
They sold me a bad car battery. I went to return the battery, as they advertise a warranty, the sales man said the battery is fine and they will not replace it. I have been told by my mechanic twice now that it is a bad battery and needs replaced. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Went there to get light bulbs for my tail lights on my truck. The sales associate asked me for my phone number. all day Sunday my phone was blowing up with Spam messages and the only person that I gave my phone number is to O'Reilly and I am putting it all over Facebook and I will never come in your store again. People beware
Holly was so wonderful. She helped me even though I was not able to buy anything in the store and I just made a phone call to make sure they had what I needed five stars to Holly and her team because I did hear someone on the background, I didn’t get their name, but they were definitely interested in helping me out highly Appreciative of their help. People like this you promote! because they do it for passion now for the money thank you guys.
I love this store for the fact they've always had the parts I've needed (minus once) in stock. Reasonably priced. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Always very good service!! One of the guys placed a battery in my dead car out in the parking lot. Thank you!! I also had a problem with a light bulb not working from a headlight assembly I purchased from them. They swapped the bulb in store and did not have me switch the whole assembly. The bulb was in the assembly as a package deal, I think they ate the cost of the bulb for customer service, and I really appreciated that! Keep it up!!
I love this store. Always super helpful and willing to guide me to whatever I may need from the store. Honestly even time I go in I'm greeted immediately, asked if I need any help, and pointed in the direction of what I need. On top of that the people there can actually have a conversation about vehicles or whatever happens to be a good topic that day. So if you need parts or anything for your car I might suggest this store in Dubois.
Was followed around by the manager as if I was going to steal something. It was my first time visiting the store and stated so when asked if I needed any help. Subsequent visits, I was followed around by the same manager. It made me extremely uncomfortable. The cashier was great, though
The first couple time I went in I have 3 employees helping me at 1 time. Go in this weekend and I get placed on hold twice while being in the store for them to answer the phone and see what they need and if they have the parts instead of them answering and saying please hold and finish waiting on me and then the other guy was waiting on my daughter and answered the phone with her 1 time and seen what they needed and another customer comes in and they started helping them with what they needed instead of my daughter. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back.
The staff at this store is truly incredible. I run a hot shot transportation company and had a catastrophic even happen involving my wheel of my truck to fly into the interstate somewhere. I called the boys here to see if they had parts in stock which they had everything I needed waiting as they allowed me to tow in to work on my truck in their parking lot. They helped me every chance they could when they weren’t busy, they were even kind enough to find a hotel in the area for me and give me a lift. This is the kindest staffed auto parts store I’ve ever encountered in my life. 10/10 star review for these guys and they deserve a raise. Thank you.
Very friendly staff. Immediately greeted, and asked what we were looking for. Went above and beyond to check our vehicle to insure that the right product would be purchased.
